Rep. Ralph Tucker Introduces Bill to Violate Mainers Right to Informed Consent in Vaccination, and Deprive Some Maine Children of their Right to an Education
Brunswick, Maine - Representative Ralph Tucker (D-Brunswick) has announced the submission of his bill to the Maine Legislature to restrict and remove the rights of parents to exercise their religious and philosophical vaccine exemptions for school entry in Maine. The bill will bar some children from Maine schools, denying their right to a public education. He expects significant support from the now Democratic majority in the House, Senate and from Governor-elect Janet Mills.
Tucker said concerning the as of yet unreleased bill that, “eliminating or limiting non-medical exemptions for school-required vaccines will be one of his top priorities with Mills in office.”
“I’ve already submitted a bill,” Tucker said. “I think vaccines are very important, and I’m going to push this issue as hard as I can.”
Mills said she agrees with Tucker and others but is not completely familiar with the legislation he is proposing. ”
As it did when these attempts were made in 2015, The Maine Coalition for Vaccine Choice (MCVC) is organizing at the grassroots level to maintain the 1st Amendment rights of families to practice their religion, the rights of children to an education, the rights of families to adhere to their conscience without coercion, and the internationally established human right to informed consent in medicine.
MCVC consists of over 1200 Maine families for whom choice in what goes into their bodies is important, and health care professionals such as nurses, physicians, and pharmacists who are vaccine risk aware. Many members have children who have suffered a serious adverse vaccine reaction that was either denied or left untreated by their health care provider.
“For years parents, lead by mothers, have attempted to address the serious safety concerns and policy problems in the Maine Immunization Program, including the lack of education that Maine pediatricians receive on federal guidelines for vaccine safety and vaccine injury. Unfortunately efforts have been met repeatedly with stonewalling by the Maine DHHS and the Maine medical industry, who offer only bad faith responses ranging from apathy to contempt, if they respond at all,” said Ginger Taylor, M.S., the Coalition's Director. “Mothers educated on Vaccine Manufacturer and Federal DHHS information on vaccine injury, that their own doctors have never seen, are tired of being treated by their pediatricians as if they are stupid and crazy. Why should such women want to do business with an industry that engages in the gaslighting of women as a matter of policy? It appears that this paternalistic effort will again be to throw their children out of school, rather than fixing the broken vaccine program, or even holding ONE public meeting to hear and address parental concerns.”
Please join the Maine Coalition for Vaccine Choice today, and register for our mailing list, to be informed on how you can work to improve vaccine safety policy in Maine, to protect your right to bodily integrity, to choose the medical products that you and your children will take, and to end the bullying of parents that is taking place in Maine pediatricians offices.

There is an error that is often made when we talk about the "Unavoidably Unsafe" status of FDA approved vaccines. It may seem like a small point, but it is important to be accurate.
Someone, somewhere, sometime, long, long ago and far away, said that, "The US Supreme Court has ruled that vaccines are unavoidably unsafe," referencing the use of the term in Bruesewitz v. Wyeth. And it has been repeated over and over. But it is not accurate.
Congress placed vaccines in that category, and SCOTUS was merely referencing the already established status of the products.
It is correct to say that "US Law regards vaccines as unavoidably unsafe."
But Congress itself did that, not the Supreme Court.
Feel free to remind a member of Congress of that fact if he makes the false claim that, "Vaccines Are Safe."
From Mary Holland JD, Director of the Graduate Legal studies program at NYU Law School:
"The key language about “unavoidable” side effects comes from the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, 42 USC 300aa-22, re manufacturer responsibility (see highlighted text below).
That language was based on language from the Second Restatement of Torts (a legal treatise by tort scholars), adopted by most state courts in the mid-1960’s, that considered all vaccines as “unavoidably unsafe” products. The Restatement opined that such products, “properly prepared, and accompanied by proper directions and warnings, is not defective, nor is it unreasonably dangerous.”
The Bruesewitz v. Wyeth case interpreted the highlighted text below from the National Vaccine Injury Act to find that it did not permit design defect litigation – that issue had been unclear since 1986, and different state high courts and federal circuits had decided the issue differently. So, [it] is correct that the US Supreme Court never decided that vaccines are “unavoidably unsafe” directly, but it acknowledged that Congress considers them to be so.
Sec. 300aa-22. Standards of responsibility
I decided to write him a letter about it:
"November 11, 2018
Dear Secretary Azar,
I am the mother of a vaccine injured child, and I am looking for an explanation as to how four of your departments within HHS can hold four different positions on the question: "Do Vaccines Cause autism?"
At present, as the US Secretary of Health and Human Services, you currently hold four incompatible positions on the relationship between vaccines and autism in the four different departments that you manage and that contribute information to the public on vaccine safety.
In answering the question, "Are vaccines linked to autism?" Your responses are:
The Health Resources Services Administration's position is: Yes.
David Bowman, a spokesman for HHS’s Health Resources and Services Administration commenting on a case of vaccine encephalopathy and autism responded:
“[Vaccine Induced] Encephalopathy may be accompanied by a medical progression of an array of symptoms including autistic behavior, autism, or seizuresi.”
The Food and Drug Administration's position can be summed up as: Maybe sometimes.
On the FDA approved Tripedia vaccine insert:
"Adverse events reported during post-approval use of Tripedia vaccine include idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, SIDS, anaphylactic reaction, cellulitis, autism, convulsion/grand mal convulsion, encephalopathy, hypotonia, neuropathy, somnolence and apnea. Events were included in this list because of the seriousness or frequency of reporting. Because these events are reported voluntarily from a population of uncertain size, it is not always possible to reliably estimate their frequencies or to establish a causal relationship to components of Tripedia vaccineii."
The National Institutes of Health's position can be summed up as: Probably not.
While NIH has not responded to my request for an official position statement on the matter, Dr. Francis Collins wrote on June 13th of 2017 in his NIH Director's Blog, in a post entitled Autism Spectrum Disorder: Progress Toward Earlier Diagnosis:
"Research shows that the roots of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) generally start early—most likely in the womb. That’s one more reason, on top of a large number of epidemiological studies, why current claims about the role of vaccines in causing autism can’t be rightiii."
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention assert: Absolutely not.
#BelieveWomen. #BelieveAllWomen. #MeToo. #VaccineInjury causes #Autism. #InvestigateFrankDeStefano #FBI!
by Ginger Taylor
Our country has spent more than a week drowning in a "Who Do You Believe?" duel to the death, which continues to become increasingly raw, painful and divisive. But there is one bright spot... we suddenly have legislators who, after lugging centuries of baggage of treating women like their testimony counts for half a man's, FINALLY have freed themselves, and are... EVERYWHERE... echoing the cry, #BelieveAllWomen!
Sober conversations about sexual assault and the lack of women's ability to be simply taken seriously so that earnest and proper investigations can be undertaken are taking places in corners of Capitol Hill and State Houses that have previously been bereft of such talk. And those who have supported women for many years have become aggressive advocates for women's voices this week.
We now have very powerful individuals and groups demanding that women be not only taken seriously, but that they be believed in their claims of harm, and even for the FBI to investigate serious claims from more than 30 years ago.
In fact, in our own State House here in Maine, a bipartisan group of male legislators came forward as a coalition to say that women should be heard and believed. And it was led by our former Democratic Senate President, Justin Alfond (D), who said, "I believe men need to do a lot less talking, and a lot more listening."
You can imagine how happy I was to hear that, as Mr. Alfond has not listened to Maine moms who have tried to tell the legislature about their vaccine-injured children. I personally, face-to-face, invited him to meet with Maine moms (AND Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. on his visit to Maine) to hear about our concerns, and he declined. He didn't want to hear. Or believe.
I can't express how excited I am that he is now ready to do more listening!
And apparently, that is true of legislators all over DC and the country, as Senator after House Member who have previously been closed to hearing vaccine injury moms are now grabbing every camera they can find to declare that it is now time to #BELIEVEALLWOMEN!
So if you see one of your legislators who have finally decided to believe you, get to their office pronto and tell them that you are ready for them to call an FBI investigation on vaccine corruption, beginning with 20-year vaccine fraudster and head of the CDC Vaccine Safety Branch, Frank DeStefano.

Apparently we have had biomarkers for autism for five years.
Remember when Tom Insel, the man tasked by the federal government to coordinate autism research via the Interagency Autism Coordinating Committee, said that what we really needed was biomarkers for autism, and then failed to find us any biomarkers for autism? Then blew town for Google when the Thompson scandal broke in 2014?
Well apparently they were found in 2013, and ignored by Insel. He probably missed it, as they were discovered in a tiny, backwater outfit that no one has ever heard of called the New York State Department of Health.
And prepare to be shocked (or not), but the biggest tell at birth that a child is at risk for autism... wait for it... their levels of Glutathione s-Transferase (GST), the enzyme that links glutathione to toxic substances so they can be escorted out of the body.
Hmmm... if only someone had told us sooner that this was a detox issue from the day of birth... when babies are getting Hep B vaccine.
Apparently Dr. Gerald Mizejewski, God bless his curious heart, was wondering if there were any biomarkers for autism that would be present at birth, and then remembered, “Hey! We are the New York State Department of Health! We have blood spot samples from 12 million children taken at birth!”
So he went and found some kids with autism, and then pulled their blood spot cards to have them tested.
“In collaboration with the Center for Disability Services (NY, USA), 40 families with autistic children between the ages of 3 and 5 years born in New York State who had been diagnosed with autism at the center, were selected from among a group of 200 cases. A single developmental pediatrician made all the diagnoses using the DSMIV-TR criteria , thus assuring that diagnosis was consistent from child to child. These families were contacted by the center, provided with a description of the study and its goals and invited to participate in the study. A brief questionnaire and consent form were included in the mailing (CFDS IRB 07-010) and 20 positive responses were returned. Using the information provided by the parents regarding date of birth, 16 of these infants were identified in the repository of residual frozen newborn screening specimens at the Wadsworth Center (NYS IRB 07-044). “
“The specimens were submitted to Rules-Based Medicine (TX, USA) for analysis in their multiplex immunoassay system.” They tested for 90 biomarkers. They got 15 hits.
“Among the 15 biomarkers, the best set of five ranked in order from the highest BIC score included GST, Lp(a), IL-7, IL-5 and TNFa (Table 2). The second best set included thyroidstimulating hormone (TSH), KLK3, calcitonin (CCT) and IL-4 in addition to ferritin. The third best set included IL-8, TNFa, MUC16, TIMP-1 and AFP.
They kindly provided a list of those biomarkers and their biomedical and biochemical links to autism:

In response to JB Handley's new book, How to End the Autism Epidemic, long irrelevant researcher Simon Baron-Cohen has reached a new level of unethical, nonsensical obnoxiousness, by declaring that if you try to prevent autism, you are a Nazi eugenicist:
“I am disgusted by the #EndAutismNow campaign. This is hate speech and eugenics. How is this different to the Nazi EndJewsNow (1939-45) & the KKK white supremacist EndBlacksNow campaigns (1860-2018)? Treat symptoms in autistic people that cause suffering, but don't prevent autism.”
So many question here... my mind is reeling.
It is good of Mr. Cohen to give us permission to treat the symptoms of autism, but only, I guess, if they are symptoms that cause suffering. How that is measured and achieved, I am not sure. If for example, you treat brain inflammation, which in turn ends Self Injurious Behavior, but also flapping, do you have to figure out a way to put back the flapping?
And what if, a woman goes on a strict protocol where she detoxes starting a year before getting pregnant, avoids every known and suspected environmental trigger for autism, and gives birth to a healthy, typically developing child that never suffers an autistic regression. Did she murder her own child? We need to call in the police to investigate every NT child to see if they have been assassinated just in case.
Sure, an autism diagnosis for a child instantly makes them 40 times more likely than their peers to die young, cutting their life expectancy in half to age 36, and preventing a case of autism would jump that life expectancy back to the 77 or so years their peers have, but preventing an early death by preventing autism is also murder, so you are not allowed to do it.
Ok that does not make any sense to me either, but Simon is a scientist so just go with it.
Wait... Simon... if you are allowed to treat autism symptoms that cause a child's suffering, are you allowed to prevent autism symptoms that cause a child's suffering? Or does a child have to suffer with them first, THEN you can get rid of them? And how long do you make them live with it before you decide it meets your threshold for allowable treatment? 1 year? Long enough for them to report it? What if they are non-verbal and unable to successfully report which symptoms they suffer from and which they don't mind? Do we have to wait until they can type? Or until the age of consent, for them to contract with someone themselves for treatment/homicide? Suicide? Assisted suicide?
I am concerned that if we treat for an autistic symptom that is not actually causing suffering, that we might be killing the child. But I guess that if we wait until that child is an adult to seek treatment on their own, that technically they are committing suicide if they are accidentally treated for something else than simply the symptoms that cause suffering.
Hey... if a teenager goes on a gluten free casein free diet, are they committing self-harm? Would that require inpatient treatment, or is outpatient treatment sufficient?
For those of you who have not caught up with the news, after a court hearing yesterday, InfoWars/Alex Jones has been banned from YouTube, Facebook, Apple and Spottily for violating policies on "hate speech."
Yes the man gets on my nerves. too. His vaccine information is not always the most accurate, he is much too shouty, and some of the good info he does have to offer gets lost in chaos. I kind of think of him as a dog that barks at everything. Occasionally he is right and at those times it is good to be paying attention, but who can stand all that barking for very long. However... him being thrown down the memory hole marks the beginning in earnest of a so called "conservative purge" which is now cascading... and it looks to be working down a list that we and our groups are on. (I mean, they are calling it a "Conservative Purge" but I think it is more of a "Those Getting Mouthy With The Globalists Purge." Which right now is mostly the right, but there are plenty of disaffected and not snowed people on the left too.")
So even you, my high born limousine liberal friends and Bernie socialist loved ones... if you are advocating on vaccine safety issues, you and your groups may be on the list. Because ultimately, "hate speech" is in the eye of the beholder... or the pockebook of The Man. I was repeatedly told that I was engaging in "hate speech" last week when I posted this bunny meme on twitter.
The Democrats are even circulating a memo on how to regulate speech on Facebook, Twitter and beyond, the chief aim of which is "Combating disinformation." (Seems to line up nicely with Senator Pan's next project which is totally not fascist at all, and in no way reminds anyone of 1984.)
Scoop: 20 ways Democrats could crack down on Big Tech
There is a suspicion that this purge will increase over the next few months in order to influence the election in November. Facebook's previous algorithm changes this year dropped traffic to conservative outlets by 97%. Again NINETY SEVEN PERCENT. They do not want conservative messages to flow... and again... Silicon Valley considers the "anti-vaxxers" worse than republicans. There have already been several large vaccine facebook groups deleted.
by Ginger Taylor MS, about Ginger Taylor MS
The Age of Autism, represented here by Ginger Taylor MS, at the behest of Ginger Taylor MS, is proud to honor Ginger Taylor MS on her stunning accomplishment of the discovery of 150 published papers that show both that vaccines can cause autism, and how they cause autism. Papers that the combined resources of the World Health Organization, every government health organization in existence and the entire world wide medical health establishment was not able to find.
When contacted for comment on her astonishing work, Ginger Taylor MS, in her great humility toward her task of global illumination, said that she owed a bit of the credit to David Kirby for starting her off with 18 papers on mercury in 2007, a smidge to JB Handley for pointing out the most recent paper from China on Hepatitis B vaccine, and should probably not forget to mention the "little people" whose families have been harmed by vaccines for constantly sending her new research "here and there" as soon as it was published, but that she would be remiss in not talking the vast majority of the credit for herself.
"I should also probably thank my parents for teaching me to read, because that was a huge tool that I used for the creation of this one of a kind tome, but I alone had to brave the dangerous journey through exotic and deadly lands like Pubmed and Google Alerts, to find these rare gems. It's not like any old person with a high school education could do it. Or even tens of thousands of MDs or PhDs. I and I alone, armed with zero dollars in government research funds, had the mind, tenacity and reckless abandon to throw myself into the lions den thusly, to pluck these completely unknown bits of research from the jaws of death and complete obscurity!" She then placed her phone on her lap, announced that she was awaiting a call from "those Nobel Prize people", whipped back her own blond mane, threw her face to the sky, and roared like the King of the Jungle himself. (Admittedly, it was a little awkward.)
The US Centers for Disease Control and prevention, responding to our request for comment on Mrs. Taylor MS's earth shattering announcement, replied, "Who? Vaccines don't cause autism. There's no research to support that claim."
UPDATE: I have uploaded the current list in PDF form, as requested, here.
Vaccine Developer Businessman Buys LA Times, Uses It Develop His Vaccine Business At Bob Sears Expense
by Ginger Taylor,

10 Days ago it was announced that billionaire vaccine developer Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong was buying the LA Times to restore integrity to the paper.
1 Day ago the LA Times let doctors know that if they wrote medical vaccine exemptions like Dr. Bob Sears, their medical license could be in jeopardy.

Read all about it:
Remember a lifetime ago when we figured out that not only did the US Childhood vaccine schedule dramatically exceeded the Federal government's recommended daily limit for mercury, but that the limit that they had set was likely many times what it should have been in the first place? For those of you who are new to the issue, a review of the matter from my chapter in Vaccine Epidemic:
"In July of 1999, the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the United States Public Health Service (USPHS) issued a joint statement through the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) on mercury and vaccines. They stated that in the U.S. vaccine program at the time, “some children could be exposed to a cumulative level of mercury over the first six months of life that exceeds one of the federal guidelines.”
The truth was that the amount of mercury in the childhood vaccine schedule grossly exceeded the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) maximum daily adult exposure for methylmercury, the form of mercury most closely related to thimerosal for which the government had established a guideline. The EPA sets the daily limit at 0.1 microgram per kilogram of weight. Based on that guideline, a baby weighing approximately five kilograms (eleven pounds) at two months of age should not receive more than 0.5 micrograms of mercury on the day of a doctor’s visit. At the time the AAP and USPHS joint statement was issued, infants at their two-month visit routinely received 62.5 micrograms of mercury, or 125 times the EPA’s limit. Studies have suggested that, for thimerosal (ethylmercury), “the accepted reference dose should be lowered to between 0.025 and 0.06 micrograms per kilogram per day,” meaning that the exposure at the two-month visit could be as high as 500—rather than 125—times the safe level."
In fact in 1995, Gilbert and Grant-Webster had recommended that the limit be at least cut in half.
Neurobehavioral Effects of Developmental Methylmercury Exposure

Methylmercury (MeHg) is a global environmental problem and is listed by the International Program of Chemical Safety as one of the six most dangerous chemicals in the world's environment. Human exposure to MeHg primarily occurs through the consumption of contaminated food such as fish, although catastrophic exposures due to industrial pollution have occurred. The fetus is particularly sensitive to MeHg exposure and adverse effects on infant development have been associated with levels of exposure that result in few, if any, signs of maternal clinical illness or toxicity. High levels of prenatal exposure in humans result in neurobehavioral effects such as cerebral palsy and severe mental retardation. Prenatal exposure to MeHg in communities with chronic low-level exposure is related to decreased birthweight and early sensorimotor dysfunction such as delayed onset of walking. Neurobehavioral alterations have also been documented in studies with nonhuman primates and rodents. Available information on the developmental neurotoxic effects of MeHg, particularly the neurobehavioral effects, indicates that the fetus and infant are more sensitive to adverse effects of MeHg. It is therefore recommended that pregnant women and women of childbearing age be strongly advised to limit their exposure to potential sources of MeHg. Based on results from human and animal studies on the developmental neurotoxic effects of methylmercury, the accepted reference dose should be lowered to 0.025 to 0.06 MeHg microgram/kg/day. Continued research on the neurotoxic effects associated with low level developmental exposure is needed.
HHS never undertook any review, or made any adjustments.
Well everything old is new again. Drs. Lyons-Weiler and Ricketson have reviewed the dosing of aluminum in the US vaccine program, to find that not only is there a lot of it, and not only does it exceed daily limits, but yet again, the daily limits are not based on sound safety data.
Reconsideration of the immunotherapeutic pediatric safe dose levels of aluminum
Journal of Trace Elements in Medicine and Biology Toxicology
Volume 48, July 2018, Pages 67-73
Authors James Lyons-Weiler, Robert Ricketson
• Aluminum levels in vaccine is based on immune efficacy and ignore body weight for safety.
• Several critical mistakes have been made in the consideration of pediatric dosing of aluminum in vaccines.
• Safety inferences of vaccine doses of aluminum have relied solely on dietary exposure studies of adult mice and rats.
• On Day 1 of life, infants receive 17 times more aluminum than would be allowed if doses were adjusted per body weight.
I mean... we know that, right? We live in it. The individuals reading these words right now have spent years, even decades, fighting the "health care" system to make it do what it is being paid trillions of dollars to do, which is to make people healthier. Even having to fight just to get permission to make their own individual family members healthier at their own expense. To us the claims from government and industry officials care about the health of Americans and the advancement of science to actually improve health outcomes for Americans is laughable.
But rarely do we get to see the industry saying that profits are more important than patient health out loud and in public where everyone can hear them. And even when they do, rarely does the press cover it. But they all did this week.
I mean, usually health care corporations and their financial partners are smart enough to hide their cynical money grubbing, but one set of analyists apparently forgot to do so, not only pointing out that cures hurt profits, but LAMENTING THAT ONE NEW TREATMENT HAD DONE SUCH A GOOD JOB AT CURING A COMMUNICABLE DISEASE, THAT THERE WOULD NOT BE ENOUGH CARRIERS OF THE DISEASE TO KEEP SPREADING IT AROUND TO OTHERS, IMPAIRING THEIR ABILITY TO CONTINUE TO MAKE MONEY OFF THE CURE! After which they make the observation that well... if you do gotta cure stuff make it cancer or something that can come back, just dont wipe the disease completely out of the population. Because you need to stay in business.

Goldman Sachs analysts attempted to address a touchy subject for biotech companies, especially those involved in the pioneering "gene therapy" treatment: cures could be bad for business in the long run.
"Is curing patients a sustainable business model?" analysts ask in an April 10 report entitled "The Genome Revolution."
"The potential to deliver 'one shot cures' is one of the most attractive aspects of gene therapy, genetically-engineered cell therapy and gene editing. However, such treatments offer a very different outlook with regard to recurring revenue versus chronic therapies," analyst Salveen Richter wrote in the note to clients Tuesday. "While this proposition carries tremendous value for patients and society, it could represent a challenge for genome medicine developers looking for sustained cash flow."
Richter cited Gilead Sciences' treatments for hepatitis C, which achieved cure rates of more than 90 percent. The company's U.S. sales for these hepatitis C treatments peaked at $12.5 billion in 2015, but have been falling ever since. Goldman estimates the U.S. sales for these treatments will be less than $4 billion this year, according to a table in the report.
"GILD is a case in point, where the success of its hepatitis C franchise has gradually exhausted the available pool of treatable patients," the analyst wrote. "In the case of infectious diseases such as hepatitis C, curing existing patients also decreases the number of carriers able to transmit the virus to new patients, thus the incident pool also declines … Where an incident pool remains stable (eg, in cancer) the potential for a cure poses less risk to the sustainability of a franchise."
The analyst didn't immediately respond to a request for comment.
The report suggested three potential solutions for biotech firms:
"Solution 1: Address large markets: Hemophilia is a $9-10bn WW market (hemophilia A, B), growing at ~6-7% annually."
"Solution 2: Address disorders with high incidence: Spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) affects the cells (neurons) in the spinal cord, impacting the ability to walk, eat, or breathe."
"Solution 3: Constant innovation and portfolio expansion: There are hundreds of inherited retinal diseases (genetics forms of blindness) … Pace of innovation will also play a role as future programs can offset the declining revenue trajectory of prior assets."
I know right? I can't believe they said this out in the open either.
But the report only confirms the assertions made by the notable bioethicist Christ Rock for years, "Ain't no money in the cure, the money's in the medicine...that's how a drug dealer makes his money, on the comeback."
So when you walk into a pharmacy to fill a perscription, be honest with yourself about who you are doing business with, and what their real motives are about healing what ails you.

ATTENTION: The report that Tim Cunningham, ScD, the CDC scientist found dead today, was questioning the vaccine program is FAKE NEWS.
The idea that his disappearance may be linked to comments made about the flu shot is a sourceless claim made by notable fake news publisher Your News Wire, and writer Baxter Dimitry, who has now made a habit of manufacturing quotes to bolster the vaccine corruption story. Of course it does not help our cause, because it is fake news. (Not linking so as not to spread the false story.)
In January Dimitry posted a story that claimed that, "A CDC doctor has warned this year’s “disastrous” flu shot may be responsible for the deadly flu epidemic sweeping the country.
“Some of the patients I’ve administered the flu shot to this year have died,” the doctor said, adding “I don’t care who you are, this scares the crap out of me.”
“We have seen people dying across the country of the flu, and one thing nearly all of them have in common is they got the flu shot.”
That quote was not a named source, it didn't say to whom and where the statement was made, and held no credibility.
Then the following month when Cunningham went missing, suddenly Dimitry announced that he was the anonymous doctor:
Managing Editor's Note: Ginger Taylor wrote this post 8 years ago at Adventures in Autism.com as a counterpart to Dan's post. We're running it 8 years later because the state of American childhood is just so grim. Autism is at the crux of our wheelhouse here at AofA, but the depth of the issues at hand is much deeper. This latest school shooting (even that verbiage, "the latest" is startling) might be a catalyst for change. Does either side, Progressive or Conservative have the stomach and the cajones to face the truth? Is it the guns? The access? The vaccines? The medications? The video games? The iWorld? What's creating this all consuming craving to kill among?
By Ginger Taylor
A few days ago, Dan Olmsted at Age of Autism wrote a piece entitled, “Why Progressives Don’t Get Autism”, where he made the case that those on the left are so enamored with the idea that government can solve the problems of humanity, like communicable disease epidemic prevention via public health policies, that they fail to see the unintended consequences of these policies.
In a rare moment of self-reflective contemplation, one of the leftiest blogs on the left, The Daily Kos, admitted that Olmsted had a point.
In reading all this, I have to face that conservatives just have another version of the same problem. We are often so enamored with the idea that business and industry can solve the problems of humanity, and that free man can, with his clever mind and by the sweat of his brow, build the bright, shining city on a hill, that we fail to see the unintended consequences of these ambitions.
Our freedom to work and to own and to engage in commerce, coupled with our dedication to creation, has done some truly astonishing things. We went from the horse and buggy to the moon in less than two centuries. What other culture in the history of man has made such advances?
Progress and innovation have lifted us out of the muck and put us in climate controlled skyscrapers, where we can have pizza delivered while we watch football, and where we don’t have to hunt through the forest and toil in the garden. Which is great. Except that we were kind of made to hunt through the forest and toil in the garden. And when we get too far away from the garden, there are consequences to our health.
When “PROGRESS” and “INDUSTRY” (insert 1950’s post war pro-business, “Better Living Through Chemistry” educational film here) push us to create thousands of compounds and molecules that have never existed on this planet before, and we manufacture them in massive quantities and spread them everywhere, to interact with one another everywhere, in the air, in the water, in homes, in clothes, in foods and in medicines, what we WILL end up with is a chemical soup that WILL harm some or all people. (Any one who does not believe that this is an eventuality is just in denial or has never read Frankenstien or any of the other thousands of cautionary tales of how man’s creations return to bite him in places to which only God and the TSA have unrestricted access.) Because THAT chemical world is not OUR chemical world, the one that nurtured the human race to the place where it could begin an industrial revolution only a very short time ago.
We belong in our garden.
Federal Register: The New HHS Religious and Conscience Rights Office WILL Include Vaccine Protections
by Ginger Taylor
Yesterday, the federal register published the Office for Civil Rights (OCR), Office of the Secretary, HHS, A Proposed Rule by the Health and Human Services Department called, "Protecting Statutory Conscience Rights in Health Care; Delegations of Authority." It is the full rules that they are proposing to guide the office that they announced last week, that offer protections for those people who must decline to participate in a health care process or procedure due to their conscience or religious beliefs.
Their press conference on the office last week: https://www.pscp.tv/w/1vOGwNMgjXMKB
This begins a 60 day period of public comment on the new measures.
While the previous announcement and discussions from HHS on this new office did not mention vaccines, the proposed rules mention them TEN TIMES. And while we were a bit disheartened that vaccine coercion for students was not mentioned, we now see that the office recognizes that vaccine coercion is occurring:
"Despite the longstanding nature of the Federal health care conscience and associated anti-discrimination laws that this rule proposes to enforce, discrimination and coercion continue to occur. Relevant situations where persons, entities, and health care entities with religious beliefs or moral convictions may be coerced or suffer discrimination include:
Being asked to perform, participate in, pay for, counsel or refer for abortion, sterilization, euthanasia, or other health services;
engaging in health professions training that pressures students, residents, fellows, etc., to perform, assist in the performance of, or counsel for abortion;
considering a career in obstetrics, family medicine, or elder care, when one has a religious or moral objection to abortion, sterilization, or euthanasia;
raising religious or moral objections to participating in certain services within the scope of one's employment; and,
being required to administer or receive certain vaccinations derived from aborted fetal tissues as a condition of work or receipt of educational services."
It encourages, and even supports, families abilities to find physicians who share their vaccine point of view:
"PATIENT BENEFITS FROM CONSCIENCE PROTECTIONS
In supporting a more diverse medical field, the proposed rule would create ancillary benefits for patients. The proposed rule would assist patients in seeking counselors and other health-care providers who share their deepest held convictions. Some patients will appreciate the ability to speak frankly about their own convictions concerning questions that touch upon life and death and treatment preferences with a doctor best suited to provide such treatment. A pro-life woman may seek a pro-life ob-gyn to advise her on decisions relating to her fertility and reproductive choices. A pro-vaccination parent may seek a pediatrician who shares his views. Open communication in the doctor-patient relationship will foster better over-all care for patients."
This is great news. We didn't know if vaccines and students would be covered. The door is now officially all the way open for our community.
We will, no doubt, all be digesting this and planning on the best way to approach this new avenue in the next few days and weeks. But right off the bat I have a recommendation for comments that I would love to see submitted, so that this rule making truly gives us all religious freedom and freedom to act on conscience.
One of my long standing complaints is that in funding vaccine programs for states that do not offer a religious exemption, California, West Virginia, and Mississippi, the federal government is supporting the violation of the First Amendment Rights of millions of Americans.
The document does address federal funding in this section, saying:
"Third, providers of pediatric vaccines funded by Federal medical assistance programs must comply with any State laws relating to any religious or other exemptions."
However, I don't believe that this goes far enough. States that do not offer an unrestricted, unreviewable, unrejectable religious vaccine exemption, should not be given federal vaccine funding. Period.
I encourage to begin drafting your wise and eloquent comments to submit to HHS, and I hope you will include in your comments the urging that this section be amended so that not only do providers have to comply with state laws on religious exemptions, but that states MUST offer a religious exemption in order to receive vaccine funding.
So today is the day to share this post in all your groups, and to organize your comment submission. We do not yet know how HHS and the Trump administration will respond, and government/has a long and upsetting history of being able to follow a line of reasoning right up until it reaches the vaccine issue and then goes bonkers, but they said, "Vaccine" ten times. So they know it is part of the package that is coming.
If you don't vaccinate on religion or conscience:
Were you denied schooling if you didn't vaccinate yourself and your child?
Were you denied entry to school events?
Were you denied a job or discriminated against at work? Had to wear a mask?
Were you tricked into a vaccine you never would have allowed to be administered if you knew it contained pork products, bovine products or aborted fetal cell line products?
And start submitting your comments on their new complaint department. We need to push them to set the rules that protect us.
What are your suggestions on the new rules for the new office?
There has been some confusion on what this means for us, so allow me to clarify further what this is and what it is not.
The federal government cannot change state law. This office does not suddenly allow religious vaccine exemptions for those in MS, WV and CA. It does not have that power. It is not a panacea for our exemption problems.
The feds can't force entities to respect the religious and conscience rights of entities that are coercing vaccination, but it can stop funding those entities.
What this does is sets up a complaint process for entities that receive federal funding, and are coercing vaccination and other morally objective behavior, or discriminating against those who are conscientious objectors. The feds, if they found cause, could remove that funding for such entities.
This also does not currently apply to educational institutions. Why not? Good question. It should. We need a explanation and justification from the federal government as to why they are funding state education programs that are violating 1st Amendment rights. They have admitted it is a problem, after all (see above.)
So for those who were under the impression that their kids were going to get to go back to school next week in California because of this, sorry that is not what this does. It does open up a venue for you to ask, "Why are you funding a state program that violates my civil rights?" And you are owed an answer on that question.
This is not an immediate end to the problem. But we have been staring at a brick wall, and a door has suddenly appeared. To get through that door and to the other end of the maze to true vaccine choice, informed consent, and an end to the 1986 National Childhood Injury Act is still a ways off, but suddenly... there is a door.
Sherri Tenpenny asked some good questions in the comments that I would like to answer:
"How will this apply for:
1. flu shots/ healthcare workers
2. college entrance requirements
3. medical school/chiropractic school/veterinarian school applicants?
4. What about the military!?!"
My answers are:
1. It might help.
2. It may not help.
3. Who knows.
4. No way it will help.
If you are a healthcare worker of a federally funded entity, then you have a complaint that they will hear. But this is a new office, we don't know what they will ACTUALLY do, and how strong their political will is. What government says and what it actually does in the face of opposition, is two different things. I want people to use this tool, but be realistic that at best HHS is going to war with itself if they process our complaints and actually take any action. HHS drives vaccine uptake and holds vaccine patents.
College requirements are set by states, and the statute does not seem to apply to educational institutions, so it may not help. But it should, and we need to push this office to begin to consider this problem that again... they have already admitted exists. (see above) Same with med school, etc.
The military? That is the worst. They own you, body and soul. Conscientious objection in the military is a whole different animal, and they have a process. Some have been able to do it, but very few.
But the good news is that a door has appeared. And we can begin the process, perhaps even a good faith process, of raising all the questions that need to be properly addressed, even if most of the individual cases we want fixed don't have a formal pathway to justice.
This is a beginning, not a fix. Cautious optimism is recommended. As is action.
HHS establishes a new Conscience and Religious Freedom (CRF) Division within its Office for Civil Rights, holds livestream today, Jan 18th at 10:30am EST.

HHS establishes a new Conscience and Religious Freedom (CRF) Division within its Office for Civil Rights, holds livestream today, Jan 18th at 10:30am EST. The religious rights of families in Mississippi, California and West Virginia, along with health care workers and military members, have been violated by demands that they be vaccinated against the conscience of those who hold a pro-life view, and do not want to receive vaccines made from aborted fetal cell lines.
Today HHS gives us an official channel to protest this violation of the 1st Amendment.
"HHS establishes a new Conscience and Religious Freedom (CRF) Division within its Office for Civil Rights (OCR) specializing in enforcement of and compliance with laws that protect conscience and the free exercise of religion, and that prohibit coercion and religious discrimination."
WATCH LIVE 10:30 am EST: The #HHS Office of Civil Rights announces new Conscience and Religious Freedom Division to address religious discrimination
"Filing a Conscience or Religious Freedom Complaint If you believe that a covered entity discriminated against you (or someone else) on the basis of conscience or religious freedom, coerced you to violate your conscience or religious beliefs, or burdened your free exercise of religion, you may file a complaint with the Office for Civil Rights (OCR). You may file a complaint for yourself, your organization, or for someone else."
It is time to organize a formal complaint process for those who have both been forced into injecting these products, and for those who have been tricked into receiving these products, because they were not given informed consent.

The US Government Believes That Flu Shots In Babies Are Safe, But Flu Shots On The Ground Is Terrorism.
Shelley Hendrix, formerly of Autism Speaks, and currently with Unlocking Autism, shares her story of asking for a permit to protest vaccine safety in front of the Department of Health and Human Services building, by squirting a mercury containing flu shot on the ground.

A small taste:
Axios has obtained an internal message from the CDC's public affairs officer, Jeffrey Lancashire, dated August 31, to all CDC employees. His directive to them was to stop talking to the media, “even for a simple data-related question.”
The memo reads:
"Effective immediately and until further notice, any and all correspondence with any member of the news media, regardless of the nature of the inquiry, must be cleared through CDC's Atlanta Communications Office. This correspondence includes everything from formal interview requests to the most basic of data requests."
Axios tried to contact Mr. Lancashire to find out more about the policy; however, he has not responded.
Why is even basic data being treated like state secrets?
It's almost like the CDC has something to hide.

CDC HAS RELEASED A VIDEO EXPLAINING TO THE PUBLIC WHY THEIR NEW STANCE IS NECESSARY:
by Ginger Taylor
On Friday, August 25th, a webinar was held, sponsored by Pfizer, called "Getting Parents to Yes! Vaccine Conversations That Work for Providers & Parents".
"With parents consuming so much conflicting health information about their babies and children, providing an effective vaccination recommendation can be harder than ever. Fortunately, there are strategies for discussing immunization with parents that can help them feel comfortable protecting their babies and children with on time immunization.
During this session, pediatrician Dr. Sharon Humiston will moderate a panel with pediatrician Dr. Nathan Boonstra and family physician Dr. Margot Savoy, who will share their top tips for having positive and productive vaccine conversations with parents. Join us on Friday, August 25 at 12 p.m. Eastern to gain insights and tips that you can begin implementing in your practice immediately."
I listened in to see if they were going to recommend anything egregious to the physicians. Surprisingly, it was not horrible. Well it was pretty much the arrogant garbage we already know and experience. Be the expert, be aggressive, blah, blah, blah. To their credit, they did stop short of recommending the full on bulldozing of parents, they didn't recommend dismissing non vaccinating parents from practices, and they did (for a split second) admit they had biases.
To one of the women's discredit (I could not be sure of who was talking at the time) she expressed her strong umbrage at being told by parents that they were declining vaccines because they had, "done their research on the internet," then burst out laughing at the incredulous and outrageous nature of such a statement. (Ahem... ma'am... you do realize you are teaching on the internet right now, yes???) #Irony
Actually the presentation was pretty weak. They don't really have a solution to getting parents refusals. Because, of course, they have not correctly diagnosed the reasons that they are refusing. And when you have the wrong dx, the tx ain't gonna work.
So there was not a lot of me loosing my mind listening to them, just a bit of eye rolling. And a bit of compassion, actually.
THEY ARE SO LOST. They are wandering around lost in the woods, pretending to know where they are going, that they are experts on the terrain, and teaching other lost doctors how to find their way out... of they woods they are lost in. (But to be fair, they are being paid by Pfizer to wander around lost in the woods, so perhaps they are happy there.)
So I wrote to them. I coulda sent a buncha stuff, but this is what I thought might be the most helpful to them. Tried to back them up at least to the right starting point. I figure maybe if I can convince them to get to the trail head, they might be able to see where they have gone wrong from that vantage point, and perhaps move in the right direction.
No answer as of yet. I will update if they do. But they won't. They never do. Because they don't have to.

To Members of the Autism Community in Texas/Louisiana Impacted by Harvey:
SAFETY IS JOB #1: This is an active event. Dangerous flooding is still possible and water may rise through early next week. Pay attention to river crest levels and check to ensure your family is at an elevation above those levels. You can find your current sea level elevation here. Residents will continue to see extensive rainfall. Safety is Job #1 for you and your families. Do your best to get into a safe, quiet place as quickly as possible. If you do not have natural supports where you can evacuate to be with family or friends, get into a hotel room as quickly as possible.
Please be alert and guard against distraction. Wandering and elopement are especially dangerous in our community right now due to high flood waters.
Emergency officials and Unlocking Autism volunteers will triage individuals in this order SAFETY, SHELTER, FOOD/WATER, CLOTHING, MEDICINE (unless it is life sustaining medication).
Please continue to register families of kids with ASD here. We have people on standby that can help them and counsel with them and pray with them and help them calm down. Other moms who know what this is like.
ONCE YOU HAVE DETERMINED YOU ARE AT A SAFE ELEVATION IN A SECURE SHELTER, BE SURE YOU ARE REGISTERED WITH FEMA/DISASTER ASSISTANCE BELOW:
Critical Needs Assessment: FEMA may provide financial assistance to individuals and households who, as a result of the disaster, have immediate or critical needs because they are displaced from their primary dwelling. Immediate or critical needs are life-saving and life-sustaining items including, but not limited to: water, food, first aid, prescriptions, infant formula, diapers, consumable medical supplies, durable medical equipment, personal hygiene items, and fuel for transportation. Critical Needs Assistance (CNA) is awarded under the Other Needs Assistance provision of the Individuals and Households Program (IHP) and is subject to a state cost share. It is a one-time $500 payment per household. The State must request that FEMA authorize CNA in a disaster for specific geographic areas that are expected to be inaccessible for an extended period of time (i.e., seven days or longer). The eligibility period for CNA corresponds to the standard registration period for IHP, which is 60 days from the date of the Presidential disaster declaration.
Individuals and households may be eligible for CNA if all of the following have been met:
- A registration is completed with FEMA;
- The applicant passes identity verification;
- At registration, the applicant asserts that they have critical needs and requests financialassistance for those needs and expenses;
- Their pre-disaster primary residence is located in a county that is designated for CNA; an
- The applicant is displaced from their pre-disaster primary residence as a result of the disaster.
Transitional Shelter Assistance: FEMA may provide Transitional Shelter Assistance (TSA) to applicants who are unable to return to their pre-disaster primary residence because their home is either unihabitaable or inaccessible due to a Presidentially-declared disaster. TSA is intended to reduce the number of disaster survivors in congregate shelters by transitioning survivors into short-term accomodations through direct payments to lodging providers. TSA does not count toward an applicant’s maximum amount of assistance available under the Individuals and Households Program (IHP).
TSA is funded under Section 403 of the Stafford Act and is subject to a state cost-share. The State may request that FEMA authorize the use of TSA for the declared disaster in specific geographic areas.
The affected state, territorial, or tribal government may request TSA. This form of assistance may be considered when the scale and projected duration of the declared incident results in an extended displacement of disaster survivors. The state, territorial, or tribal government, in coordination with FEMA, identifies areas that are inaccessible or that incurred damage which prevents disaster survivors from returning to their pre-disaster primary residence for an extended period of time.
Under TSA, disaster survivors may be eligible to stay in an approved hotel or motel for a limited period of time and have the cost of the room and taxes covered by FEMA. For those who are eligible, FEMA will authorize and fund, through direct payments to participating hotels/ motels, the use of hotels/motels as transitional shelters. The applicant is responsible for all other costs associated with lodging and amenities, including, but not limted to incidental room charges or amenities, such as telephone, room service, food, etc.
The initial period of assistance will be 5-14 (adjustable to 30 days, if needed) days from date of TSA implementation. FEMA, in conjunction with the state, territorial, or tribal government, may extend this period of assistance, if needed, in 14-day intervals for up to six months from the date of disaster declaration.
Individuals and households who are not eligible for TSA will be referred to local agencies or voluntary organizations for possible assistance.
Individuals and households may be eligible for TSA, if:
- Register with FEMA for assistance
- Pass identity and citizenship verification
- Their pre-disaster primary residence is located in a geographic area that is designated for TSA
- As a result of the disaster, they are displaced from their pre-disaster primary residence
- They are unable to obtain lodging through another source
FEMA provides eligible applicants access to a list of approved hotels in their area, and applicants may choose to stay at any approved hotel or facility identified by FEMA. The list of approved hotels is available at http://www.femaevachotels.com/index.php or the FEMA Helpline. FEMA provides applicants with access and functional needs additional assistance in locating approved hotels to meet their needs.
FEMA bases the amount of TSA on the maximum lodging rate plus taxes for the locality, as identified by the General Services Administration (GSA).
When FEMA extends TSA eligible applicants are allowed to remain in transitional sheltering through the end of the extended interval if they are otherwise eligible for IHP Assistance, or both
of the following apply:
- FEMA is currently considering the applicant’s eligibility for Temporary Housing Assistance or is waiting for documentation from the applicant needed to consider eligibility
- They meet other conditions of eligibility established by FEMA and the coordinating state, territorial, or tribal government
- If an applicant who is receiving TSA is approved for Rental Assistance, their TSA-eligibility will terminate at the end of the 14-day interval.
- Applicants who are not eligible for IHP Assistance may only remain in transitional sheltering until their TSA interval expires.

The Portland Press Herald has been an Offit Outlet since 2014 when their "health" writer wrote his first hit piece on vaccine injury families, then three weeks later shared the stage with Paul Offit at the National Press Club as an example of what a great vaccine writer looks like. Again, he wrote ONE ARTICLE on vaccination.
Their propaganda campaign continues with a new op ed by a popular Maine writer, speaking arrogantly and from a place of profound ignorance about the vaccine program, who opens his article with, "A small but growing number of parents think inoculations carry risks, but the biggest risk for their kids – and the rest of us – is not getting vaccinated at all."
For the record, it's a growing number of parents, four federal agencies, The US Congress, The US Court of Federal Claims, The Supreme Court of the United States of America, and all vaccine makers, that think vaccines carry risk... the last of which lists hundreds of those risks on the package inserts, after agreeing with all listed above that all FDA approved vaccines are, "Unavoidably Unsafe."
In this piece, Nemitz says parents are "self-centered" for believing all three branches of the US Government, and product manufactures because... and I am not kidding... when the writer was young there was a place called Polio Pond, where people were afraid of getting polio, even though no one ever contracted polio there. This in an article where he exclaims that, "Anti-vaccine movement’s disregard for reality poses a threat for all of us." (Also... MEASLES! PERTUSSIS! WAKEFIELD! SCIENCE! Did you know that you don't wanna vaccinate, "Because a crusading quack made claims 20 years ago that have never, not once, been backed up by real science?" Perhaps some day a piece of science will show vaccines are associated with autism.)
Mr Nemitz diversions from reality in this op ed are many. I started writing a piece to combat all the fiction and fantasy here, but I gave up at eight pages and just sent him this email. No response.
Also for the record, Nemitz reports that, "Here in Maine, the first measles case in 20 years was reported last month in Farmington – a female who contracted the virus during overseas travel." The case was reported internationally as a dangerous measles outbreak, caused by "anti-vaxxers", as if the black death had come to Maine. In fact, no outbreak occurred, no transmission took place, and from what I understand, no Mainer has actually had the measles.

Last week in the Boston Herald, Rachelle Cohen wrote about the presentation on vaccine information by Mark Blaxill and the Vaccine Safety Council of Minnesota given to the Minneapolis Somali community, errantly reporting that they had given false information to those in attendance, and expressing her opinion that they should be killed for holding the event.
“These are the facts: Vaccines don’t cause autism. Measles can kill. And lying to vulnerable people about the health and safety of their children ought to be a hanging offense.” - Editorial: Preying on parents’ fear, Boston Herald editorial staff Monday, May 08, 2017
Health Choice Massachusetts, of which Boston resident Mark Blaxill is a member, formally reached out to Ms. Cohen and requested a meeting, so that the upsetting and incorrect column could be addressed properly.
Ms. Cohen declined the invitation. Her reasoning? That she had received angry and harassing messages from the public for calling for the deaths of vaccine injury parents, and that it was Health Choice MA's fault.
Because they had scheduled a protest rally.
Protesting her calling for the murder of their members.
Specifically for one of their members who was the individual addressing the Somali families at the event in question.
So it was THEIR fault that people were angry with her for calling for the lynching of people whose loved ones, or who themselves, had been harmed by vaccines.
Not her fault for openly advocating for the violent, humiliating and torturous deaths of US citizens for the crime of talking about corruption.
"I have never fully understood how stupid and absurd the vaccine industry's arguments defending the current vaccine program actually were until Brett Wilcox put them all together on one page. I can't believe how badly this country is being scammed. It is not just horrifically criminal that they are getting away with this, it is monumentally embarrassing that anyone in the US believes them. What suckers we have been." - Ginger Taylor

I’ve been studying vaccines for a few years now. During that time several pro-vaxxers have done their best to convince me of the error of my ways. Many grow frustrated with me and inform me that I’m simple minded and stupid. It’s true that I wasn’t the quickest kid in the class. It’s taken me a long time to grasp what they’re saying, but I think I’ve finally got it. If you’re a pro-vaxxer, please let me know if I accurately represented your position. Thanks for your patience!
Pro Vax Manifesto
* All disease is bad.
* All vaccines are good.
* The science is settled, all vaccines work.
* All vaccines are equally effective.
* All vaccines are equally safe.
* Vaccines are tested for safety more than any other pharmaceutical product.
* Vaccine safety studies are long term studies, meaning they last for more than four days.
* Experimental vaccines intended for babies are first tested on babies.
* Experimental vaccines that will eventually be given to unhealthy children are first tested on unhealthy children.
* Vaccine safety studies always include inert placebos.
* The entire vaccine schedule has been studied for safety.
* The theory and the practice of vaccination are identical.
* Vaccine Information Sheets contain the same information as Vaccine Package Inserts.
* Vaccination equals immunization, yet the public should still fear and ostracize the unvaccinated.
* Vaccines work, but only if everyone else is vaccinated because, of course, my medicine makes your medicine more effective.
* Everyone should be forced to vaccinate to protect the vaccinated from getting the diseases for which they were vaccinated.
* Vaccines have never caused ADHD, tics, Guillain-Barré Syndrome, learning disabilities, cancer, diabetes, eczema, paralysis, autism, or any other injury.
* It’s just a coincidence when babies get sick, diseased, regress, or die following vaccination.
* Vaccination is the leading cause of coincidences.
* There is nothing in vaccines that could hurt a baby or anyone else. That’s why vaccine manufacturers and doctors can’t be sued for vaccine injury or death.
* If vaccines injure a baby, it’s the baby’s fault for having bad genes. Vaccines just identify the defect.
* Vaccines are composed of neurotoxins, human fetal DNA, animal tissue, adjuvants, allergens, antigens, and contaminants. Buildings are evacuated and hazmat teams are called when the contents of a vaccine spill on the floor. That’s why the same ingredients are safe when repeatedly injected into pregnant women, infants, toddlers, teens, the aged, and virtually everyone in between.
* The toxic ingredients in vaccines make sick people healthy and healthy people healthier.
* Injecting toxins is no different than ingesting toxins.
* Because one vaccine is safe, two, four, eight vaccines etc. are equally safe.
* Vaccines are better than vitamins, the more you get, the healthier you are.
* Studies show that vaccine injuries and deaths increase as the number of vaccines increase. That’s why babies can safely receive thousands of vaccines at once.
* High-pitched screams, fevers, lethargy, being zoned out, sleeping for days, diarrhea, and seizures are normal vaccine reactions.
* Normal reactions are not vaccine injury.
* The US vaccine schedule is the only schedule in the world.
* There are no alternative schedules.
* Alternative schedules are untested and dangerous.
* Until recently, 100% of people failed to notice behaviors and traits associated with autism that have always existed in 2% of the population. Some of these behaviors and traits include head banging, spinning, hand flapping, poop smearing, delayed speech, speech regression, inability to speak, speaking in an abnormal tone of voice, repeating words and phrases over and over again, yelling, crying, or laughing for no apparent reason, obsessive attachment to unusual objects, gastrointestinal problems, explosive diarrhea, extreme sensitivity to light, sound and touch, indifference to temperature or pain, difficulty understanding other people’s feelings, reactions, or facial expressions, resistance to being touched, failure to bond or emotionally connect with parents, siblings, and others, wandering, and lack of fear of water sometimes resulting in drowning.
* Autism is normal.
* Autism is a gift.
* Autism should be celebrated.
* Parents who don’t celebrate their kids’ autism are selfish crybabies.
* Autism is an evolutionary response to the computer age.
* No vaccine has ever caused autism.
* Only one now debunked paper written solely by one now disgraced doctor has ever linked vaccines to autism.
* That man is a fraud and he’s personally responsible for killing millions of babies just like Hitler.
* Media outlets can be trusted because they always report the truth about vaccines.
* Media outlets are not influenced by corporate sponsors or government censorship.
* Media should shame and mock parents of vaccine-injured children, especially the moms.
* Media should libel and misquote doctors and scientists who address vaccine safety issues.
* Media should not give fair and equal airtime to parents of vaccine-injured children.
* Media sponsored hate speech is bad … unless it’s targeting parents of vaccine-injured children.
* Media should slam movies such as Vaxxed without ever watching them.
* The pharmaceutical industry does not influence medical school curriculum.
* Doctors are taught everything there is to know about vaccination:
- 1. disease is bad
- 2. vaccines are good
- 3. the vaccine schedule
- 4. vaccine administration and
- 5. strategies to coerce vaccine hesitant parents and others to vaccinate.
* Listen to your doctor … unless your doctor warns you about the dangers of vaccination.
* The ethical principle of informed consent which was established after World War II to prevent further medical experimentation on uninformed and unwilling subjects does not apply to vaccination.
* When doctors coerce and threaten parents to vaccinate their kids, they are not violating medical ethics.
* Medical providers should chart adverse events from medications, but they should deny vaccine-induced adverse events because vaccines are safe and effective.
* Doctors who address vaccine safety concerns should lose their medical licenses.
* The HPV vaccine has been proven to prevent cancer.
* Teen aged girls who fake injury—including paralysis, full body tics, and debilitating pain resulting in being confined to their homes and beds—after getting the HPV vaccine should see a shrink for psychological problems.
* Exposure to chickenpox and measles in childhood provides no health benefits later in life.
* Getting chickenpox is very bad and very scary.
* Getting measles is very, very bad and very, very scary because measles is one of the most lethal diseases on Earth and probably in the whole universe. That’s why parents used to take their kids to measles and chickenpox parties.
* Vaccines don’t contain human fetal DNA.
* Only two babies have been aborted for vaccine research.
* Vaccines used to contain mercury, but that doesn’t matter because it was the good kind.
* Vaccines don’t contain mercury anymore, but that doesn’t matter because it was the good kind.
* Vaccines now banned in developed countries because they contained mercury are still being used in developing countries, but that doesn’t matter because it’s the good kind.
* The amount of mercury in some “preservative- or thimerosal-free” vaccines exceeds the EPA safety limit and must be disposed of as hazardous waste. But that doesn’t matter, because it’s the good kind of hazardous waste.
* Aluminum is a known neurotoxin and is proven to play a significant role in promoting neurological diseases like Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, dementia, and autism. That’s why it’s safe to inject newborns with aluminum in excess of EPA safety limits.
* Aluminum is essential for optimal brain functioning and development.
* There is no valid reason for religious people to object to vaccination because God has no problem with injecting healthy babies time and time again with a variety of cell-killing and brain-damaging concoctions.
* People get Hepatitis B from dirty needles and sexual activity. That’s why Hep B negative mothers should consent to have their 1 day old infants injected with the Hep B vaccine.
* Pus from cowpox eradicated smallpox.
* 10% of the Earth’s population received smallpox vaccines. That’s why nearly everyone needs to be vaccinated to eradicate a disease.
* Not getting the chickenpox vaccine will kill millions of people from smallpox.
* Not getting the measles vaccine will put millions of kids in iron lungs.
* Environmental toxins and tonsillectomies had nothing to do with America’s polio epidemic and polio disease reclassification had nothing to do with reversing the epidemic.
* The polio vaccine used in India is not causing paralysis in 30,000 children per year.
* Sanitation, clean drinking water, and good food are responsible for the reduction of diseases for which there are currently no vaccines. However, once a vaccine is developed for any of those diseases, the previous statement will no longer be valid.
* Immunocompromised people should not be vaccinated with live virus vaccines … unless they live in developing countries.
* The oral polio vaccine should never be given to HIV positive people … unless they live in Africa.
* Being sick is no reason not to get vaccinated.
* It would be unethical to conduct a prospective vaxxed vs. unvaxxed study because withholding vaccines from children would kill them.
* It would be impossible to conduct a retroprospective vaxxed vs. unvaxxed study because all the unvaxxed kids have already died from vaccine preventable diseases.
* Vaccines have never been tested for safety with pregnant women and their fetuses. That’s why it’s safe to inject them in pregnant women.
* Pregnant women should avoid alcohol, antibiotics, Thalidomide, and other pharmaceutical products, but should receive all vaccines offered them at any stage of their pregnancies.
* Babies are born vaccine deficient.
* Premature infants need the protection from vaccines even more than full term infants.
* Even though the pertussis vaccine does not prevent the transmission of pertussis and is known to result in asymptomatic carriers of the disease, vaccinating family members is the best way to protect newborns from whooping cough.
*Drug companies make drugs for profit, but they make vaccines out of the goodness of their hearts.
* Anti-vaxxers enrich themselves writing and selling anti-vaccine propaganda.
* The industry has never lied about vaccine safety, efficacy, or necessity.
* The industry has never faked vaccine research.
* The industry would never divide vaccine lots to spread out and hide vaccine injury and death.
* The industry would never test vaccines on orphans, disabled people, or people of color.
* Merck lied about Vioxx, but it would never lie about its vaccines.
* Merck supervisors did not order its scientists to fake the efficacy of the mumps vaccine.
* The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation didn’t get booted out of India for conducting cloaked vaccine trials on Indian girls resulting in thousands of injuries and hundreds of deaths.
* The Gates Foundation isn’t preparing to vaccinate hundreds of thousands of African babies with an experimental malaria vaccine known to have negative efficacy, meaning that vaccinated babies get malaria at a higher rate than vaccine free babies.
* The CDC’s primary interest is the health and safety of American children.
* The CDC can be trusted to regulate vaccine safety issues because it owns over 50 vaccine patents and profits from vaccine sales.

NOTE: Seems like since Mrs. Wright's death last year, Autism Speaks has changed its mission from "It's time to listen," to "It's time to give up." What a sin. Let's live with autism. Cancer. Alzheimers. Diabetes. MD. Raise money and live with it. Disgusting in the extreme.
By Ginger Taylor, MS
Just saw a new Autism Speaks commercial. The message...
"Learn to live with it."
I kid you not.
(Let's just skip past the horrid imagery of a child with autism on a boat in the water with no supervision for the sake of time and trauma.)
For the few people who don't see a problem with this or understand why so many of us are so angry, please contrast compare two possible positions here. The first has been espoused by our community for more than a decade, the second is espoused by Autism Speaks.
1. Autism is preventable and medically treatable.
2. Autism, learn to live with it.
The first is accurate and appropriate, as there are medical treatments for people diagnosed with autism that will alleviate the symptoms of autism (some of which are life threatening... re: children in a boat in the water with no supervision). This will make their lives better without them having to spend hours and weeks and years combating a terribly debilitating condition. If there is medical treatment available for a debilitating condition, is ethical to tell people that there is medical treatment available for their debilitating condition.
NOTE: You might think that headline is all wet. But think about it as you read this intense post by Ginger Taylor. She decided to take her pediatrician to the medical board for failure to evaluate him for vaccine injury. She lost. Chandler lost. We lost. Again and again we're subjected to a Niagara Falls of denial, lies, cover up, push back and refusals by the medical community tasked with OUR VERY CHILDREN'S FATES. We're drowning in vaccine injury. Water boarded. There is NO Geneva Convention for us. For our kids. Take the poison. Drink from the "be a good Mommy
bottle" without any idea what's inside or what will happen. Shut up. Roll up your kids' sleeves. Choke.
I Brought My Doctor Before the State Medical Board For Failure to Investigate a Vaccine Injury
Ginger Taylor, MS
Two weeks ago, in my letter to the Johns Hopkins Journal, Narratives in Bioethics, I made public the fact that I had taken Chandler's pediatrician before the state medical board for failing to evaluate him for a vaccine injury. It was a journey that started two years ago, and I am just now wrapping up.
Here is both the short version of the story, and the very long version for the true die hards.
This is the question I before the Maine Board of Licensure in Medicine:
What is the duty of a physician to his patient when a parent reports a suspected vaccine injury?
The doctor has no duty to the patient.
Well that is their implied answer. What they really did was just make up an excuse to close the complaint and not answer the question at all. But in their refusal to answer the complaint that a physician had failed in their duty to investigate a vaccine injury claim, they establish the standard of care.
The standard of care for reported vaccine injury is... medical negligence. (also blame the mother, but that is just SOP with autism moms now isn't it.)
Thus again proving my assertion, Mainstream Medicine does not take vaccine safety seriously.
That is the short story. Here is the long version.
Narrative Inquiry in Bioethics: “Families are Under No Obligation to Put Their Children at Risk By Participating in the Corrupt Current US National Immunization Program”
The Johns Hopkins Journal, Narrative Inquiry in Bioethics, has published their issue entitled, "Narrative Symposium: To Vaccinate or Not? Parents' Stories."
The journal description of this edition: "This narrative symposium, "To Vaccinate or Not? Parents' Stories", is comprised of personal stories from 12 parents on their decisions about whether or not to vaccinate their children. They offer a first-hand look at the debated issues of vaccination. As the narrative symposium editors said, "The goal of this symposium is to aid in a more constructive conversation between pro-vaccination/anti-vaccination groups."
Included in the narratives is a letter from Health Choice Executive Leadership Team member, Ginger Taylor. Her letter is reprinted here with permission from Narrative Inquiry in Bioethics.

My name is Ginger Taylor, and I hold an MS in Clinical Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. I am the mother of a 14–year–old vaccine injured child with an autism diagnosis, and our family no longer participates in the vastly corrupt and broken US National Immunization Program. Because of my experiences, I have become a state and national leader on vaccine safety and vaccine choice issues, co–founding The Canary Party, and The Maine Coalition for Vaccine Choice.
CDC Investigates Itself on #CDCwhistleblower Fraud Charges and Then Declines to Share Results with Congress
After the blockbuster revelations that Dr. William Thompson had come forward and admitted that CDC was withholding information that they found linking vaccines to autism, Congressman Bill Posey took the lead in investigating the matter. After many months of sorting through documents given to him by Thompson, Posey took to the floor of the House of Representatives last summer to confirm that there was ample evidence that fraud was taking place and called for formal Congressional hearings.
Utah Representative Jason Chaffetz, the new head of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, had reportedly committed to Rep. Posey that he would hold hearings, however those reports were followed by others suggesting that key members of Congress were coming intense under pressure from vaccine interests not to hold hearings, and instead to allow CDC to investigate themselves.
Indeed, CDC spokesperson Tom Skinner released the following statement to Forbes Magazine, announcing that the agency will investigate themselves for the fraud charges that have been levied against them:
"CDC is aware that employee Dr. William Thompson has raised concerns regarding an article he co-authored that was published in 2004 in Pediatrics. Consistent with CDC’s existing policies and procedures, the agency, through its Office of the Associate Director for Science (ADS), and in coordination with the HHS Office of Research Integrity, is reviewing these concerns. The agency will provide further information once the review is completed."
Months after Rep. Chaffetz had reportedly committed to hold hearings, no hearings have been publicly discussed. Further, activists in the black community report that the ORG's ranking member, Rep. Elijah Cummings, initially committed to them that he would look into the Thompson disclosure, but recanted his commitment to them within days of making it.
On Monday, Rep. Posey took to his facebook page to share that he had learned that CDC had completed their investigation of their potential fraud, and had prepared a video response. He contacted them to request a copy, but CDC has declined to produce it for the Congressman.
Congressman Bill Posey's post to facebook:
"ARROGANT, PETULANT & DEFIANT - I was informed by an insider they did an investigation, prepared a response and produced a video as a result of the July 29th video I posted below. I simply asked to see..."
I had not realized that responses like these were possible to government agencies with oversight and investigative powers, and after reading the Dena Morris response, I have been inspired to use her letter as a template in to address a matter in my own life:

So, yesterday I posted an email I had written to Dr. Tom Insel, head of IACC. You can read it here. I asked if someone could please send me Autism Speaks' Rob Ring's email. And someone kindly obliged. Here's the email I sent to Rob Ring. Both of the emails are a response to the post Katie Wright ran on Thursday regarding the complete and total and seemingly purposeful disregard both Ring and Insel have for meaningful autism research.

As you might understand, it is quite frustrating for parents who are reading the research on autism, and who see its links to vaccines over and over again, to hear Autism Speaks claim there are no links between the two. I am sure that in the cloistered circle in which you operate, the line that vaccines are not linked to autism works just fine, as everyone's paycheck depends on toting that line. However, you need to understand, out here in the real world, where we actually live, that claim is absurd. Because parents can read. You sound silly.
So I am sending you a list I have complied of research papers that show the links between vaccines and autism, and the mechanisms by which it is happening. The document of the 101 abstracts is attached, and I keep a current list online here: https://www.scribd.com/doc/220807175/86-Research-Papers-Supporting-the-Vaccine-Autism-Link
Now you can finally get started on THE most promising lines of inquiry on ways to prevent and treat most cases of autism!
But let's be honest, you won't. If you wanted to, you would have done so a long time ago.
In fact I have it on good authority that you don't even bother responding to emails of this nature, even from struggling parents, because you care so little about making any difference in the actual live of families struggling with these complex and burdensome medical issues. Because again, talking about the real research does not further your cause. I mean Pfizer's cause.
So I feel perfectly comfortable in sending you grandstanding emails like this, that call you out on being a phony who does not even remotely begin to fulfill Autism Speak's mission statement, because I have the utmost confidence that you will simply continue to ignore me, the research, the Thorsen scandal, the Thompson scandal, the Merck MMR Mumps scandal, Verstraeten's first draft, Boyle's emails, DeStefano's admission that no one has ever looked to see if vaccines can cause autism in individual cases, #GarbageCan, #VAXwhistleblower, Unanswered Questions, Bruesewitz v. Wyeth, the willful ignorance of the entire medical establishment of vaccine induced encephalopathy, as well as the reports on VICP by Stanford Law, American University Law, The Associated Press, and the US GAO.
Because when the research list reaches 200, or 300, or 400 citations, you still will ignore it. Until the day that it is no longer simply our children's health and functioning on the line, but your paycheck and your career.
But do get in touch if you decide to change your mind and stop looking like the CEO of a Tobacco company trying to deny that their products cause cancer 40 years after we knew they did.

For the last several years you seem to have failed to be able to find any research that links vaccines and autism. I have complied a list of the research that you have missed and I am sending it to you so you can get started on furthering research on these specific lines of inquiry, and on drafting reasonable safety measures to prevent further cases of vaccine induced autism. The list currently has 101 citations.
I have also posted a copy online, in case that format is more easily accessible to you.
I am available for any questions you have on these matters.
Hey... does anyone have Rob Ring's so I can send him the list too? I want to help him get started on the real work.
The vaccine program is a disaster, kids are getting hurt, docs don't have to know anything about vaccines and we are left by ourselves to clean up the damage. Readers here know this well. Here is how it breaks down.
You got your one percent vaccine corruption, then you got your ninety nine percent ignorance and most of that is now willful ignorance.
(Seriously, the Polings went on CNN SEVEN YEARS AGO. To not know about the vaccine encephalopathy=autism discussion as a practicing pediatrician is willful ignorance.)
There are a hand full of corrupt bastards at the top of the vaccine industry (in both the public and private sectors, and the boundarylessness of the “public/private partnership") who have behaved very badly. They have lied about vaccine safety, they have covered up vaccine autism links, they have published phony research, and they have failed to tell the public about true vaccine risks. They are responsible for grievous harm to an entire generation of American Children.
But the thing is, they are actually a very small number of people. We talk about how vastly corrupt the vaccine program is, and it is vastly corrupt, but only the vaccine program “One Percenters” are actually generating the fraud. The rest of them are just propping it up by towing the “you must have 70 doses of 14 vaccines or the world will end,” line.
They are doing it because they are paid to do it, or because they take orders so they can keep working, or because they have been sold a line of bullshit that they are saving the world from “anti-vaxxers” who want to bring back disease, or because they simply don't want to get attacked for going against the flow. But the thing is, no matter why they are doing it, what they are actually doing is shielding Gerberding and DeStefano and Boyle and Yeargin-Allsopp and Insel and Thorsen and Insert RICO Eligible Name Here, from being put under oath and being cross examined under threat of perjury.
I want to scream, “WHY?! WHY ARE YOU ALLOWING YOURSELVES TO BE USED TO KEEP CRIMINALS OUT OF JAIL! WHY ARE YOU ALLOWING YOURSELVES TO BE LIED TO AND USED TO HARM YOUR OWN PATIENTS TO PROTECT THESE MONSTERS!”
The Vaccine One Percenters can't answer our questions... won't answer our questions... won't answer for their behavior... so they keep throwing people in between us and them to delay the inevitable. This most commonly now takes the form of, “Vaccines are safe. If you have questions, ask your pediatrician.” But of course when we ask our pediatricians the real questions, their answers are some version of:
1. I have no idea what you are talking about.
2. Well my choice is to vaccinate, so yours should be too.

(Note: SB277 passed the health committee 12-6 yesterday and moves forward.) For years and even decades a small group of us have been slaving away, day after day, to get the word out that the vaccine program is now a huge problem and that our kids have been victims of "the greater good." For years we have been calling out from the bottom of the large chasm that we have fallen into for others not to come this way, to stay of the dangerous path that we didn't know better than to follow. But it has been hard work as we have so few resources and become so removed from the mainstream because of our children's vaccine injuries, so only those very close to us could hear our cries.
But this year, you came through for us. Not since Evan McCarthy and Hannah Poling have we had such a huge advancement in our work and progress in getting out our message. Because you have made such boldly corrupt moves, and told such bold face lies, and made the most absurd arguments, we now have families in all parts of the American experience coming out of the woodwork to join us! And they have megaphones that we didn't have!
We now have soccer moms, and crunchy moms, and NASCAR dads, and political power players, and outspoken black leaders, and Hollywood beautiful people, and smart physicians, and rebel libertarians, and that dude at the grocery store that I have been going to for 9 years, and never spoken to more than, "Do you guys have any more lemon yerba mate tea in the back?" who said to me last week, "Hey... thanks for doing all the stuff on vaccines you have been doing. I had not felt good about them for a while..."
And today I just heard a mom with a perfectly healthy child tell the California Legislature, with a big loud megaphone, in front of at least a thousand other moms, "We are awake now, and we are never going back."
And I cried.
I am so, so tired. So broke. So empty. And you have sent me so many reinforcements. From the bottom of my heart thank you. Thank you.
Thank you to California Senator Dr. Richard Pan for telling such easily fact check-able lies about vaccines that people know you are a fraud and say things like, "That guy is a pediatrician?"
Thank you to Oregon Senator Dr. Elizabeth Steiner Hayward for being so arrogant and elitist that you actually admitted in a committee hearing, on camera that you think you should have medical choice for your baby and the peasants beneath you should not.
Thank you to Senator Jeff Tarte of North Carolina for being so mean and nasty that it was clear to everyone that you don't actually give a crap about families, and that your bill had nothing to do with the actual well being of children.
Thank you to Representative Ralph Tucker of my own town of Brunswick, Maine for offering nothing but fear based arguments, completely free of facts, so everyone could see that your bill was not even remotely relevant to reality.
Last summer a reporter I had never heard of from the Portland Press Herald called me about vaccine stuff. I started with my standard, “First of all I am not anti-vaccine. I vaccinated my children and one of them got hurt...” thing. Then he interviewed me for an hour and I got to discuss all the corruption problems at length. Seemed like an OK interview. But as is the reality of our world, the hack, Joe Lawlor, turned out to be a poor man's Mnookin, and “Ginger Taylor, an anti-vaccineadvocate from Brunswick...” Cut to two weeks later and look who is sitting on a dais with Paul Offit at the National Press Club being held out as an example of exactly how to journalize right on vaccination. After writing ONE story on vaccination. (Lawler is the new Offiteer on the beat... will he soar like Seth “I hate my mother' Mnookin to teach science journalism at MIT or become he head of a media strategy group serving Eli Lilly and GSK like Trine “Cupcake” Tsouderos ... stay tuned and find out.)
There have been half a dozen propaganda pieces by Lawlor since then, all working to get people excited about the HUGE new opportunity we have to get rid of measles in Maine by restricting vaccine exemptions. Well, I mean, there hasn't been a measles case in Maine in 18 years, so we are not so much trying to get rid of Measles as much as we hope that removing the rights of parents will help us achieve negative measles in Maine. That way if we still get a few cases of measles, we can still have no measles. You have to stay hyper vigilant, you know. Measles is only a tea cup ride away.
So we had a bit of a heads up that this was coming, but we didn't know it would be national and move through the country like a blitzkrieg. But with Posey announcing the #CDCwhistleblower investigation, clearly we should have expected it.
In December I was reading yet another one of Lawlor's propaganda pieces and thought, “Where's the consumer protection?!” Then ran to my desk and whipped out a bill that I thought would give Mainer's a fighting chance of protecting and helping their vaccine injured and vulnerable kids, will full awareness that I didn't have a clue as to how to write a bill or what the hell I was doing, other than trying to fill the gaps that tens of thousands of our children had fallen into. And keep falling into every day.
Then I began step two... begging the few legislators I knew from the Ron Paul Wars of 2012 to introduce it. Lucky me, I found five of them, and they found someone else. I love Rep. Beth O'Connor, and I am not ashamed to say it.

Things have changed over the last few months. The attack on parents who are calling out the corruption in the vaccine program, and on those refusing to ignore their intellect and their conscience when making vaccine decisions, has become shrill and is now in the process of becoming codified into law.
The Public Private Partnership of Public Health and Pharmaceutical Corporations are now trying to bar children from school (and in some cases adults from their places of employment) if they do not agree to inject a cadre of vaccines that are classified by law as “unavoidably unsafe.” And this is being done in the absence of any serious threat to public health.
The measures have already failed in Oregon, Washington, Maryland, North Carolina, New Mexico, Illinois and Texas, but are still under consideration in California, Vermont and Maine. In California and Vermont, legislators and lobbyists have taken to using some dirty tricks to ram these bills through the legislatures despite the outcry of very angry parents and disability rights activists. In Vermont, parents were barred from even testifying on a bill that would throw children out of both public and private school (even special needs children) who are so much as missing one Hepatitis B vaccine. Some Vermont Senators actually took the position on the floor of the Senate that their state didn't have an obligation to educate these children (or allow them enter a private school), and those families who wanted their children educated would have to sue the state.
It has presented a fork in the road to many who have not had to make a hard choice in this issue so far.
Over the last few months, in conversations with those new to the fight to prevent vaccine injury and get proper care for those who have been hurt, and those in positions to speak with authority on vaccine choice and vaccine safety, there has been a running question.
“What will happen to me if I speak out?”
They are afraid of repercussions. They see what happens to the social lives, public perceptions and careers of those who have spoken boldly on vaccine corruption and stood up for vaccine choice, and they are afraid. They don't want to get Wakefielded.
And who can blame them. Because the answer to that question can range from, “Nothing bad will happen to you, and you will start to hear many thanks from people for speaking out on their behalf,” to, “The mainstream media will call you an anti-vaccine nut job, your relatives will disown you, your boss will fire you and you will loose your house.”
For random parents, it is usually closer to the former, but for professionals with a large platform to speak from and an audience to influence, it can be closer to the later.
But in thinking about how to answer people, a few things have occurred to me.
Our generation has sat in a comfortable place in history, and often judged quite harshly those who didn't stand up for the injured and oppressed minorities of only a generation or two ago.

Last Wednesday, April 15th, all eyes concerned with vaccine choice rights were on the hearings in the California Legislature as they heard debate on a bill to remove the philosophical vaccine exemption in that state. The parents opposing the bill were winning the debate, and because the vote would have likely resulted in the death of the bill, the chair pushed the vote back one week to this coming Wednesday, so that the bill's sponsors would have more time to convince the committee members to vote for the bill.
In stark contrast, last Wednesday, April 15th few eyes concerned with vaccine choice rights were on the hearings in the Vermont Legislature as they heard debate on a bill to remove the philosophical vaccine exemption in that state. The parents opposing the bill were winning the debate, and because the vote would have likely resulted in the death of the bill, the chair pushed the vote back one week to this coming Wednesday, so that the bill's sponsors would have more time to convince the committee members to vote for the bill.

Last week in Maine an unprecedented event occurred. A mainstream media outlet hosted an extended, live debate on vaccines, invited a balanced panel and a balanced audience, let the audience questions drive the debate, and in no way biased or edited the final product. This bold media outlet, CBS affiliate WGME in Portland, Maine, along with their media partner the Bangor Daily News, hosted this as a part of a national Town Hall event series.
The panelists were former pediatrician and current Medical Director for MaineCare Kevin Flanigan, MD, MBA, former pediatrician and Vice President for Clinical Affairs for the University of New England Dora Anne Mills M.D., M.P.H., F.A.A.P., authority on the anthrax vaccine Meryl Nass, M.D., and myself, Ginger Taylor, MS, BA, AM (autism mom). Turns out there is a good reason that public health officials and vaccine program defenders don't participate in fair, open, unedited, extended debates with critics of the vaccine program... they have dramatically different outcomes than the biased, prepackaged media pieces we are used to seeing.
Public health loses control of the narrative quickly. WGME has placed the entire debate on their web site and on YouTube. We at the Maine Coalition for Vaccine Choice encourage you to take an evening to watch this unique debate, and to share it widely with those who are interested in more in depth discussions on vaccine matters.
In preparation for this article, I contacted my fellow panelists to tell them that we would be writing a follow up to the event and asked them to send any citations that might apply to the topics that they discussed so that those interested could continue to research the material.
Below the videos you will find each of their notes. Currently there are five vaccine bills in the Maine Legislature. Two that restrict and remove vaccine exemption rights, one that adds more vaccines to the list of those mandated for school entry, one that prevents discrimination against those who are unvaccinated, and another, written by me, to create a vaccine safety office at the Maine CDC to prevent vaccine injury, and to get vaccine injuries properly assessed, diagnosed, treated and compensated via the federal Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. These bills will be heard in the Joint Committee on Health and Human Services on May 11th. We will be holding an all day advocacy push that day which includes a scheduled visit from Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. who will be educating legislators on what he has learned about vaccine safety after investigating parental vaccine injury claims.
We encourage Mainers who want to retain their right to vaccinate as they choose, and who want to work to prevent vaccine injury, to join our mailing list on MaineVaxChoice.org, join our group on Facebook at Maine Coalition for Vaccine Choice, and to join us in Augusta on May 11th as we educate the legislators on what is really going on in the vaccine program and why parental rights must be respected.
On behalf of myself, The Maine Coalition for Vaccine Choice, The Canary Party, HealthChoice.org, and the thousands of families we represent, we thank CBS 13/WGME and the Bangor Daily News for holding such an unbiased and in depth town hall discussion on vaccines. We hope that this will be a shining example of how mainstream media can restore their reputation with the public on this topic, and that it will be the first of many such events in the US.
Over the last few years we have gotten to know Dr. Richard Pan, California State Senator and Big Med operative (to the tune of $182,000 in campaign donations), as he has not only has worked to force everyone in his state into becoming customers of his donors and a corrupt vaccine program, but treated individual parents trying to earnestly advocate for their vaccine injured children like... well like crap.
While in 2012, he claimed he wanted to pass his bill not to remove parental choice, but to merely make sure families are educated on vaccination, he now has thrown that out the window and has a new bill to remove choice all together. Let's go to the video of this thoughtful legislator and solid citizen:
Not super consistent, is he. "NO CHOICE FOR YOU!" I guess we should have called, "no take backs." during the hearings in 2012. Our fault I guess.
I would encourage you to challenge him on twitter about this change of heart, but if you do, you will be immediately blocked by him. He only wants to hear what he wants to hear, and if you don't like his stance, you are not allowed to see his tweets any more. "NO TWEETS FOR YOU!"
Yes, folks... Crazy PANts believes that William Thompson's admission of taking part in the hiding of vaccine autism links from the public along with his research team at CDC is... somehow... a fraud perpetrated by Andy Wakefield.

So here's the thing. Just as CDC has the CDC Foundation, a private non-profit that supports its work, NIH has the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health.
"Foundation for the National Institutes Of Health Established by the United States Congress to support the mission of the NIH—improving health through scientific discovery in the search for cures—the Foundation for NIH is a leader in identifying and addressing complex scientific and health issues. The foundation is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) charitable organization that raises private-sector funds for a broad portfolio of unique programs that complement and enhance NIH priorities and activities.
Mission Statement: To support the NIH in its mission to improve health, by forming and facilitating public-private partnerships for biomedical research, education and training."
Francis Collins, head of NIH, is a non-voting member of their board.
So who funds the foundation that supports NIH? From their 2011 tax filing:
Merck - $15,051,035
Pfizer - $53,800,710
Eli Lilly - $9,452,484
Novartis - $11,435,208
Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation – a staggering $278,541,858
So I have to ask. With these vaccine interests, funding them to the tune of 386 million dollars per year, is it any surprise that the National Child Study did not include data on the overall health outcomes of vaccinated children?
I think it is fair to ask, since the study was designed to look at the impact of chemicals on children's health, did the data being collected present a picture that might be harmful to the bottom line of these pharmaceutical interests? And, did early study results have have any impact on the decision to pull the plug? And, will the raw data that was collected be open for us to view and process?
Managing Editors Note: I've heard of some very popular boy band called "One Direction." I couldn't hum a single bar of their music. No idea what they look like. But I like their name because it reminds me of the Age of Autism team. We move in ONE DIRECTION. Forward. While many around us dwell in negatives, in the past, in what's "wrong" with our community and pontificate on and write some seriously nasty gaaaaah-bage as my Mom would say in Boston, our team has been "busy, busy, busy" writing books. Actual books that can never be rescinded, removed or retracted. Old school. BOOKS. The volume of volumes is dare I say? Voluminous! (Humor me, it's the end of a long weekend.....)
Special congrats to our Editor Dan Olmsted and Editor at Large Mark Blaxill on the February debut of Vaccines 2.0: The Careful Parents' Guide to Making Safe Vaccination Choices for Your Family.
We hope that you will buy one or two, perhaps more, of these books. Yes, money is tight. But I can promise you that each and every book will help you as you work with your loved ones with autism, as you discuss the needs of our community with medical providers and politicians and will give you hope that we will all move in ONE DIRECTION. Forward. Like a train.
