Shattered Femur, Shattered Families, SHITTY STAFF
How much are families of and people with profound autism expected to ENDURE when idiots, untrained, vicious, uncaring, monstrous, callous, disgusting staff can not provide even a basic level of humanity? ANIMALS get better care than autistic people, who are treated like unworthy vermin in so many settings. It's the filthy, dirty secret of schools, day programs, group homes across the nation. It's not POOR PAY - it's the very cloth of the barbarians hired and the negligent supervisors above them. Every one of whom should be FIRED with cause.
Nonverbal child left lying on school floor for 2 hours after shattering his femur, family says
MISSOURI CITY, Texas (KTRK) – A nonverbal child with autism in Texas was left lying on the floor for hours, crying in pain after a slip and fall at school. The 11-year-old boy named Kyle was eventually taken to a hospital where he underwent surgery for a shattered femur. Now, his parents are demanding answers from the school district.
I am deeply sorry to hear about this heartbreaking situation. No child, especially one with profound autism, should ever be left to suffer in pain and neglect. The lack of proper care and humanity in such settings is truly unacceptable. It is horrifying that Kyle, a nonverbal child, had to endure such suffering due to the incompetence and callousness of those who should be caring for him. Families deserve compassion, respect, and understanding, not the cruelty and neglect that far too many face when their loved ones need help the most.

United Healthcare proves America cannot afford vaccines....

Perhaps you believe that the childhood jabs protected your child from "harmful" childhood diseases, but you have no evidence to prove it. Other parents have evidence that the jabs themselves harmed their children. Both sets of parents will be paying the elevated insurance premiums. Many parents of vaccine injured children in the late 80's-early '90's paid for everything out of pocket. If you like your vaccines, you can keep them...and pay for the injuries yourself. Ban all childhood vaccines now!

OMG! My sister fell and broke her femur and was told she could have died. There is a lot of blood in the femur arteries and they are very susceptible to damage. This boy could have bled out. I hope they sue the school district. Just firing those staff members isn't enough.
BTW, Animals are often treated this poorly. No one should be allowed to suffer.

Every time my family has gone to disney we have been able to get a DAS pass for my son with autism.
This year we had to do an online interview to get the pass and we ended up with a rude clown who would only provide us his first"name" Dickie he denied us the the pass because he could and he was rude.

Good Lord! Heartbreaking!!
Criminal Charges need to be filed against those former employees and their supervisor. A criminal charge will ensure that there is a mark on their records to prevent furture employment in a public school or any service that provides care for the most at risk. Shame that the Ft. Bend ISD PD has not even considred this. Tough!

Those staff members in schools, day programs, group homes etc. are appalling monsters, cruel, inhuman, callous, evil ghouls who should never be allowed to care for the very vulnerable population of autistic children and adults with autism. These horrors should never be happening and families are suffering with anxiety and worry over the safety of their loved ones who should NEVER BE ABUSED in civilized society. We need protection and oversight and accountability for this tragic situation now!

Watching the video brought me to tears. At least they had an attorney who got access to the video- where we are they absolutely refuse to let parents see it due to “ privacy” and then come back to say the video doesn’t exist, which happened in 2 separate districts on the bus with cameras. I guess crying on the floor for 2 hours is just “autism” for a child that can’t tell you it hurts. You know the staff never would have been fired if the parents didn’t have an attorney. The only time a family has a chance of winning against a district is for clear negligence so at least they have that. But they will never have trust again.
