Another Life Lost To Z91.83
Note: Z91.83 is the ICD code for wandering, also called elopement. A common hazard of autism that kills with impunity. Below, the story of Germaine Jones, another non-speaking child with autism who wandered and died in a watery grave. The world is full of unspeakable heartache right now. Please visit the National Autism Association for information about wandering and safety. Say a prayer for Germaine and his family.

2-year-old Clinton County boy found dead after massive search
WATERTOWN TWP. — The body of a 2-year-old boy who went missing Monday afternoon in southern Clinton County was found Tuesday afternoon, the Clinton County Sheriff's Office confirmed.
Two hours earlier, Clinton County Sheriff Sean Dush had said it's "all hands on deck" in the search for Germain Jones, who he said disappeared from his family's home a day earlier after a babysitter left him alone briefly while taking a shower.
“It is with great sadness that we are reporting that the missing child was located deceased,” the department posted to its Facebook page about 5 p.m. “There will be a press conference near the Clinton County Incident Command trailer on Bauer Rd just north of Clark Rd at 5:30pm. At this time further details may be released. Please pray for the family during this tragic time.”
Dush confirmed the child's death in a 5:30 p.m. briefing, saying he was found in the Looking Glass River.
Dush said at least 300 volunteers, plus law enforcement members, searched for Germain Monday night and more than 500 were on hand Tuesday.
Dush said volunteers had planned to search until dark Tuesday, with first responders working through the night again.

A child disabled or not can and will drown, adults can drown also. It is not important if they have autism or not. The child was 2 not 12 so his autism is not important, and a wondering nondisabled 12-year-old can drown. We need water safety for anybody! We need more lifeguards! We need a "Royal National Lifeboat Institute" in the US. The darn Coast Guard is not enough to save people that group it is distracted by that useless drug war.
