Breaking: Family of 24-Year-Old Who Died From COVID Vaccine Sues DOD in ‘Groundbreaking Case’

The family of a 24-year-old man who died from complications of COVID-19 vaccine-induced myocarditis alleges the U.S. Department of Defense engaged in “willful misconduct” when it claimed Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine authorized for emergency use was “safe and effective.”

The family of a 24-year-old man who died from complications of COVID-19 vaccine-induced myocarditis today filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), which oversaw the development and distribution of the drug under Operation Warp Speed.

Ray Flores, the attorney representing the estate of George Watts Jr. filed the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia against the DOD and Lloyd Austin III in his official capacity as defense secretary.

The lawsuit alleges the DOD engaged in “willful misconduct” by continuing to exclusively allow distribution of the stockpiled version of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine that had been authorized for emergency use even after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granted full approval to a different vaccine, Comirnaty. The War On Ivermectin 2023The War On Ivermectin
Dr. Pierre Kory

Ivermectin is a dirty word in the media. It doesn’t work. It’s a deadly horse dewormer. Prescribe or promote it and you’ll be called a right-wing quack, be banned from social media, or lose your license to practice medicine. And yet, entire countries wiped out the virus with it, and more than ninety-five studies now show it to be unequivocally effective in preventing and treating Covid-19. If it didn’t work, why was there a coordinated global campaign to cancel it? What’s the truth about this decades-old, Nobel Prize-winning medication? The War on Ivermectin is the personal and professional narrative of Dr. Pierre Kory and his crusade to recommend a safe, inexpensive, generic medicine as the key to ending the pandemic.

Real RFK Jr Book CoverHere's a great Father's Day gift idea. The Real RFK Jr Trials of a Truth Warrior from Skyhorse Publishing is available NOW for pre-order. It's already #1 on the Amazon best sellers list.

By Dick Russell

An epic biography filled with drama, conflict, and surmounted challenges.

The Real RFK Jr. is an intimate biographical portrait examining the controversial activist's journey from anguish and addiction to becoming the country's leading environmental champion fighting government corruption, corporate greed, and a captured media. Written by his longtime colleague Dick Russell, the biography also exposes the misconceptions and explains the rationale behind Kennedy's campaign to protect public health.

Provided exclusive source material, including access to Kennedy’s unpublished writings and personal journals, the author conducted dozens of interviews with him as well as numerous friends and associates. Russell delves into everything from Kennedy’s sometimes death-defying river rafting adventures to his pioneering legal cases against polluters such as Smithfield Foods and Monsanto, while founding the world’s largest water protection group. The Real RFK Jr. also examines Kennedy’s pursuit of the truth about the assassinations of his father and uncle, the wrongful murder conviction of his cousin, and the false narratives around the COVID-19 pandemic.

I watched the Energy and Commerce Committee hearing titled “Looking Back Before Moving Forward: Assessing CDC's Failures in Fulfilling its Mission” today. It's linked below. All agreed the CDC's Covid emergency performance was a dumpster fire, with the responsible CDC Director leaving at the end of the month. However, all the D's wanted to fix the CDC by giving them all the money they requested and unlimited access to citizen's personal health data for the CDC's self prescribed "fix." The D's have introduced a bill to do so. R chairman says not so fast. Committee needs a detailed account of their self improvement plan or they will not vote on the bill. The CDC tells them to go pound sand and did not make the details available. Several members brought up the fact that the CDC, with a 9 billion dollar budget and 13,000 employees does not need Congressional approval. There is no Senate confirmation for the Director. They are appointed by the HHS Director. All done through the Executive branch. Some committee members claimed the CDC failed because it did not have enough data. LOL! The CDC's Vaccine Safety Data Link was not mentioned.

But this is the elephant in the room and is also what the DUMPSTER FIRE CDC also has oversight of and a new one should come on line this year. It was not mentioned in the hearing:

Citizens can rest easy tonight knowing this Energy and Commerce subcommittee has everything under control. They are the CDC Director's only outside accountability. The new Director? Dr. Cohen (speculated), same as the old boss.....

This might be a good time to call your Reps and let them know about this case:

"Washington, D.C. — House Energy and Commerce Committee Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) and Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations Chair Morgan Griffith (R-VA) today announced a subcommittee hearing titled “Looking Back Before Moving Forward: Assessing CDC's Failures in Fulfilling its Mission.”

“The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has broken the American people’s trust through its mismanagement of recent responses, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Its leadership has publicly acknowledged the agency’s failures and committed to reform through its ‘Moving Forward Initiative.’ However, we are concerned with the lack of transparency around how the CDC developed and is implementing the initiative. Restoring public trust will require public discussion of the causes of CDC’s missteps from across the public health sector to inform necessary solutions,” said Chairs Rodgers and Griffith.

Awesome! I am praying that TRUTH will prevail.
Could this be why CDC Director Dr. Walenski is jumping ship?
Will her act of placing the EUA Covid 19 product (FDA licensed products were not available to the public at the time) on the CDC Childhood Recommended Vaccine list also come out?
