A COVID Politics

In more than fifty years of family practice, I have cared for many, many vaccine-injured children and adults, an experience that has convinced me that the vaccination process is itself a major cause of chronic, autoimmune disease, as has a sizeable body of reputable, published science reaching the same conclusion, which remains largely ignored for precisely that reason.
My 2017 book, Vaccines: a Reappraisal, was an attempt to restate that case, in response to the drug industry's massive campaign to enforce and indeed tighten the vaccination mandates that were already in place, by seeking to remove all religious, philosophical, and personal-belief exemptions, and to further limit even medical exemptions, which were always prohibitively difficult to obtain.
Their success in persuading many blue states to propose and in some cases enact draconian new laws of this type took the contentious issue of mass vaccination beyond its scientific dimension into the threat to fundamental civil and human rights that was always bound up with it: the right of informed consent, as enshrined in the Nuremberg Code, and the right of parents to make medical decisions for their children, both of which we all still claim to hold dear.
As the grandson of immigrants, and a lifelong Democrat and admirer of FDR and the New Deal, I've watched with horror as the far right has tried and largely succeeded in dismantling his legacy, downsizing all Federal agencies meant to serve and protect the public interest, and thus enabling large corporations and super-wealthy investors to bankroll and control the agencies that were meant to regulate and restrain them. A prime example was the drug industry's unopposed buy-out of the CDC, naming top executives to its Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, and rewarding other pro-vaccine advocates with lucrative positions in exchange for their support.
This cozy relationship has led the CDC to accept as official policy the industry's impossibly strict standards for what qualifies as a bona-fide adverse reaction to vaccines, to make the vaccines look as safe and effective as possible, even to the extent of falsifying the data from their own safety and efficacy trials to support those priorities. The industry achieved its consummate victory in Congress, with passage of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, excusing them from any financial responsibility for the deaths and serious injuries caused by their products, a free ride granted to no other industry, and creating a federal compensation program in which victims' claims are seldom reported and almost never succeed.
For all these reasons, I have always opposed the vaccine mandates, and regarded them as a basic and important issue for progressives on the left, on behalf of the thousands and thousands of parents who have had to live through the deaths and crippling injuries of their children from the vaccines they've voluntarily or reluctantly agreed to.
Yet what has happened is quite the opposite. Even the great Bernie Sanders, who never tires of berating the drug industry for its price-gouging, has remained blind to the institutional corruption I've been speaking of, and presumably still shares the all-but universal veneration accorded to vaccines by the general public. In the same vein, several state AG's recently won a great victory over various drug makers for overselling opioids and lying to the public, just as many if not most of the biggest firms have been repeatedly found guilty of major felonies; yet the CDC and the industry that controls it still enjoy a carte blanche that truly boggles the mind.
Ironically, the only organized political grouping that openly agrees with what I've been saying are precisely those champions of the far right whose primary mission remains the dismantling of the government's public-interest functions, and whose predecessors were the ones who made the present corruption possible, while Fox News and the other GOP-controlled media outlets are the only place where any criticism of the CDC and the vaccine mandates is tolerated, and Democratic Congressmen like Adam Schiff have directed social media to remove as "disinformation" any criticism of vaccines or official policy regarding them.
The main constituency that I feel impelled to speak for are the thousands upon thousands of aggrieved parents whom I spoke of earlier, who now look by default to the GOP as their only hope of deliverance, and may well have rendered Gov. Newsom's recent recall election, for example, a lot closer than it would have been without them. As I see it, that allegiance is a huge and terrible mistake. The GOP continues to attack the CDC just as it has in the past, not because it's giving the drug industry a free ride, but simply because it exists, as a government agency, and thus ultimately because of what it should be doing, protecting the general public from the greed of the industry. So they will attack it even harder, and end up betraying those same kids and their parents, if and when the Democrats can help it do its job of protecting them.
The apparent coincidence of the pandemic, and the urgencies arising from Trump's and the CDC's mishandling of it, have inevitably sharpened these same dichotomies to a fever pitch, by providing the perfect opportunity for both the industry and the CDC to achieve their long-standing agenda of universal vaccination by coercing virtually the entire population into compliance, running roughshod over our right of informed consent, and thus endangering us all, not least those who submit to it willingly and feel genuinely protected by it for the time being.
As a physician with progressive values, I keep asking myself what I and others of like mind can do to revive the CDC and hold it to its original mission, of caring for the injured, restraining a runaway industry, restoring our right to informed consent, and speaking out for good science and good health, at a time when those I most need and want to convince are desirous of even stricter mandates and thus apt to dismiss us as dumb, deluded, or scheming "anti-vaxxers" who think only of ourselves. In short, by some sort of truth-telling that has so far proved ineffective, we need to show the Democrats in positions of power -- our legislators, governors, mayors, District Attorneys, Attorneys General, judges, doctors, nurses, business leaders, and NGO's like the ACLU, the Brennan Center, and so forth -- that the science being invoked to support the mandates is junk science, designed to inflate a significant outbreak into a genuine emergency that endangers them as well as us, and ultimately serves no long-term interest but the bottom line of an industry that is already obscenely wealthy and threatens to keep us all under their thumb for the foreseeable future.
That miracle will not be achieved by arguing; I've already learned that the hard way. Whenever I try to discuss the issue with people whose political beliefs and values are similar to mine, they typically agree with Bernie that the drug industry is corrupt. But when it comes to vaccination, even those who avoid the flu shot, for instance, or have succeeded in reducing the total number and frequency of vaccines that their kids receive, are sufficiently frightened by the COVID to welcome the official assurance that the available vaccines will at least minimize the risk of serious illness and death, as they do seem to be doing, and even agree that the unvaccinated are mainly responsible for spreading the virus, preventing herd immunity, and thus ending the emergency. Nor can I blame them, for the lay public is has every right to expect that the CDC and those physicians and scientists in a position to know the truth are giving it to us straight.
So, once again, their blind spot is failing to see or refusing to acknowledge that the industry is controlling and corrupting the CDC. Like most people, the Democrats see it, alas all too accurately, as a polarizing political issue, simply because the GOP is united in proclaiming the opposite, and thus refuse even to entertain the possibility that what at least the more politically aware of them must fear deep down is in fact true, that the agency is largely bankrolled and almost entirely controlled by the drug industry, whose greatest profit center has long been the mandating of vaccines; that the companies that manufacture vaccines have repeatedly been found guilty of deceiving the public; and that the very real threat of the virus has been manipulated to heighten the uncertainty and fear that we naturally all feel. So the question becomes, how can we help our families, friends, and neighbors acknowledge, accept, and ultimately act upon the unpalatable reality that on some level they must already be preparing for?
It shouldn't be that difficult, because the other major industries in our economy have long since bought and corrupted the government agencies that were set over them in much the same way. The only difference is that vaccines are uniquely revered with all the fervor of born-again religion, such that the companies who make them are now excused from all financial and legal responsibility for whatever harm they cause.
This, then, is my dilemma; and it's made infinitely more difficult by the knowledge that my words, to the extent that they're persuasive, will also be seized upon and used by the far right to exacerbate the division and polarization that already paralyzes the government from taking any action that could change it, or indeed any effective action at all.
But what I fear if anything even more is that these efforts of mine and my colleagues will continue to be dismissed, just as they have been, and that more history will be required to change the way we see the pandemic: more variants, more boosters, more cases, more deaths, and more tragedies, such that people will eventually stop doing what they're told, and believing the official narrative that they want to believe, because it no longer works for them or is actually causing them serious harm. I can only hope and pray that it won't take that long.
You seem to always want to not see the flaws in Democrats. For the last few years democrats have been actively forcing children out of school, clearly based on contributions from lobbyists. They have made my hometown, New York, inaccessible to me based on not having received Covid vaccines which say in their authorization documents that they do not stop transmission. This is backed up by a recent study out of Harvard examining 68 countries and almost 3,000 US counties. This is NOW. I don’t care about what happened decades ago. Asking for “papers” to access my home town! Brought to you by current Democrats. In New Jersey, the senior centers—all Democrat-leaning—won’t let my friend in who has leukemia and low platelets. Can’t be vaccinated. Doesn’t matter. He will not get in the way of Pharma profits with his little problem of leukemia. This is mega bullshit. I am a lifelong Democrat but have had enough. Stop being “balanced” about people being fired, denied organ transplants etc. This is very nasty stuff.

Dear Carol -
I am that bad word starting with "a" person.
I categorically refuse to wear face diaper in any situation , and I have lost my job because of it.
I am also a mother of a vaccine injured son with two disabilities one of which is deafness.
And as a person who is dealing with deafness for over 20 years, I KNOW for a fact that the great majority of people around the world hear with their eyes.
Is one doesn't see other person's articulation, it is so much harder to understand them. That is the case for the deaf and hard of hearing, but also for all children just learning to talk, for foreign language speakers, for all people where understanding is crucial.
And besides, who told you that those face diapers prevent viral transmission? Even on the box of surgical masks it is stated that masks do not prevent viral transmission.
There is so much more I can tell you about that ridiculous "requirement"!
But I will only say one thing - you may believe all you want and wear a mask till your last breath. But expecting and even forcing others to wear a mask makes you a petty tyrant and a fascist.

Thank you Dr Richard Mioskowitz, I started working in the health and social care sector in 1975 ,and am so lucky to have met so many fab people in the learning disability sector who have made a huge lasting impression with me , the funny thing is I don't remember the individuals medical records labels per se ,
but I do remember the fab individual personality types !
Predjudice is still a huge scurge on and in our communities from ignorance .
We are so lucky we have needle point observation comics who can look at our surroundings and behaviour and just mirrior it straight back to us !

What incredible courage and sense of purpose this young girl has. Every time I think about it, and what it takes for a high schooler to stand alone for what is right, with no other student, teacher, administrator, or staff person standing with her in support, I am wowed all over again. What a shining example of an amazing American and human being.

One more little comment about why we shouldn't bother saving the CDC:
They put out a memo recently stating that "Pregnant People" should get the vaccination.

Now, aside from urging a pregnant "person" to use an invasive medical procedure that is experimental being unwise, just who are these "Pregnant People" who need to be vaccinated? Do they mean women?
This agency does not deserve anyone's respect, and they need to be dismantled quickly and permanently. Past and present heads need to go to prison for life. They, the FDA, the NIH and the NIAID have been calling the shots and look how the health of Americans has deteriorated over the last 40 years. We used to be a healthy nation, but no longer. Coincidentally, this downward health trend coincided with Fauci's reign at the NIAID.
Get politics out of public health policies! Enough said.

For the record I wear a mask without a fuss and as the situation requires because, as I understand it, it's intended to protect others in case I'm infectious.

The elephant in the room, as I see it, is the capture of virtually the entire media, and state medical boards, not just in California, but in all, or most of, the states by pharma. It takes a great deal of courage, which not many of us possess, for doctors to risk, not just their job, but their medical license, their opportunity to care for their patients, to stand up and tell the truth. We are at the gates of hell. Who has the moral standing in our nation to put things right? They are, and will be, relentlessly attacked. We no longer have heroes, just pap fed to the masses. But I agree with Bob, that throwing all the monkeys out at the same time would be a good first step.

For some stretch I believed that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction. I believed this because I couldn't grasp that a lie could, and would, be almost universally propagated by public figures (of both parties) and tv and print media. But now we all know it was a lie and I haven't forgotten that lesson.
So now we have "Dopesick" (Hulu) and "The Crime of the Century" (HBO) showing us once again how corporate interests along with politicians, doctors, media and regulatory agencies hornswoggle and commit murder. And get away with it.
We don't learn.

Thank you for this. I’m in the same boat…not going to get vaxxed but very very careful about what I say to progressive friends. So sad that health has now become politicized. It’s all fascinating on an anthropological level, but so sad on a human level. At some point the results of this mass scientific experiment will be obvious, but one of the other readers said it well-how do you get people to see what they don’t want to see?

Why yes, I believe so.
and except for a brief interruption by Trump with Democrats and Rino--s (Yes there is a name for people like McCain, Romney, Chaney, McConnell) over the top bad behavior of crazy stuff like tearing up his speech on the house floor, and spying - and yelling impeachment , lies - we are back on track for sure.
Now it is not just health prices, but energy prices, housing prices, food prices and inheritance tax - so my kid with autism and mental health issues can really join the rest of the homeless .
But please make excuses for a evil party that wants to control our every move, and a president of the United States that stands up there and tells me it is my patriotic duty to get vaccinated, or he will force me - at first by taking money out of my pocket.

The medical assertions are broad and indistinct, though I agree. The political assertions are amorphous and undefined to the point of meaningless. Dr. Wakefield was never a target of the "far right". There is a scant and powerhouse "far right" in England. If people can't see it is the forces on the left The "far right" is a boogeyman. There is a malicious left that will desecrate parents and individuals liberties' for power. That is what we are seeing now. In the 1980's nobody knew about the dangers of vaccines much. so poor decisions seemed to have no downside then. Most here would have then agreed with the approach or been apathetic, so the politicians then were ignorant.. It is the intentional harm, protected more by Democrats than anyone causing the grief and harm. I am saddened that even professionals defend Democrats after all they are doing. Look hho is firebombing and censoring people like us. The left used to be a fried to the little guy and defend free speech. They are oppressors more often than not now. They by and large are not my friends and I used to be one.

I also want to thank Dr. Moskowitz for his personal efforts to restore vaccine sanity. However, I don't need to know the political leanings and preferences of any physician, as long as it doesn't interfere with "First Do No Harm". The issue for me is not left-leaning/right-leaning, Democrat/Republican, liberal (or progressive)/conservative, but are you following the true scientific method that allows a physician and patient to collaborate for the individual health of that patient. So, for that reason, I believe the safest and most effective way to insure that physicians can practice the art and science of medicine is to band together as a united front against the "false narrative" that has been masquerading as medicine for the last 30+ years of the Pharma invasion. I think COVID has forced doctors to abandon reliance on regulatory agencies for medically sound treatment policies and into forming these alliances and, in turn, caused many doctors to "come out of hiding". Doctors are beginning to see that they can not only practice REAL HEALING ARTS in the safety of numbers, but it has been their duty to stand up against medical tyranny on behalf of their sick and dying patients.

Thanks to the Dr for speaking out very brave. Politics in the UK it matters not who gets into power the policy remains the same a continuation of policy as ex Prime Minister Tony (Leo wasn't vaccinated) Blair said. This promotes vaccines and war and all who financially benefit from death and misery.

Our family members who suddenly deny and forget all we went through with our vax injured.

Journalists who used to question.
First amendment rights advocates like aclu who fought for nazis to march in Skokie but don’t help us fight censorship of actual medical facts

Wow thank you for this. As a fellow Democrat I have also been shocked by this bizarro defense of vaccines. When I saw the way the CA state house members refused to look parents of vaccine-harmed children in the eye during hearings to take away exemptions I could not believe it. They refused to go to a talk by RFK JR . I thought how can they be real Democrats? Biden has a bust of RFK behind him in many press events. Does he never ask himself if he would have slammed RFK when he first said things that were true but unpopular? Does he never ask why he was a hero?
When Trunp pretended to care about vaccine injury in 2016 I saw many many desperate Democrat parents of vaccine injured children decide to vote for him. Then he, too, betrayed us. Thank you for writing this. I cannot believe that at least Bernie and Elizabeth do not see this vaccine issue clearly. I cannot believe that Biden, normally so empathetic, could not imagine a case where someone would legitimately fear the vaccine because of their own life experience. This is a heart break to me every day as I feel I have no where to turn. I love my vaccine-rights-advocates friends both Republican and Democratic . But it’s a lonely lonely road being a progressive Democrat who knows from her own life that vaccines can kill (my mom died 8 days after Covid Vax ) and steal futures (two close family members seriously injured) . No dr or website or pundit told out family what we saw with our own eyes.

A lot of great comments on the Dr. Moskowitz piece. so I'll try not to reiterate too much. I will say that to put any faith in any political candidate or political party to find adequate long-term solutions to our concerns has proven to be futile - It's up to us as individuals to do our best to control our destiny, and that requires diligence, effort, time, money etc. on OUR part.

Sen. Gary Peters - Democrat - Lambasted the whole hearing as being anti-science and full of conspiracy- theory minded treatments. His entire opening statement sounded like it was scripted by a lawyer for Big Pharma. According to the C-Span notes in their You Tube version, every Democrat got up after Sen. Peter's remarks and boycotted the entire proceedings. The hearing was brought about by Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson, a Republican. He wanted to bring it to the attention of the citizens of the U.S. that according to highly credentialed front-line medical workers it was known from the beginning that there were readily available alternative treatments that were inexpensive and effective in the early treatment of Covid-19. These treatments and the doctors who recommend them were reviled by government "health" officials and the media. The CDC has yet to adopt these protocols in favor of more expensive therapies which enrich the coffers of Big Pharma.
The CDC is therefore complicit in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of preventable Covid-19 deaths of U.S. citizens.
Screw the CDC, and screw politics!

I have read everyone's comments here and perhaps my reading of the piece seems entirely different from everyone else. Yes, he does blame the far right(and rightly so) for a lot of wrongs, but he certainly doesn't give the Democrats a pass on their role on the negative side of vaccine issues. What I see for years now from once FB friends is an attempt to blame everything regarding the push for vaccines on the Democrats. Is that any better than blaming the far-right movement? Where have the Republicans been for the last 20 plus years on autism? Wasn't it Reagan that signed that law in 1986. Wasn't it Bush that formulated and signed the Patriot Act, from wence came all we have today regarding really non-approved covid vaccines. And yes, it's ALL POLITICAL. always has been.

I loved your book and I plan to give my daughter a copy of it when she is ready to consider children. I admire your bravery in speaking out about what you have witnessed through your decades of medical practice. I agree about the pharmaceutical capture of regulatory agencies, and the inability and unwillingness of politicians on either side of the aisle to do anything about autism or vaccination. Even the governors and politicians who have spoken out against Covid vaccination have said and done nothing about mandatory childhood vaccination and the autism epidemic.
I am curious, though, why aren't more doctors speaking out about the increases they see in autism, and in other childhood disorders? Surely they see these children - and their parents - in their practices. Severe autism is particularly heartbreaking. The majority of those on the spectrum will need lifelong care and support. Why aren't doctors demanding more research into treatment and cure (for those who want a cure?) Surely it must be frustrating to have so little to offer parents and children who are affected.
Similarly, I'm sure nurses, dentists, speech and occupational therapists, other health professionals, must also be seeing increased numbers of autistic children in their practices, Whatever the cause - why aren't they speaking out? Why is almost the entire health care industry silent on both the increase in autism and how to treat it? Why isn't it an epidemic when 1 in 54 children are diagnosed with autism?
I've asked this question before, and I've never gotten an answer. If you're reading these comments, I would love your thoughts.

There have been many good comments already, so I will keep mine brief here.
Dr. Moskowitz, whose work and educational efforts I very much appreciate, is way off base in his political assessments, when it comes to the so-called far right.
According to him, the far right has been trying to dismantle and downsize the "regulatory" agencies. If only! Instead, he claims that these hopelessly corrupt agencies should be reformed so that they do "what they're supposed to do". Insanity is doing the same thing over and over, yet expecting a different result.
These agencies SHOULD be abolished. Why do we need a CDC? To scare people about exaggerated health threats, and coerce them into taking dangerous vaccines? To bad-mouth other health practices? If the CDC disappeared tomorrow, we would all be a lot healthier and more free. And likewise for the FDA. It has long been highly corrupt and has approved many dangerous drugs and vaccines, while at the same time attacking and outlawing natural approaches and other would-be competitors to Big Pharma. Good riddance FDA! You too are incorrigible.
It is well past time to abolish the whole "public health" apparatus and to demand that the manufacturers and doctors who put us at risk are subject to strict liability and personal responsibility.

This is not new .. but .. it does somewhat explain why things NEVER SEEM TO CHANGE:
Psychology 101 - Behavior Experiment
You start with a cage containing four monkeys, and inside the cage you hang
a banana on a string, and then you place a set of stairs under the banana.
Before long a monkey will go to the stairs and climb toward the banana. You
then spray ALL the monkeys with cold water.
After a while, another monkey makes an attempt. As soon as he touches the
stairs, you spray ALL the monkeys with cold water. Pretty soon, when
another monkey tries to climb the stairs, the other monkeys will try to
prevent it.
Now, put away the cold water. Remove one monkey from the cage and replace it
with a new monkey.
The new monkey sees the banana and attempts to climb the stairs. To his
shock, ALL of the other monkeys beat the crap out of him. After another
attempt and attack, he knows that if he tries to climb the stairs he will
be assaulted.
Next, remove another of the original four monkeys, replacing it with a new
monkey. The newcomer goes to the stairs and is attacked. The previous
newcomer takes part in the punishment - with enthusiasm -- because he is
now part of the "team."
Then, replace a third original monkey with a new monkey, followed by the
fourth. Every time the newest monkey takes to the stairs, he is attacked.
Now, the monkeys that are beating him up have no idea why they were not
permitted to climb the stairs. Neither do they know why they are
participating in the beating of the newest monkey. Having replaced all of
the original monkeys, none of the remaining monkeys will have ever been
sprayed with cold water. Nevertheless, not one of the monkeys will try to
climb the stairway for the banana.
Why, you ask? Because in their minds, that is the way it has always been!
This is how today's House and Senate operates, and this is why, from time
to time,
ALL of the monkeys need to be REPLACED AT THE SAME TIME!

I am eternally grateful to Dr. Moskowitz's work and writing. It kept my children safe. I appreciate his vision, as he really stated what I have felt.
Ultimately, there is no one who represents us. We can't count on either party. Congress has been useless in this recent Vaccine debacle, both D's and R's.
The solution lies partially in removing direct to consumer advertising for pHARMa. If they can't advertise, they can't influence the news. Things will change then. THere is a reason that only two countries in the world allow it.

I agree with Bob Moffit that the doctor loses credibility when he goes off on a tangent of blaming the so-called "far right". Many democrat leaders such as where I live in California believe in rules for thee but not for me, as I suspect our governor was likely NOT injected with the vaccine but a saline or vitamin injection. And he was not wearing his mask at that restaurant. And democrat Richard Pan and his cronies have obsessively done away with childhood exemptions. And why is the US congress not part of the unconstitutional illegal Biden "mandate"? It is when government overreaches like "mandating" a product, giving immunity to drug manufacturers and taking away exemptions that things go very bad. Conservatives believe in an individual's God-given right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness (freedom) and yes, that includes unborn and just born babies unless the mom's life is at stake. If we had no CDC or FDA we'd be better off. Every government agency's leadership is a mess right now.

The CDC has been a tool of the Globalist Empire from its founding. Modern vaccines have always been a product of the military industrial complex and biowarfare. Just ask Dr. Stanley Plotkin, Godfather of Vaccines, and his understudy and former CDC vaccine head, Dr. Walter Orenstein- both members of the EIS. How else was Plotkin able to create a human aborted fetal tissue cell line (to grow vaccine viruses in) at a time that abortion was illegal in the United States? Global Empire corporations (the new East India Companies) have also benefitted from tropical disease vaccines overseen by the CDC. They were originally used on gas and oil company workers who were digging oil wells in the jungles of Venezuela and Columbia. These products were not developed for the good of mankind, but for profit. Early attempts at disease prevention (variolation) were connected with the early Middle East slave trade. Later, American colonial slave traders and plantation owners in the North and the South were big backers of early attempts to create vaccines such as Jenner's. It was their cumulative wealth that established today's Big Business. It is no surprise that the CDC was set up in the heart of the South (Atlanta, GA), and oversaw the Tuskegee experiments.

While I deeply appreciate Dr. Moskowitz’ medical experience, wisdom, and views, I’m astonished at his political naivete. The elites in the political class care not a whit about the citizenry whose interests they are ostensibly elected to serve. They seek, acquire, and relish power. That they come in two flavors, Republican and Democrat, merely obscures their obeiscance to the real power centers in this world, which is the banking/financial industry. Congress members spend much of their time on the phone raising money, because they are almost constantly running for election. That political spending has minimal impact on voters’ decisions makes no difference. This is how things are done, whether they make any sense or not. So many people are tied to a political party or ideology and have no idea what their elected representatives actually do that voters continue to send them to Washington and the state capitals. In any case, I most certainly don’t wish to live in the nanny state Dr. Moskowitz sings the praises of. The executive branch has become a bloated, unaccountable monster which is damaging the nation’s health, well-being, and prosperity at an alarming rate. What Republican President or Congress has ever dismantled any of this? It would not serve the interests of any of the political class to do so.

Supreme Court appointments are for life, to prevent justices from being corrupted. We need something similar for those who work in regulatory agencies.

With all due respect for Dr Moskowitz's observation "that the vaccination process is itself a major cause of chronic, autoimmune disease, as has a sizeable body of reputable, published scientific reaching the same conclusion, which remains largely ignored for precisely that reason" … I think he should stick with blaming those responsible ignoring his scientific conclusion .. such as .. those federal regulatory agencies .. the CDC, FDA, HHS, IOM .. the list too many to list … who have been captured by the industries that were .. in Dr Moskowitz's words .. MEANT TO REGULATE AND RESTRAIN THEM,
Unfortunately Dr Moskowitz wanders far afield from holding those responsible accountable as most of his anger and frustration seems to be POLITICAL .. especially .. in his terms … against the "far right".
I suspect those defying mandatory vaccines and masks would consider themselves of the 'far right" .. as all mainstream media outlets constantly label them ..

Dr. Moskowitz, thank you for this well written piece. We don't see very often a viewpoint that concedes that there are major flaws on both sides of the aisle and both parties are complicit(although in different ways) in encouraging this false vaccine narrative to continue.
I can't help but consider autism as the first test case that has lost miserably. May your comments be read nation wide, if not world wide.

I think it's a valid question you raise in your first sentence...which disease mechanisms are rooted in vaccines (and to what degree) ?
Hans had a great list one day but that was a while back and I don't think Bells Palsy was on it so that would be an add on.
conditions like...autism, alzheimer's, multiple sclerosis, migraine, stroke, seizure, heart attack. it wasn't a pretty list but I thank him for sharing it so my life may be better. have a great day
