Robert Kennedy Jr New York Times Declines My Rebuttal to Defamatory Op-Ed on COVID Vaccines
From The Defender: New York Times Declines My Rebuttal to Defamatory Op-Ed on COVID Vaccines
On Dec. 30, 2020, the New York Times published an opinion piece by my niece, Dr. Kerry Meltzer. Although the piece contained factual errors and defamatory accusations, the Times declined to publish my letter to the editor correcting those false claims.
The “right of reply” — the opportunity to defend oneself against public criticism in the same venue where that criticism was published — is a constitutional right in some European countries and in Brazil. The BBC’s editorial guidelines state:
“When our output makes allegations of wrongdoing, iniquity or incompetence or lays out a strong and damaging critique of an individual or institution the presumption is that those criticized should be given a “right of reply,” that is, given a fair opportunity to respond to the allegations.”
Even where there is no legal right, respectable journalistic outlets, including the New York Times, have traditionally regarded it as their moral, ethical and professional obligation to publish the replies by people who have been criticized in their pages.
The Times, which claims to encourage the expression of “a diversity of views” on its letters page, formerly extended this courtesy automatically to public figures who suffered criticism in its pages. But the paper draws the line at anyone who questions orthodoxies promoted by the ascending Medical Cartel. The practice of reporting only facts and opinions that comply with official narratives has long been de rigueur in electronic media outlets dependent on Pharma advertising revenues.
On Saturday, my niece published an error-filled and defamatory article about me on the Times editorial page. I immediately submitted the thoroughly sourced letter below.
Yesterday, the Times let me know that they would decline to print my reply. Read More HERE.
Orwellian censorship and the gaslighting of dissent in service to the interests of Big Pharma has more recently become universal in the liberal print and online news sites once presumed to be the antidote to corporate subversion of democracy.
In May 2019, three of my other family members similarly defamed me in a long article in Politico. Politico likewise declined to print my thoroughly sourced reply.
Neither of these long critiques by my family members cite a single example of a factual error by me. Their complaint is that I question official pronouncements about vaccine safety.
It’s a bad omen for democracy when citizens can no longer conduct civil, informed debates about critical policies that impact the vitality of our economy, public health, personal freedoms and constitutional rights. Censorship is violence and this systematic muzzling of debate which proponents justify as a measure to curtail dangerous polarization is actually fueling those divisions.
Kris Newby tells an anecdote about an op-ed, not in the Grey Lady, but Amazon Auntie, in this interview regarding her book Bitten at about the 30 mark:

Sorry, Kim - don't you need some punctuation after Kennedy's name?
I don't know - quotation marks? Comma? Dash?

Censorship is divisive.
It does not win the argument.
Posing critical thinking as something distasteful, that must be kept out of sight, is the intellectual equivalent of flouncing one's petticoat and stomping feet; an immature thought process at best, a pharmaindustrial boosting fabrication at worst.

It is sweet to come down with Alzheimer's from so much aluminum, isn't it? Cancer causing Formaldehyde, tumorigenic aborted fetal cell DNA from the eye of a 14 week old fetus, glyphosate, cells of animals, insects, the blue blood from horseshoe crabs, what could go wrong?

It is not that I am not grateful for my 2016 religious experience, a visit from the Holy Spirit will out in my garden; how good a person can feel in the presents of God is wonderful to know. It is wonderful to know that SPIDER letter comes from inside the CDC ; but really taking a look at it all we are right back where we were four years ago.
I was really hoping God was in the machine. Sigh.
I was angry yesterday. Enough to make me sick. I cannot afford to get sick.
*Fauci is fine, doing great.
*Fauci's lab pets are doing just fine too, and hopefully he can release more of them into the wild in the coming years when we need lock downs and mail in ballot voting.
*Vaccines for yet another disease is out; well actually two doses, and money is coming into the coffers of our NIH. Francis Collins is doing well, Coleen Boyd is doing great, they are all great.
*Mandates for the rest of the vaccines like in Mississippi, W Virginia , California it is going to happen to the rest of the United States.
*None of our leaders, Majority of the media, Big Tech leaders , right on down to NFL players, those in Holly Wood, are allowed to speak evil of China, and you really should not speak evil of communist governments especially when they gift you , so it really is not censorship if they are paying you. They are not paying me though are they?
* Our new president is - yes is compromised by foreign money, esp China. I am pretty sure he serves them and not the common people out here in America.
*Robert Kennedy Jr can not even defend himself from his own family publishing their ignorant - yes ignorant (with out knowledge) comments in a news paper.
* Revelations 13 were the crystal sea mingled with fire stands against the dark sea and defeats the beast (Medical and science corruption)? Looks like we skipped right on over from chapter 13 in the book of Revelations right to chapter 16; The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the East. Yeap, China is here already. Censoring, Hong Kong is lost, and it appears at this moment so is the United States.

Censorship is violence .. as evidenced by THOUSANDS of people taking their voices to the STREETS in order to be HEARD … as people have lost trust in ALL of our institutions … JUSTICE, EDUCATION, POLITICS, MEDIA .. indeed not a single institution in our country maintains the faith and trust of the PEOPLE to do what is RIGHT AND JUST.
When the people have lost faith and trust in their country … CENSORSHIP IS THE ABSOLUTELY LAST REFUGE FOR INSTITUTIONS TO REGAIN THE PEOPLE'S TRUST

Kerry Kennedy Meltzer says "Vaccines are safe, no matter what Robert Kennedy Jr. says", NYT Dec. 30, 2020.
Kerry Kennedy Meltzer also admits "Being a doctor does not make me a vaccine expert..." And yet The New York Times provides Kerry Kennedy Meltzer with a soapbox to push her poorly informed views on vaccine safety, and denies Robert Kennedy Jr. a right of reply.
What a dire situation we are in now, with people such as Kennedy Meltzer using her credentials as a 'doctor' to pontificate on a subject in which she self-admittedly has no expertise.
Please see my email to the Editor of The New York Times complaining about Kerry Kennedy Meltzer's biased and poorly informed article via this link: https://bit.ly/3pY4DLv
My email also includes reference to Bill Gates and his vaccine empire headed by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and his sabotaging of the mooted US Vaccine Safety Commission.
Bill Gates undue influence over international vaccination policy is a massive scandal, when will we find an effective media to investigate this?
