HHS Authorizes Pharmacists to Administer Pediatric Vaccines Creating Vaccine Jerks
I mean no disrespect by that headline. Back in the day, even before my day, pharmacies had soda counters and the waiters were called "soda jerks" for the pull on the machines. Sometimes the pharmacist was the soda jerk.
Pediatricians and their "union" the AAP must feel like their seltzer has gone flat, their Coca Cola has no more cocaine, their hot fudge went cold. HHS just authorized some pharmacists to administer PEDIATRIC vaccines. We're all familiar with the hard sales pitch to seniors at every grocery store and pharmacy compelling them with fear to get their flu, shingles and pneumonia shots while they wait for their Boar's Head pimento loaf to be sliced (thin but not so thin they can read the newspaper through it.) Now, imagine the bounty of having parents line up their children for their vaccines, instead of going to a "well" visit. In college, I studied marketing, and I still remember the 4 "Ps" Price. Product. Promotion and PLACEMENT. Adding pharmacies is a huge shift in product availability. It is much easier to bring Johnny and Janey to the Piggly Squiggly (sic) for Cocoa Puffs, Pop Tarts and a Polio shot, than traipse into a busy, germy pediatric office where you have a co-pay, and may wait an hour or more to be seen by an overworked nurse and a doctor who might just have TikTwerked her desire to talk to your child alone in the exam room about this that or the other.... Ain't that the cherry on top!
I guess parents will have to weigh and measure their kids the old fashioned way, on a scale in the bathroom and with a marker on the laundry room wall. Thanks to Wayne Rohde for covering this interesting development.

Guess what happened?
While our nation was busy spending a considerable amount of time discussing racial inequalities (as we should) or whether or not public schools and colleges were going to open or start on-line, or debating the upcoming national political conventions, our federal government, specifically, The Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued his 3rd amendment to The Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP). The Act was first enacted this year by a declaration from the Secretary of HHS on March 10, 2020.
The 3rd amendment on August 24th, allowing pharmacists to administer vaccines to children ages 3-18. Many states had previously established restrictions on who could administer childhood vaccinations.
I must admit that this announcement slipped past me last week. I was alerted to it when talking with a parent advocate one evening. I could not believe it and thought it must be just for a specific state. Later, I searched the internet to find a few articles dated August 19th, 20th and 21st. The Federal Register listed the action on Monday, August 24, 2020.[1]
I remember my dad who was a pharmacist in North Dakota. In the ‘60s and 70’s he mastered the art of compounding pharmacy. He was so busy preparing prescriptions for his customers, trying to interpret correctly the doctor’s handwriting. Very proud of his profession. Yet I doubt that he would enjoy today’s modern pharmacy. I would think that he would say vaccinations are for doctors, not for pharmacists.
This action by the Secretary of HHS allows certain licensed pharmacists who order and administer, and pharmacy interns (who are acting under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist) who administer, any vaccine that the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) recommends to persons ages 3 through 18. This amendment was prompted by a report from the CDC in which it found a significant decrease in rates of routine childhood vaccinations.[2]
Now with the federal announcement of this declaration, how will this play out in the states. How much weight does this declaration have regarding state law which traditionally regulates the activities of state licensed pharmacists? So the question now to be answered, does this declaration by the Secretary of HHS supersede state law?
Last couple of years there were many legislation introduced that did not go anywhere in state legislatures around the country. Is this declaration a product of those failures?
Or is this a flare shot high in the air to signal to state health departments to use their rule making authority to modify statutes to allow pharmacies to enter the childhood vaccination arena?
Even my home state of Minnesota passed legislation in May 2020 to allow pharmacists to administer any FDA approved COVID vaccine to children as young as 6 years of age. This is not a mandate, but rather setting up a horrible scenario for which pharmacists are clearly not trained to handle. The method of passing legislation during a Peacetime Emergency declaration by governors to circumvent public testimony is very troubling.
The PREP Act has been previously amended twice prior to this declaration.
Previous amendments of The PREP Act include:
The 1st amendment on April 10th to extend liability immunity to covered countermeasures authorized under the newly passed CARES Act.[3] This declaration provides limited immunity to manufacturers of masks, plastic shields, gloves and other protective equipment.
The 2nd amendment on June 4th for the purpose of clarifying that covered countermeasures include qualified countermeasures that limit the harm COVID-19 might otherwise cause.[4] Basically, allowing the use of therapeutics and other measures that were not designed for COVID, to be used if necessary.
Now the problems of allowing pharmacists to administer childhood vaccines. In the Vaccine Court currently, the number one petition filed for compensation is for shoulder injury as the result of a vaccination (SIRVA). Most of the injured persons (adults) received influenza or Tdap vaccinations from their local retail pharmacy such as Walgreens, CVS, RiteAid or Target.
If these retail pharmacies cannot properly administer a vaccine to an adult, why would we allow this for children? Most childhood vaccines are administered in the leg, not the arm. Will the pharmacies have the necessary facilities to allow the parent to undress the child? Probably not.
One of the biggest problems when filing a petition claiming shoulder injury is the failure of the retail pharmacies to accurately record in the medical records which arm the vaccine was administered and who did it. These pharmacies can barely keep up with adults receiving one vaccine at a time. What happens when a parent bring their child into the business to get several vaccines. Will the pharmacy tech or pharmacist record the date, time, which arm or leg? Probably not.
Will they be able to obtain and examine a thorough review of medical records prior to administering the vaccine? Probably not.
Most doctors lack any comprehensive training of what a vaccine injury is or adverse reactions by the child. Let alone a pharmacist receiving this type of training. This has all the makings for a disaster.
But why is our government transferring the responsibility of administering vaccines to retail pharmacies instead of doctor’s offices or clinics?
It just might be the pushback from doctors who claim it is not profitable or too costly to administer basic vaccinations in their office. From their point of view, it would be more cost effective in a pharmacy setting.
Or is it something more sinister? It does appear that our government with pressure by Pharma is trying to “gut” the NVICP and slowly move injury compensation into the CounterMeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP). This is clearly the landing spot for the COVID vaccine. And it is the black hole for those who are injured or have perished because of a vaccine. If the public is withheld case decisions and information about CICP, then vaccine injury claims will no longer exist.
So many agendas by our government agencies and medical community without any regard for the best interest of the people.
The BIG problem here is The PREP Act being used as a vehicle to circumvent Congress. The real concern, will we see a federal mandate for COVID vaccine at some point in the future via The PREP Act? Adopting policy via fiat without proper and necessary public comments and testimony. Will the PREP Act become the vehicle to advance vaccine policy in the United States?
I believe that we will see a few more amendments to The PREP Act if Congress will not address the liability issue for businesses, schools, colleges to open up. There are lawsuits already filed by employees for wrongful death (WalMart) and hospitalizations of employees claiming being infected by COVID while employed.
We must remain vigilant, we must be prepared to act, and we must educate our elected officials on a federal level, state and local level as well.
The PREP Act is in force as declared in March 2020 until October 2024 unless revoked by Secretary of HHS or POTUS. Or another health care emergency emerges.

It explains the legalization going through for mass vaccination. If passed, people other than healthcare professionals will be able to vaccinate people (police, army, etc?) and free of any personal liability.
If this dangerous law gets passed in the UK it follows that it will spread around the world to other countries faster than covid.
As I mentioned in a previous post, the UK gov is holding a sham consultation first.

Dentists now want a piece of the action too. First it was clearance to give botox shots (in keeping with the "cosmetic" angle of dentistry). Currently their organization, ADA, is floating the right to administer HPV vax on the grounds of "sexual health" - you get the idea. I don't know whether they have yet received these permissions or are still in the lobbying stage, but the whole idea is disturbing. And disgusting.

Every sentence in the AAP's response made me cringe, including this trade industry/lobbying group for pediatricians trying to stake its claim to vaccine profits by stating that, "We know that the best, safest place for children to get vaccinated is in their medical home."
"Medical home"...nauseating..."best, safest place"...there is no best or safe place to harm or kill a child via vaccination.

I hope that pharmacists will think long and hard about the crimes they have now been authorized to commit, for they will one day have to answer for them. Should they need some help, let me spell it out for them, with a cut and paste from my WAPF presentation:

Doctors had to be bribed by Big Pharma/Insurance companies to market the vaccines to parents and strong arm them into getting them by threatening to drop them as patients to maintain their compliance rate and bonus eligibility. Now with state/federal mandates in the pipeline or established they can cut out the middleman.
Weep not for the pediatrician, they sold out your children long ago and sided with the devil (imagine Bill Gates with horns). Of course once Covid vaccines are rolled out Pediatricians will have lots of business treating the side effects
Also, not mentioned is childhood deaths fell in lockstep with reduced vaccination rates, especially infants. This is unacceptable to the eugenicists now in control of government, not to mention Big Pharma as those chronically injured customers become big customers for drugs to treat their diseases
Life in a Pathocracy is no fun. Don't know how people with kids or grand kids live with this evil

The health of children in our country is ALREADY A DISASTER … adding this will only serve to increase further damage done as …..

It has been widely recognized that "government agencies and medical communities" have long abandoned what is in the "best interest of the people" … opting instead to do what is in the "best interest of pharma and medical professions".

I a high school friend that became
a pharmacist. I asked her if a doctor wrote me out a prescription for hydroxycholoquine and it was for a out patient Covid 19 would she fill it
Her answer: Not where she was working
The nurse from Hospice for my Dad? said if you got a prescription for hydroxychoroquine. That pharmacists have been calling the doctors back asking why? What was it being given for?
I guess to decide if it is for Covid or lupus.

I can't help thinking this had been coming for a while. First, doctors were encouraged to use vaccine visits as pediatric money makers. Then they were encouraged to ignore all vaccine injuries, and to never give medical exemptions, and they could get large incentive payments from the insurance companies if they did this ( insurance companies pay bonuses based on how many children are completely vaccinated in a practice.) In reality though, it is cheaper for the insurance companies for people to get a shot in a pharmacy, so maybe the multiple vaccine visits cash cow for pediatric doctors is about to go away.
It is hard for doctors to argue that they are required in the process, when they have been spending a lot of time talking about how unnecessary medical oversight is. I wonder how many pediatric practices will go under if suddenly shots are no longer given at the doctors office?
