"Disturbing??" We think not. This is hopeful! Let's focus on PREVENTION and then TREATMENT. Of the nine people I know personally who have had COVID, none were hospitalized. Two (over the age of 60) had a couple of rough days at home, one is 8 months pregnant with no symptoms, the others reports mild fever and discomfort for a couple of days. All of them are fit, low BMI, no major pre-existing conditions. It seems the loss of smell and taste most of them reported is rotten indeed. A friend's Grandfather contracted COVID because he was placed in a rehab center loaded with it after a successful, not COVID surgery. He was in his mid 90s and passed away after about 6 weeks. Whom do you know who has contracted COVID?
###
SF Chronicle:
With coronavirus antibodies fading fast, vaccine hopes fade, too
Disturbing new revelations that permanent immunity to the coronavirus may not be possible have jeopardized vaccine development and reinforced a decision by scientists at UCSF and affiliated laboratories to focus exclusively on treatments.
Several recent studies conducted around the world indicate that the human body does not retain the antibodies that build up during infections, meaning there may be no lasting immunity to COVID-19 after people recover...
Whom do I know who has contracted COVID? The 12 and 14 year old daughters of an acquaintance. Interestingly, the other four family members (two other kids and both parents) tested negative (they were 'contact traced' and given no specifics-just told to come in for testing). This very experienced mother of four, the oldest of whom is 15 or 16, said that of all the childhood illnesses she's dealt with over the years, this was nothing. Their biggest complaint was lack of taste.

I saw on the local news today; some young man in a mask claiming he got the corona virus, got better and then got it again.
I told my husband that the local news is several days late behind Age of Autism.
And now what to believe?
Was I wrong that they use to fact check and re fact check before they put stuff on the news so you could trust them? Was there really ever such a time, or was that a lie too.

Anyone else see the post by Levi Quackenboss regarding Covid being primarily fecal-oral transmission? It was fascinating and made a lot of sense to me. Its an open post on the LQ Patreon site.

To greyone re Christian Perronne
‘Barely ten years later, at the beginning of 2017, he [Christian Perronne] signed the petition of the 200 leading doctors in favour of the 11 vaccine obligations, including the menigococcal C vaccine and the pneumococcal vaccine, two vaccines that Mrs Lorenzin's Italy had not made mandatory, the Prévenar not even being on the initial list of 12 vaccines which will be reduced to 10.’

Excerpts
‘It is enough … to see that the critical audacity of our impetuous "whistleblower" has limits. In addition to a complete denial of the sordid dynamics that led to this false pandemic alert, there are some general considerations of the following type (my emphasis):
“We have to be very careful about polemics and conspiracy theories in the industry. (...) Industrialists are serious people who make very good quality vaccines9. They are indispensable partners, but they are not philanthropic. Managing a crisis such as the pandemic is not part of their usual operations; they therefore ask for financial assistance10 from the States. …” ’
11. As far as I know, the last person to plead the economic precariousness of vaccine manufacturers was Didier Raoult, in his famous 2003 report on bioterrorism, in which they made such a big deal of the legal cases in which they were caught without ever succumbing.
12. Speaking of swine flu, Perronne maintains, during his senatorial hearing, that "even if the overall mortality was quite low, an attack rate of 20% to 40% could represent a lot of deaths among young people". Apart from the fact that we do not see why "among the young" more than among others, it is perfectly true that a fairly low percentage can result, at the population level, in a consequent number of victims (in absolute numbers). But like all his colleagues at the CTV, Perronne forgets that this impeccable reasoning applies identically to the risks of vaccines and that even a vaccine with "excellent tolerance" - hi! hi! - can result in a number of victims all the higher as the recommended exposure is, this time, 100% (in the case of a "universal" vaccination), and not 20 to 40%...

More along the same lines: http://orthomolecular.org/resources/omns/v16n37.shtml
"While still unknown to most practitioners of traditional, or "modern" medicine, acute viral syndromes, COVID-19 included, can all be easily prevented most of the time. And when such viruses do get a foothold in the body, they are still easily eradicated if the patient is not too close to death before receiving any of a large number of treatments established to be effective. Many doctors get attacked for promoting treatments as cures for afflictions that are traditionally considered to be incurable. Certainly, it is true that some treatments promoted as being reliable cures are either fraudulent or of only nominal benefit. However, failing to assert the validity of a true cure for a medical condition is just as detrimental to the health of an ailing patient as it is promoting a false cure. Many doctors know of highly beneficial treatments that cure or vastly improve medical conditions that are little affected by traditional therapies. Yet, fear of license revocation for telling the truth about inexpensive and natural therapies that cannot be protected by patents keeps most health care practitioners from promoting those beneficial therapies. Nothing is ever embraced, and seemingly not even permitted, that would take away large profits from pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and even many of the doctors themselves. Whenever you are absolutely stupefied and cannot figure out why a valuable treatment is not being used, just take the time to identify, expose, and analyze the money trail that is involved with the prescription drugs and/or overall treatment protocol that would be displaced. [1] The reason for the avoidance or suppression of that therapy will then become apparent."

The doctor up in New York that has been so successful with his treatment of Covid 19, said 400 mg of hydroxychloroquine, lower dose even that Dr. Didier Raoult, because he included azithromycin and zinc sulfate in his regiment.
They are saying that usually if you are in trouble with Covid 19 you will know about it in 3 or 4 days after becoming sick. That is when this doctor up in New York said his patients came to him, all 700 of them and he treated them and lost none. That is when he gave them the three types of medications on day three or four. .
If you end up in the hospita with covid 19 that is usually day 8 of being sick. If a person can get these three medications on day 3 and 4 that is not likely to happen. .
I was listening to the doctor up in New York on Del Bigtree's program. Dr. Vladimir Zelenko, a Ukrainian-born Orthodox Jew from New York
He also said that Quercetin might work, although there was really no studies to see if it really did.
But Quercetin is an over the counter medication, and so zinc; so I got them.
Oh, and I heard through the grape vine that the preacher of either Ottawa or Freedom church has covid 19 and so does his five month old daughter. They said it had knots all over it's head, and they did not know if it was going to live. ? Does that sound like something that covid 19 would do?
The rumors and the suggestions and the confusion is rampant out here. Both of these churches are right at my door, and yet????

One of the big myths is you need serum antibodies to recover from an infection. Many people have sufficient innate and cellular immune responses to eliminate respiratory viruses.
Also the nasal mucosa have secretory IgA antibodies and although not initially specific to SARS-CoV-2 they are cross reactive due to prior infections with other corona viruses and thus provide some protective effect. Children have many respiratory infections and likely have had a more recent corona virus infection than older adults, and this have IgA in mucus that is protective
Also, mucous membranes produce a fast acting T cell independent secretory IgA2 antibody which produces SARS-CoV-2 specific antibodies in days compared to the 1 week needed for T cell dependent antibodies IgA 1 found in serum and mucosa.

How long ago did Trump say something to the affect that they were looking toward GAVI to help with the vaccines?
GAVI like WHO has Bill Gates all over it.
Is Bill Gates still influence Trump after his snide comments a while back?
Love to know when the "Glass Sea mingled with Fire" spoken of in the Book of Revelations will put the BEAST in it's place.
If Trump is still in it with Gates the Glass Sea is far from winning?

Professor Christian Perronne penned a book on problematic response in France:
Y a-t-il une erreur qu'ils n'ont pas commise ?: Covid-19 : l'union sacrée de l'incompétence et l'arrogance
translates roughly "is there a mistake they didnt make? covid 19: the sacred union of incompetence and arrogance"

Effective treatment is not in big pharma's interest. It would dramatically reduce their vaccine revenue across the board (why risk vaccination when you won't get seriously ill or die from the disease), eliminate new expensive drugs (remdesivir), reduce or eliminate hospital stays (Dr Brownstein's case study had 2/107 hospital admissions). Worst of all, successful use of natural products undermines the medical system's attitude of "we're better than nature", and people might realize that they can improve their health with a few simple changes/supplements.
The FDA is fighting the good fight for big pharma, look at the list of warning letters FOR PROVEN EFFECTIVE, LEGAL, NATURAL TREATMENTS in the recent posts at https://www.facebook.com/themegavitaminman/
Brownstein was forced by the FDA to remove his case studies on COVID-19 from his website, with zero fatalities. Published by the Public Health Policy Journal: https://www.publichealthpolicyjournal.com/clinical-and-translational-research
There are numerous other effective treatments, including nebulized steroids, Dr Paul Marik's protocol, Dr Andreas Kalcker (also no fatalities in 100 patients https://andreaskalcker.com/en/).
Why do we still have mass terror and lockdowns? Even without these treatments, it seems like we should be long over it. A good summary video on herd immunity at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v-YkFyH701Q&fbclid=IwAR06MxlH38-PnQQDWGL6zfctuItcMtj7HI_775M_ekD-ZinGnx75FlbS5yM

Yes - like John I am appalled by the litany of mistakes our UK Governments -all 4 of them- have made in their handling of the Coronavirus crisis. I am fortunate at 70+ to still have most of my marbles and mobility. Most of my friends in this age group are content to 'obey' lockdown advice and most of the 'rules', but we are all agreed hospitals are to be avoided at all costs. This has resulted in half empty hospitals and near deserted accident and emergency departments. We are all more scared of hospitals than we are of Covid-19. In fact hospitals are places where patients admitted for other medical reasons are likely to contract the Covid-19 virus, from other patients or staff.
I have had no urgent health issues during the lockdown, but if I was admitted to hospital with suspected or confirmed Covid-19, my survival chances would be diminished as against 'riding it out' at home, and 'the rules' would prevent my loved ones from attending my deathbed. It has leaked out in the press and media a 'triage' system in hospitals gives priority for Covid-19 treatments to younger wage earning persons. Pensioners like me would likely have treatments withheld and be put onto an 'end of life' care programme.
In spite of all the tragic Covid-19 stories, I could not resist a smile on reading this Financial Times article. I particularly loved the cartoon:-

Just to say, I read Jewish News but it wasn’t anyone I knew personally who died - nevertheless the Jewish community was disproportionately hit. And, of course, it is was an example, it was not the only community. I wanted to make the point tangible.

To be clear, I don’t agree with the view that this is not a real illness (or has not involved major human tragedy) but I am appalled by the way our governments have behaved - both with the things that they have done and the things they have not done.

John Stone is correct. Covid-19 can be very nasty for persons vulnerable to lung complications, almost always elderly persons with co-morbidities, but persons immune suppressed are vulnerable too. In the UK, the Covid-19 death statistics speak for themselves. 90% of all deaths were in the 65+ age group and around 80% of this group were over 80. 10% of deaths were in the 45 -64 age group; only 1% were below the age of 45. Around half of all deaths in Scotland were recorded in care homes; many elderly residents were infected by hospital patients discharged to care homes with the virus, a huge mistake.
I don't know any Rabbis, but large numbers of NHS staff caught the Covid-19 virus, due to an initial woeful lack of protective masks and gear. Many died. They were infected whilst treating patients and inadvertentlyalso spread the virus to other patients and the community, causing more deaths.
Public Health England, has apparently been over-inflating Covid-19 deaths in England.
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8531765/Matt-Hancock-launches-urgent-review-way-PHE-counts-coronavirus-deaths.html
Headline:-
"Matt Hancock launches urgent review into fiasco at Public Health England as it's revealed anyone who has ever died after testing positive for Covid-19 has been recorded as a 'coronavirus death' - even if they were hit by a bus."

John,
Of course, all those cases are very sad, and particularly awful is the fact that many were not "allowed" to have their relatives with them, even children. But it becomes increasingly clear that, even apart from those who jumped out of airplanes having forgotten their parachutes, very few actually died of the virus (cold). They mostly died of something following the virus, which was probably caused by having been previously vaccinated, as well as other serious conditions, being smokers, overweight etc. In short, the whole thing has been engineered.

We’ve been had
Quite a lot of people - an impressive number - have told me they have had it, or their friends and their relations. There was someone I was once introduced to who died early on in the epidemic, not very old but not in good health - a friend who runs a local shop who was middle-aged and physically strong has been unconscious for weeks and terribly ill. Many of us won’t know whether we have had it, of course. In the Jewish community I was appalled to see how many rabbis died.
Posted by: John Stone | July 18, 2020 at 11:22 AM
I heard that 8 house keepers at our local hospital, and two doctors and a citizen had it.
We live in a small community so, I have been waiting for names for the past week.
A friend told me the name of the citizen.
I don't know her! and more importantly; I don't know of her! LOL! Now who is she kin to? Nope, can't even find that out. LOL.

Whom do I know who has contracted COVID? One person. An elderly uncle dying of leukemia in a nursing home. Cause of death listed as Covid 19 (because, you know, he wasn't already dying anyway...) For a raging pandemic, this puppy sure appears to be having a hard time getting off the ground.

Of course TREATMENT is preferred over guaranteed uncertainty a vaccine may provide .. common sense
Yesterday an unfortunate man died in a motorcycle accident … his death was reported as COVID. When asked to explain WHY the doctor implied that he tested positive for covid … maybe covid CAUSED the accident.
And we are supposed to accept these "health experts" to provide protocols and policies that have shut down entire country????? Give me a break.
