Alan Dershowitz and Robert Kennedy Jr Debate
Thank you to Professor Alan Dershowitz for having the chutzpah to debate vaccination policy, safety and mandates with Robert Kennedy, Jr. yesterday. He's the first national figure to enter into a civil, rational and yes, heated conversation on the controversial topic. Love him or not so much for his controversial clients including OJ Simpson, Claus Von Bulow and even Jeffrey Epstein, Professor Dershowitz is a powerful figure in American law. As is Mr. Kennedy. We hope that he spent more than a few sleepless moments last night mulling over what he learned. He'd be a formidable ally. Watch below.
This is rhetoric and it works. RFK JR is a lawyer, and he knows what he is doing.
A company mandates that your dog needs to drive your car.
"I am all for having a dog driving my car, as soon as it is safe"
"I am all for vaccination, but they have to be safe".
This SHOULD force the person who wants the dog to drive your car, to explain how this is safe, rather than you being forced to claim why it is unreasonable to allow a dog to drive your car.
This converts the defensive argument THEY want us to make, why we aren't crazy anti vaccine nuts, into "Of course I'm for vaccines, once you prove they are safe. " we know it will never be safe for a dog to drive our car, and we know it will never be 100% safe to use a vaccine. Therefore it shifts the argument by forcing them away from calling us unreasonable, which is actually their only (bogus) (ad-hominem) defense.

Somewhat ironic that a defense attorney who all want their clients to be seen as individuals and not lumped into a one size fits all category......

It is a bit off topic but maybe only just. This happens because about 70 years ago the nascent US health administration was grafted on to the naval hospital service, which went back to the 18th century. It would be interesting to know how these decisions were come to in the Truman era - he also founded the CIA I believe.

This was more an "education lesson" for Mr Dershowitz .. than a "debate" of a subject BOTH were equally informed of. From the very first utterance of Dershowitz he prefaced his position for mandating vaccines that are SAFE AND EFFICIENT. Ergo .. END OF DEBATE RIGHT THERE.
After all .. there is no such thing as a "one size fits all vaccine" where the "benefits of ANY vaccine always outweigh the RISKS". That is why VACCINES ARE CLASSIFIED AS UNAVOIDABLY UNSAFE.
I would prefer to see a debate between vaccine profiteers and RFK .. where the profiteers have to justify the NUMBER OF PERFECTLY HEALTHY CHILDREN THEY ARE WILLING TO SACRIFICE TO LIFE-ALTERING, LIFE-LONG, LIFE-THREATENING CHRONIC AUTOIMMUNE DISORDERS? HOW MANY OF OUR CHILDREN ARE THEY WILLING TO SACRIFICE FOR THEIR OWN FINANCIAL BENEFITS????
Again .. there is NO DEBATE … VACCINES ARE UNAVOIDABLY UNSAFE … THE ONLY DEBATE IS THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN THEY ARE WILLING TO SACRIFICE.

What kind of dentists are also REAR ADMIRALS ?
Is water fluoridation a policy of the military ?
Is water fluoridation in fact a weapon ?
See fluoridalert website.
In honor of the 75th anniversary of community water fluoridation, eight former chief dental officers of the U.S. Public Health Service signed a July 7 letter of support for the program, which they said is “the great equalizer in prevention of dental caries because all individuals regardless of income or education are able to access their public tap water.”
Dr. Leon Stanislav, chair of the ADA National Fluoridation Advisory Committee, hailed the public show of support.
“I was extremely pleased to see the statement,” Dr. Stanislav said. “Those eight chief dental officers have a combined 350 years of public health experience. Surgeons general have praised the benefits of community water fluoridation for decades. The U.S. Public Health Service has been fundamental in the understanding, the implementation and the continuance of the single-best way to combat one of mankind’s most prevalent diseases commonly known as tooth decay, saving untold misery and suffering over the past 75 years, for which we should all be grateful.”
The eight former chief dental officers are Drs. Nicholas S. Makrides, William D. Bailey, Christopher G. Halliday, Dushanka V. Kleinman, William R. Maas, Stephen B. Corbin, Robert J. Collins and Robert E. Mecklenburg. All are retired rear admirals of the U.S. Public Health Service.
