Harvard Law Prof Alan Dershowitz: You Have No Right NOT To Be Vaccinated
Listen to this one minute clip in which Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz tells you in no uncertain terms that forced vaccination is legal and necessary. Beyond the obvious disgust of his statement, here's where I think he stumbles: he says that if a disease will only kill YOU, you can refuse the vaccine. But vaccines are only created for contagious diseases and disease rather by its very definition, can kill. ERGO (hey, check out that fancy Latin. I'm just a Boston College gal, but it's NEAR HAH-vud) you can't refuse any vaccine. What's the difference between a flu shot and a COVID-19 shot? Flu can kill if you spread it. COVID-19 can kill if you spread it. We've lost all sense of American liberty. Rip July 4 out of the calendar. It's gone.

Alan Dershowitz, Professor of Law, emeritus, at Harvard Law School, seems to have exceptions in his libertarian outlook on people’s constitutional rights when we’re talking about vaccinations.
When it comes to being vaccinated, there is no liberty. Overreaching powers go on forever. You have no right to refuse a vaccine.
Below are several examples of his opinion on the subject of forced vaccines.
Actually what Dershowitz is preaching here is totalitarian rule. We are to live in a society where vaccines are acknowledged to cause injury and even death, where doctors and pharmaceutical companies are indemnified and where the powerless masses have no choice but to comply and suffer the consequences for the common good. The only ones taking any risk here of course are the American people.
Dershowitz’s real view of individual vaccine rights boils down to SHUT UP AND GET IN LINE. Is that in the curriculum at Harvard?
**Notice Dershowitz never acknowledges any risk from being vaccinated. In his simplistic worldview vaccines don’t have harmful side effects, they only prevent disease. Therefore there’s no legitimate reason for anyone to refuse a vaccine.

New York just eliminated all religious exemptions for mandatory measles vaccination. It was the right thing to do. There is no constitutional basis for requiring a religious exemption. Nor, in my view, are there any plausible religious arguments against mandatory vaccinations to spread communicable and potential lethal diseases….
I read widely in religious literature, especially Jewish literature. I have never come across a coherent religious argument against mandatory vaccination for deadly contagious diseases. Jewish law has an overriding religious concept called “pikuach nefesh,” which elevates the protection of human life over virtually every other value….

In the Newsmax interview below back in March Dershowitz said that suspending our rights was legal as long as it was “temporary.
“As long as there’s a sunset provision, as long as it will end when the crisis ends.”

“We have to be careful about how we compromise our liberties in the name of public health. If there is a good public health justification and if it’s being done on a short term basis, as a civil liberation, I can support it.
“Hopefully we’ll get a vaccine soon, there’ll be some who will refuse to be vaccinated. They can be compelled to be vaccinated. I don’t believe religious or other objections to vaccinations if the vaccination is designed to prevent others from getting sick can be justified. I think you’re obliged as a citizen of the country to make certain sacrifices and those include being vaccinated. …
“If it’s a public health threat, then I think compromises with civil liberties, as long as they’re temporary, and as long as they’re not life-threatening, can be understood.”
Dershowitz needs to understand that VACCINE INJURY TABLES INCLUDE DEATH AS A SIDE EFFECT.
“Temporary”?
There is nothing temporary about what certain people want to do about our right to vaccine choice nor is there anything temporary about what vaccine injuries can do to people.
Just ask the parents who have spend decades caring for their children who’ve been permanently injured by their “recommended” vaccinations.

I have to admit,after watching him debate Del Bigtree, I ended up liking Professor Dershowitz much more than I had expected. Del did an awesome job of respectfully asking questions, and from the looks of it, much of the information was probably very new to the Professor. It is often easy to assume that those who speak out for forced vaccination know what we know; the obvious things, like who is being left out of the trials, and the fact that safety is considered unimportant in developing a vaccine, compared to speed. I am starting to wonder if he is even aware of the liability free indemnification already being pushed through for the COVID vaccine.
He seemed in fact, like an ethical man who really had very little information on what has actually been happening in the vaccine world. By the end of the interview, I am not even sure he was certain which side of the debate he was going to want to be on, long term.

Watched Del Bigtree interview of Alan Dershowitz and came away believing Dershowitz has little to no knowledge of vaccines .. as evidenced by his great concern that any vaccine must pass rigorous SAFETY PROTOCOLS before it be mandated .. too bad Del didn't remind him a majority of the Supreme Court have determined VACCINES ARE UNAVOIDABLY UNSAFE. Dershowitz insists a unanimous decision likely if question regarding government's right to mandate a vaccine for everyone appears based upon a single case 80 years ago regarding smallpox. How can majority of court now rule a potentially UNSAFE VACCINE is legal????
Wonder when and where scheduled Dershowitz debate with RFK will happen????

HE was on Tucker Carlson last night.
Tucker can't say much about vaccines, although he had put his neck on the line a few times.
Tucker has a good job and he needs to make all the money he can to support his own child with autism (vaccine injury) for the rest of it's life. Once they out grow this parent's health insurance and still have health issues from a sick immune system -well it takes a substantial amount of cash to get those lab test that usually comes back as "All looks good"; but you still got to get those lab test cause even if your kid is grown you still love them and think well maybe?
So, we know where Tucker really is on this issue.

Duh …. Dershowitz surely knows a majority of the Supreme Court determined vaccines are UNAVOIDABLY UNSAFE … meaning there is no such thing as a "safe" vaccine.
Disappointed watching Tucker Carlson interview Dershowitz and NEITHER man mentioned our UNIVERSAL RIGHT TO INFORMED CONSENT … how is it possible to have a discussion on mandating vaccines and INFORMED CONSENT not be an issue worth discussing?
Recent report that Trump has stated any vaccine will not be mandated but made easily available for those who want it ….

OK, let's take this man at his word. "as long as they're not life threatening...." . Well, many vaccines will have death given as one of the possible side effects. We could also quote the years old studies in which ferrets and other guinea pigs all died after receiving corona virus vaccines. And if death isn't perceived as a likely outcome, don't paralysis, serious disability, permanent mental incapacity, or a reduced life expectancy count as reducing one's life as it could have been lived? Furthermore, he offers the alternative of self-isolating (which is a very appealing proposition to those of us already autistic!) and I would suggest could be extended to allow socialization among any who accept the risk of the virus, but not the vaccine.

Law Professor Alan Dershowitz should certainly be FIRST in LINE for the CV19 vaccine. Followed by the Gates family, Congress and all the billionaires.

I can't help wondering what happens when these older gentlemen, who for the most part have skipped the massive numbers of vaccines they have cheerfully allowed to be doled out to young children, now may have to take what may well be an unsafe vaccine themselves....I hope this gentlemen realizes that in advocating to take away other peoples' medical rights, he is also taking away his own..

I would have thought the esteemed lawyer Alan Dershowitz had heard of the Nuremberg Trial following the defeat of Nazi Germany .. where the UNIVERSAL HUMANITARIAN RIGHT OF INFORMED CONSENT was established and adopted by all civilized countries???

There is no government permission to "compromise" INFORMED CONSENT … it applies whether the medical treatment to mediate a "public health threat" or not .. government has no RIGHT to inject a vaccine comprised of chemicals and pathogens into a person absent that person's CONSENT. PERIOD.

No doubt Dershowitz is simply trying to make sure that he will be appointed to a top level position in the Bill Gates administration of the coming planetary "New World Order" government, based on the model of the Chinese communist government where there is no such thing as "certain inalienable rights." If the current leadership of the "Democratic" party at both the state and federal level have their way, that should come before the end of this decade. Um, gee, do you suppose maybe we out to get ourselves organized and start taking some serious action to prevent that from happening?

They all vote in Rand Paul all the time so they must be.
I have heard Alan on the TV speak a lot and I think that he is a Democrat for sure, but a libertarian? Hmmmm I don't think so .

I always thought until now that Dershowitz was a great guy on the various shows I`ve seen him on. This Covid malarkey is certainly causing a lot of them to slither out from below their cool boulders. They really do think they are on the homeward sprint now totalitarian vaccination control in sight and nobody can stop them and they can now say as they please like the Harvard law professor and civil-liberties advocate,he isnt but claims to be.

NO ONE has any “right” to be free from communicable illnesses. Nature doesn’t work that way and neither do vaccines. And what does Alan think about absolutely no one being liable when a vaccine permanently disables or kills the recipient? Vaccines are much more dangerous than the vaccine targeted illnesses are.
They love going back to Jacobson v Massachusetts to justify compulsory vaccination, but never mention that Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes also went back to that ruling to justify compulsory sterilization of the “unfit,” including the intellectually disabled, "for the protection and health of the state." He wrote in his infamous opinion “The principle that sustains compulsory vaccination is broad enough to cover cutting the Fallopian tubes.”

Quite right, Marianna, his comments were strikingly ill-informed. But why doesn't one of us take up his challenge to debate, perhaps RFK Jr. or Mary Holland? As far as I know neither of them are ordained rabbis, but they are lawyers, and they can certainly debate the legal, medical, and moral issues involved. They wouldn't have to argue Jewish law, they'd simply have to argue that everyone, regardless of religious belief, is entitled to a religious exemption. It would be terrific publicity for us, at a time when we desperately need it.

Dershowitz of all people should recognize it for what it actually is .. straight out of Nazi Germany .. where Jews had been vilified, demonized as "disease carrying vermin" … were ordered to "shut up" while patiently awaiting being "lined up" to board cattle cars destined for infamous concentration (death) camps where millions paid the ultimate price ostensibly to protect the "public health" of Germany.
