No Vote In NJ!!! S2173 Done For Session
If At First You Don't Succeed Introduce the Bill Again

Steve Sweeney, New Jersey Senate President: This is STILL American Land

Yesterday brought us a hard earned, well fought victory in New Jersey as warriors protested against S2173 and its hideous, discriminatory amendment that would have removed the religious vaccine exemption from public schools, but allowed private Steve Sweeney schools to retain the exemption. The bill was NOT brought to a vote, shutting it down. THIS IS HUGE.

Steve Sweeney is the Senate President. One can assume that means he is of Irish descent. In Boston, when my grandmother was a girl "NINA" laws applied, NO IRISH NEED APPLY. The Irish Catholics were discriminated against  as sure as faith and begorrah.  And Steve Sweeney was trying to discriminate against all faiths for the benefit of the pharmaceutical industry. New Jersey is Bruce Springsteen land.  As I drove home last night, knowing that so many had devoted their time, energy and galvanized this fight, I thought of this song, often sung as an encore during a Springsteen show.

What is this Land America. So many travel there
I'm going now while I'm still young. My darling, meet me there
Wish me luck, my lovely. I'll send for you when I can
And we'll make our home in the American Land

Over there all the woman wear silk and satin to their knees
And children dear, the sweets, I hear, are growing on the trees
Gold comes rushing out the river straight into your hands
When you make your home in the American Land

There's diamonds in the sidewalk, there's gutters lined in song
Dear, I hear that beer flows through the faucets all night long
There's treasure for the taking, for any hard-working man
Who will make his home in the American Land

I docked at Ellis Island in a city of light and spire
I wandered to the valley of red-hot steel and fire
We made the steel that built the cities with the sweat of our two hands
We made our home in the American Land

There's diamonds in the sidewalk, there's gutters lined in song
Dear, I hear that beer flows through the faucets all night long
There's treasure for the taking, for any hard-working man
Who will make his home in the American Land

The McNicholas and the Posalskis, the Smiths, Zerillis, too
The Blacks, the Irish, Italians, the Germans and the Jews
They come across the water a thousand miles from home
With nothing in their bellies but the fire down below

They died building the railroads, they worked to bones and skin
They died in the fields and factories, names scattered in the wind
They died to get here a hundred years ago, they're still dying now
The hands that built the country were always trying to keep down

There's diamonds in the sidewalk, there's gutters lined in song
Dear, I hear that beer flows through the faucets all night long
There's treasure for the taking, for any hard-working man
Who will make his home in the American Land
Who will make his home in the American Land
Who will make his home in the American Land

Also note that while we won the big noisy battle, the NJ legislature quietly passed two new vaccine mandates while no one was paying attention. One requires health care workers to get an annual flu shot, the other requires college students to get 2-3 meningitis B shots. In the future, the Dark Side may adopt this tactic: avoid high profile battles royale and instead surreptitiously advance vaccine mandates by small increments.

Note: you will be punished if you go against the Pharma line for any reason. This is not Democracy; it is now Pharmocracy.

The implications of the article below should frighten everyone.

"Sweeney pulls Lagana committee assignments over vaccination vote
Bergen County Democrat dropped from Judiciary, Health panels

Senate President Steve Sweeney has removed State Sen. Joseph Lagana (D-Paramus) from the Senate Judiciary Committee over his refusal to support the Senate leadership on legislation to end religious exemptions for childhood vaccines.

In his place, Sweeney has put State Sen. Brian Stack (D-Union City) back on the Judiciary Committee. The senate president had dropped Stack last year after the Hudson County Democrat sided with Gov. Phil Murphy on legislative redistricting.

Lagana also lost his seats on the Health, Human Services and Senior Citizens Committee and instead will serve on the Military and Veterans Affairs Committee.

More importantly, the New Jersey Globe has learned that Lagana has lost his leadership money – additional funds to supplement his annual staff allowance."

“We’re ready to go to war over this,” Senate President Stephen Sweeney (D), told reporters Monday, according to NJ.com. “We will pass this bill. This is about public health. It’s about protecting people.”
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Message for Stephen Sweeney, we are already at war and have been for quite sometime.
This is about OUR health and this is the fight of our very lives to protect ourselves.

The other way to look at the victory in NJ - those brave and beautiful parents allowed the people of New Jersey to keep their Constitutional rights to bodily autonomy and religious freedom...
And we are denigrated to such a condition that we celebrate it as a victory?
But then again - parents in California and New York are deprived of their basic rights...
This is a really sad state of affairs in the United States of America.

Jonathan Rose: Some one should remind Sweeny of when the next election cycle is a coming off.

Just want to thank Age of Autism for educating me and many others on this issue all these years. You were way ahead of the crowd and planted seeds all over. I think everyone should try to turn a few minds locally. I am working on my brainwashed friends!

Let-them-eat-cake Scanlon says that "anti-vaxxer" can start their own schools. Ha, has he seen the taxes people pay for the public ones we've already got? And Sweeny declares "war" while also claiming that he's doing so to "protect" his constituents. Well, if Big Pharma is his constituent then I suppose that's true. But someone remind him that the function of government is to protect our rights and represent us, not offer us protect we can't refuse like a suspender-wearing mob boss.

This is only the beginning. Representatives can be on the wrong side of history or they can finally listen to what all the protest is about.

So while we won this battle, we may soon have to refight it. This time Sweeney promises to mobilize "medical experts" (bought and paid for), so we have to be prepared to bring in our own real experts.
----------------------
Can these Experts then be deposed into a court of law ? Oh I do hope so Stanley Plotkin !
The Experts have run for the hills on every other occasion so this could be entertaining Sweeney

This was indeed a great victory, but note that Sweeney has now declared "war" (his word) on us and our children.

In New Jersey's "pay to play" political culture, Sweeney was the man you had to pay, and in return he would deliver any favors you wanted. But this time he couldn't deliver, and pharma's blood money was wasted. This was a terribly humiliating defeat for Sweeney, and he is determined to avenge and reverse it, because his reputation s a "fixer" is at stake.

So while we won this battle, we may soon have to refight it. This time Sweeney promises to mobilize "medical experts" (bought and paid for), so we have to be prepared to bring in our own real experts.

Who is this George Norcross fella ?
He is apparently the middle man behind it all.

George E. Norcross, III is an American businessman and a Democratic Party organiser and power broker in New Jersey. Norcross is executive chairman of Conner Strong & Buckelew, an insurance brokerage firm.

Gary Ogden

How sweet it is! Way to go New Jersey. Best birthday present ever. This is what we must do from now on. Get right in their faces.

My thoughts on huge WIN in New Jersey was somewhat different … I had watched HOURS of LIVE protest in Trenton and thought of Bob Dylan's how the "times they are a'changing" .. a song he wrote as an anthem of change in our time.

One noticeable "change" was the difference between demonstrations … olden years saw thousands of outraged protestors carrying flaming torches and pitchforks swarming about some remote castle of authority .. while today's outraged protestors carry cell-phones while instantly text-messaging not only those occupying the inner halls of state governmental buildings .. but their instant messaging giving enormous encouragement to MILLIONS OF OTHERS IN DISTANT STATES AND COUNTRIES who have found themselves, their states and countries under attack.

The last thing those well-insulated castles of authority need is thousands of people armed with modern technologies that can spread THEIR MESSAGE INSTANTLY FAR AND WIDE.

I believe the REVOLUTION WAS BEGUN YESTERDAY IN TRENTON, NEW JERSEY … not being waged with pitchforks or torches … but cell phones, technologies, SCIENCE AND TRUTH … the entire world was watching (except the cowardly media) LIVE.

God bless all who attended.
