OPINION: HPV vaccine incentive payments need to stop.

OPINION: HPV vaccine incentive payments need to stop.
The Maryland Prevention and Health Promotion Agency (PHPA) has received millions — $123 million just between 2012–2017 — as part of an effort to require public schools to force children to get the human papilloma virus (HPV) vaccination. Those funds came in the form of grants from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
The CDC maintains a nonprofit foundation that gets enormous amounts of money from Big Pharma — including Merck, the company that produces Gardasil, the HPV vaccine. At the very least, Maryland’s acceptance of those funds has the appearance of impropriety.
Controversial, Liability Free Vaccine
The vaccine being pushed today is too controversial to be trusted as the public-health solution for HPV. While the medical literature is full of claims and counterclaims about the health effects of Gardasil 1 2, 3, 4, 5, the drug was directly blamed for the death of Maryland student Christina Tarsell. Despite initial denials by state and federal health bureaucrats that the vaccine was to blame, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims concluded in 2017 that a preponderance of evidence indeed indicated her death resulted from the drug.
At the time of her passing in 2008, Christina — who was only 21 — became the 32rd fatality reported in connection with the HPV vaccine. Tragically, she is now one of more than 500 nationwide.
The Vaccine and Related Biological Products Advisory Commission Report page 13 table 17 discloses 6% of kids who take the shot will receive “no therapeutic benefit”, and that those who have undetected HPV infections are 45% more likely to develop cervical lesions. The American Association for Cancer Research reported in 2015 that vaccinated girls had a higher prevalence (70.7%) of HPVs than unvaccinated girls (56.1%).
Well-Funded Marketing Machine
During a PHPA-hosted “HPV symposium” attended by state pediatric practices and Maryland Department of Health staffers in March 2018 at Ten Oaks, Maryland, the featured speaker — Dr. Alix Casler — encouraged attendees to offer free dinners, bottles of wine, and “Quality Doctor Incentives $” sales bonuses to get Maryland physicians on board with the HPV vaccine-pushing program. Dr. Casler offered a $5,000 cash payment to pediatric practices that achieve targeted HPV vaccine sales goals. Read more at Eye On Annapolis.net
Thank you Josh, I am so proud of your dedication to the children. I grew up and lived most of my life in the Annapolis area of Maryland. It is heartbreaking to see all the damaged children, needing more and more special -education schools, allergy free foods, which once was a rarity, now has large sections of the grocery stores. When I started with Joe at the pediatrician's office, which is the largest group in Anne Arundel County and Queen Anne's County, there was a handful of RX's in a basket on the office counter, as his visits became more frequent , the basket was growing and eventually overflowing with RX's for amphetamines, and inhalers. The staff was not concerned about the increase, each RX the doctor received a bonus. I remember in 2006, when Dr. Geier told us, the Health Department is taking over the vaccine business, the pediatrician will be out, he will not be needed any more. Vaccines maybe given right in schools. I do feel that the educators agreeing to this for monies, should be held accountable for the injuries they cause. Maryland is an aggressive state and Johns Hopkins has influence on our legislature. University of Maryland hospital receives large vaccine grants from the federal government for developing new ones. No state or federal agency will speak out for the children. Hopefully the rally today in Washington, D,C. will awaken their conscience. Elaine Dow

Keep it staightforward and honest: Here's a complete analysis showing those promoting the HPV vaccine to be effective is very wrong, as its purported premise dosen't stand up. - This premise by the Pharma/CDC cabal that a papiloma virus causes cervical cancer cannot stand honest scrutiny.

Among all the dishonest claims by the Vacccine Cabal, this HPV vaccine stands alone at the top of their pro-Vaccine Everest.

Two HPV types (16 and 18) were known to cause 70% of cervical cancers and pre-cancerous cervical lesions so the premise was that as 70% of cervical cancers are due to 16/18 strains the vaccine will prevent 70% cases of cervical cancers but it appears that other high risk types are moving in.
Another one to add - Results from a prospective cohort study of young Japanese women showed that the profile of type-specific HPV infection was changed after initiation of HPV vaccination in Japan. In this study, HPV screening and type-specific HPV testing were performed on 2493 Pap test specimens collected from Japanese women aged 20 to 21 years during the period covering 2014 to 2017. HPV type-specific infection in different birth cohorts, 1993 to 1994 (prior to organized HPV immunization in the 12-16 year age group) and 1994 to 1997 (following organized HPV immunization in the 12-16 year age group) was determined. For the years 2014 to 2017, HPV vaccination rates were 28.6%, 74.8%, 76.7%, and 80.0%, respectively (P <.01). The prevalence of HPV-16/-18 infection was 1.3% in 2014, 0.5% in 2015, 0.4% in 2016, and 0% in 2017 (P =.02). In 2014, the most prevalent strains were HPV-52, HPV-16, and HPV-56. HPV-52, HPV-51, and HPV-58 were most prevalent in 2017. [12 - Scientific Plenary

Would it be too much to ask (or demand) the HPV vaccine status of presidential children?
Did the Obama girls and Barron Trump all have 3 doses of Gardasil ??? I would think Merck would make a nice campaign contribution for such an endorsement.
Seems like a simple question for Washington DC, as they are always asking questions about everything else. What are the mandated vaccines for various private schools around Washington ???

"The agency sends letters annually to every school superintendent in the state, reporting the number of HPV “vaccine eligible” kids in the district, broken out by age and gender. The 2017 letters included inaccurate and unduly alarming data points on HPV infection, overstating the benefits and denying the risks of the vaccine."
Imagine that … "inaccurate and unduly alarming data points on HPV infection, overstating the benefits and denying the risks of the vaccine". Where have I heard those exact words recently?????
Well, the opioid crisis of course .. with BILLIONS of dollars being awarded to various States in which the Attorney Generals of those States SUED pharma companies for EXACTLY the same CRIME .. "overstating the benefits and denying the risks of opioid addiction".
We are long past time for STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS to begin suing vaccine manufacturers for FRAUDULENTLY EXAGGERATING THE BENEFITS OF VACCINES WHILE AT THE SAME TIME DENYING THE RISKS. These fraudulent marketing practices should be pursued in CRIMINAL OR CIVIL STATE COURTS … not the Vaccine Court where the manufacturers deny DISCOVERY process to those seeking justified injury .. including death .. compensation.
The penalties for such prosecutions must be LENGTHY PRISION SENTENCES … IN ADDITION TO HUGE MONETARY FINES.
