Citizens Against Mandatory Vaccinations
By Laura Hayes
Dear AoA Readers,
We, the undersigned, assert that mandatory vaccinations are in violation of:
- Our God-given rights of bodily integrity and self autonomy.
- The fundamental human right to determine that which one allows, or doesn’t allow, into oneself and one’s child.
- The Constitutionally protected and guaranteed right for parents to direct the upbringing and care of their children as they deem fit and right.
- The First Amendment protected and guaranteed freedom to exercise one’s religion without government interference or prejudice.
- The ethical practice of medicine, whose hallmark is that of prior, completely voluntary, and fully informed consent. Informed consent requires a formal opting in, never a formal opting out.
- The Hippocratic Oath, which states that doctors and nurses shall “First, do no harm.”
- Several international codes of ethics to which the U.S. is a signer, including the Nuremberg Code, the Declaration of Helsinki, and most recently, the 2005 Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights at the UNESCO Convention.
Furthermore, we assert that current vaccines have not been tested or approved properly or ethically, either individually, or in the myriad, non-uniform combinations in which they are regularly and routinely administered:
- The scientific gold standard, that of a double-blind, placebo-controlled study, is not used for the testing of vaccine safety or efficacy.
- U.S. regulatory agencies have neglected, and presently refuse, to commission a comparison study comparing the never-vaccinated to those who are fully-vaccinated according to the CDC’s recommended vaccination schedule (which expands on a frequent and regular basis). Without such a comparison study, no valid claims about any vaccine’s safety or efficacy can be made, nor can any claim be made as to the safety or efficacy of any combination of vaccines, nor can any claim be made as to the safety or efficacy of the CDC’s recommended vaccination schedule, be it the CDC’s schedule for children (0-18), or the CDC’s schedule for adults (over 18).
- Vaccines contain ingredients for which the human body has no need or use, and which are known to cause harm, especially when injected, including: aluminum, mercury, formaldehyde, polysorbate 80, antibiotics, viruses and retroviruses of both human and animal origin, aborted human fetal material, DNA and RNA of both human and animal origin, phenol, stainless steel, tungsten, lead, squalene, endotoxins, glyphosate, sodium borate, food proteins, Triton-X detergent, gelatin, egg proteins, yeast, glass shards, and blood-poisoning bacteria, in addition to toxic chemicals, unidentifiable protein aggregates, nanoparticles, and nanocontaminants not listed as ingredients on package inserts.
- Vaccines are permitted by government regulators to contain ingredients that are not required to be listed, meaning that neither those who administer vaccines nor those who receive them are fully informed as to the contents being injected. This is both unethical and highly dangerous.
- Vaccines are not tested for carcinogenic effects, mutagenic effects, or impairment of fertility, despite containing ingredients that cause cancer, that alter and damage DNA and RNA, and that adversely affect fertility, including causing sterility.
- Vaccines are often not tested on the population for which they are targeted.
- Vaccine companies are permitted to do their own safety and efficacy testing, for very short time periods (e.g. 4 days), using reactive “controls” versus placebo controls, declaring their vaccine products to be safe and effective, without any independent, valid testing required.
Lastly, we assert that mandatory vaccinations force recipients to forever forfeit the following health benefits:
- Permanent, lifelong immunity.
- The ability for mothers to transfer immunity to their children, during critical time periods of development, both in the womb and via breastfeeding.
- The timely and proper development of the immune system.
- The avoidance of vaccine-induced toxicity and inflammation.
- The sanctity and purity of one’s blood.
- Protection against certain cancers, both in childhood and later in adulthood.
Due to these indisputable truths, we assert that it is both unlawful and unethical to mandate vaccinations, at any time or for any reason, for any person, age group, or occupation, including for military personnel. Furthermore, declared outbreaks, pandemics, and/or emergencies shall not be deemed as permissible times to legislate vaccine mandates or require vaccines.
Vaccine mandates cannot exist in a free and ethical society.
As such, it is imperative and urgent that vaccine mandates be immediately abolished and forever banned in all 50 states comprising the United States of America.
Signed, in truth and liberty,
Laura Hayes is the mother of a severely and permanently disabled 25 year-old son, Ryan, whose abilities, potential, and independence were decimated as a result of his “routine” childhood vaccinations from 2 months-2 years of age. She is determined to see vaccine mandates banned forever; to see vaccine liability returned to its rightful owners; to see individual and parental rights fully restored with regard to medical decision making, including vaccination decisions; and to see vaccines completely eliminated, to be replaced with common-sense, time-proven, risk-free ways to protect, maintain, and enhance health.
How can I stop to be forced and my family to forced to have the covid 19 vaccines we have our beliefs with this agenda being pushed on us just want everyone to wake up and put a stop to it. @ Jenny Allan, "God given." means very literally that. No one but God has the right to decide for any individual. The term "God given rights," implies that the only one able to take those rights away is God. Even someone that claims to be working for God cannot impose their HUMAN sensibilities etc on you. This is what makes the American constitution so great.
This would include King Henry the wife killer, I want a divorce but since I can't get one, I will just kill my wives with bullshit accusations. And part of the main reason why the separation of church and state came to exist.

Irena,
Thank you for your interest and for your kind words of support :)
Presently, this petition is a document that anyone can use, either for educational purposes, and/or to initiate their own petition. I have simply posted it here on AoA so that anyone can print and use it in their own spheres of influence.
I foresee that it could be used by individuals who choose one or more selected target groups (e.g. their local school board/superintendent/school principal...their church/temple, especially if vaccines are being required for church/temple camp or trip...their local legislative representatives...their health insurance company...their medical group...etc.). Individuals could print out copies for the different groups they are targeting, gather signatures from family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, and others (e.g. those at parks, stores, etc.), then schedule an in-person meeting to hand deliver the petition with signatures to head of target group, so more discussion can be had.
I don't think petitions on a large scale have much impact on the target group, with the exception of educating more people (those who read and sign) as to current issues, but I do think we could harness the potential of petitions on a smaller scale. For example, taking a petition with 100 signatures to a school principal could have an impact...or taking one to the school board with 500 signatures from parents in the school district. I use schools as an example because it would be incredibly helpful if we could garner the support of those who are charged with teaching this increasingly disabled, chronically sick, and challenging to teach generation(s) of children/teens/young adults. They see and know the challenges, both logistically and financially, yet, they have remained silent to date about insisting on getting to the bottom of what is ailing our children. It does not help that they are now being trained to blame ACEs, so it is even more important that we get them to understand that vaccines are the #1 culprit with regard to what is derailing and decimating our children.
I hope others will post their ideas on how to best use this document, and also let us know if they use it to target a specific audience, and the results of doing so.

I am so sorry for my stupidity,
but could you please give the instructions on how to sign this petition?
And I would gladly print it and snail-mail it, but it is not clear to whom.
Thank you, Laura, for all you do!!!!

@ visitor "It is not autocratic to believe in God."
I think you might have misunderstood my point. Belief in God is a personal private matter, whether or not the person is a member of a religious organisation.
Persons who fervently believe they are doing God's work, or are justifying a stance by claiming God would approve, might actually be 'using' religion to achieve their own personal or corporate aims.
Think about it, but keep posting. It is very important to discuss and debate these issues in a public forum, which does not have draconian censorship as is happening elsewhere.

It is not autocratic to believe in God. That is my independent declaration. From on who loves England's culture.

Greyone,
Interesting link about Kenneth Stoller and the vaccine fanatics in California. Here's a clue for his lawyers. If they have to redact all identifying details from the medical records, including birth dates, there will be no evidence as to which if any vaccinations those patients are required to have, because they will be of indeterminate age. Hope I haven't give the game away to bedPan!

Edited Extracts from the Hippocratic oath:-
"I will use treatment to help the sick according to my ability and judgment, but never with a view to injury and wrong-doing. Neither will I administer a poison to anybody when asked to do so, nor will I suggest such a course..............................................Into whatsoever houses I enter, I will enter to help the sick, and I will abstain from all intentional wrong-doing and harm, especially from abusing the bodies of man or woman, bond or free.............I will use treatment to help the sick according to my ability and judgment, but never with a view to injury and wrong-doing. Neither will I administer a poison to anybody when asked to do so, nor will I suggest such a course............................Into whatsoever houses I enter, I will enter to help the sick, and I will abstain from all intentional wrong-doing and harm, especially from abusing the bodies of man or woman, bond or free...............now if I carry out this oath, and break it not, may I gain for ever reputation among all men for my life and for my art; but if I break it and forswear myself, may the opposite befall me."
Plenty of clauses there which are being wilfully broken when it comes to vaccines - administering poison? Mercury, aluminium, formaldehyde to name a few. 'Abstaining from all intentional wrong-doing and harm?' This has become the 'first do no harm' interpretation. How about 'abusing the bodies of man or woman'? Children NOT mentioned. Maybe they think none of this applies to children.

In my opinion everyone whose child received vaccinations and developed autism as a result shows we are already victims of unprecedented oppression. My son is one of the first victims from the mid 80s and the numbers are soaring to this very day. Tragedy of enormous proportions inflicted on innocent children and their families. Where is the justice in this catastrophe that should never have been allowed to happen?

The Hippocratic oath really doesn't mean anything anyway. Anything that any doctor does is going to cause more harm than good to some, and everyone knows that. And all drugs have negative side effects, and everyone who takes any drug is going to experience some negative side effects, some harm, although it may be that in any particular case the good might outweigh the bad. Or maybe not. All you're doing when you go to a doctor is get his professional opinion, maybe run some tests and get results from them, get a prescription for a prescription drug. They may help you, they may kill you, they may disable you. They may suppress symptoms, only in a few cases, like antibiotics when successfully used, can they cure anything.
I don't think there's a single doctor in the world that ever says to him or herself "First do no harm," when trying to make a decision as to what to do. And if he made that his number one criterion, he might decide to do nothing when treatment had an eighty percent chance of success, but a five percent chance of causing disability or death.
It's just words that sound good, signifying nothing.

God-given rights.. there is no substitution for this... the mantra "vaccines are safe and effective" is rooted in human corruption, not faith
Posted by: Paul Picha | May 08, 2019 at 06:54 PM
Our rights to bodily integrity and self autonomy are not 'God-given' but have been fought for and won by our predecessors, as part of the 'freedoms' which are supposed to be enshrined within democracy and self determination. Anything else is effectively slavery, namely our bodies and those of our children belonging to the state, to be used according to the inclinations of those with power and authority.
I would avoid any reference to 'God given' in a petition. In the UK, this term is often applied to autocratic persons who think they have a 'God-given' right to dictate terms to the rest of us. These persons are often politicians, but can be anyone who has been given a measure of power within society. Senator Pan comes to mind in the US, but in the UK we have a new Government Health Secretary, Matt Hancock. This person is determined to impose mandatory vaccinations on us and has publicly accused 'anti-vaxxers' of having 'blood on their hands'. This is reminiscent of that Anderson Cooper CNN interview, following Brian Deer's first BMJ article 'How the case against the MMR vaccine was fixed ', where Dr Wakefield was accused of killing children. Never mind there have been more child deaths from MMR vaccine than from measles, and Dr Wakefield merely advocated a return to monovalent measles jabs. CNN and The Times are at it again!!

Anti-vaxxers 'have blood on their hands,' says UK health secretary

“London (CNN)The UK's health secretary Matt Hancock said anti-vaccination campaigners were "morally reprehensible, deeply irresponsible" and had "blood on their hands," in an interview with The Times published Saturday.”

The problem is that nobody cares about human rights when they genuinely believe that without vaccinations every single person on the planet would be dead from smallpox or crippled from polio.
Even many self-described libertarians support mandatory vaccinations so good luck trying to persuade Democrat voters from objecting to forced vaccines because of arguments around individual liberty.
Ultimately, the way to make permanent inroads is to attack the very idea of contagion itself. There is anoften repeated post used that talks about the hundreds of "communicable" diseases that we don't vaccinate for which is a high quality argument but we should take it further. Point out, time and time again, that doctor offices are filled with sick people germs so either there is no such thing as contagion or we should be forcibly quarantining all doctors and those who visit them.

‘God-given’ might be literal or it might be figurative - a philosophical concept.

Jen,
If that is the case, then you could substitute with the following:
Our natural rights to bodily integrity and self autonomy.

Laura Hayes thinks and writes beautiful and spot on things. However, as much as I would like to pass this around, I won't, because of the phrase "God-given" in first section. Half the people in my life would be comfortable with that, but the other half would discount everything that followed because the petition started off with a faith-based assumption. The irony of the fact that many of these same people go along with the faith-based assumptions embedded in the "Vaccines are safe and effective" narrative is not lost on me. Any way to change that opening to some version of "natural rights".
Posted by: Jen | May 08, 2019 at 02:22 PM
Laura, please check your references. The Hippocratic Oath does NOT contain the phrase, "First, do no harm". Yes, there's some language similar to that, but that specific phrase does NOT appear in the Hippocratic Oath. I didn't believe it at first, until I researched the question. Feel free to try to prove me wrong. The REST of your post here is 100% SPOT ON!....
KEEP UP the GOOD WORK, People!

This is excellent. Thank you Laura Hayes.

In addition to using this document to help educate others as to why we must eliminate vaccine mandates, it can also be used as a petition to gather signatures, which can then be shared with legislators, school boards, medical groups, pediatricians, medical students, boards of state colleges and universities (e.g. UC Regents), and/or anyone involved with supporting/legislating/enforcing vaccine requirements and mandates.
The majority of Americans continues to be unaware regarding the dangers, inefficacies, and lack of need for vaccines, and regarding the corruption that underlies vaccines from manufacture to mandate and beyond. Americans are also largely unaware of how their parental rights and medical choice freedom are quickly being eliminated, state by state, and that if we don't stop the tyranny soon, we will all be victims of what will likely be unprecedented oppression.
Hopefully, each of us can think of at least one target group for this petition, gather signatures, and hand deliver it during an in-person meeting, so further discussion can be had.
