I Tweeted Nancy Pelosi my thoughts on the current selective outrage regarding the very real plight of children in detention right now. What's the scale for the outrage meter settings? When are kids lives more valuable or important? All children matter. Kids belong with their loving parents who are making hard choices to give them the best possible life. Parents are allowed to make choices! Sometimes they even break the law to protect their kids. Unless you are a parent altering the vaccine schedule - because in California, thanks to Senator Richard Pan's SB277, kids who are not fully vaccinated in certain grades (yet healthy) can not attend school. Californians allowed this law that discriminates against healthy children who have a right to school. No outrage, only derision. I feel jaded. I don’t want to see kids in detention centers. My heart hurts for the families. Hearts are hard when it comes to us and our kids. If there are immigrant kids in CA detention centers, their parent should scream “Not fully vaxxed!” (Translators needed!) Then maybe the kids will be released to Mom and Dad.
Under SB 277, children will only be able to attend school or daycare, public or private, if they either receive the immunizations required by law or obtain a medical exemption from the requirement from a licensed physician—meaning only MDs and DOs.[11] Children may also be conditionally accepted into a school or daycare program if they are in the process of completing a series of vaccinations. In other words, if parents wish to leave their children unvaccinated, absent an acknowledged medical reason to do so, they cannot send them to school or daycare. They will, however, have a variety of other options available. These options include homeschooling their children on their own or in collaboration with a few other families, or participating in certain independent study programs offered by public schools. I think parents who decide to enter the US illegally with their children must be aware of the illegality of their actions, and must know that if they are apprehended they will be jailed until their hearing and probable deportation. It is and should be illegal to put children in jail with them. So the only recourse is to separate the parents from the children until the parents are deported. If a man with his child near him were to commit a serious crime such as bank robbery, assault, or murder, it is beyond doubt that he should be jailed, but his child should not be. While illegal immigration is not in itself a violent crime, it is still one which is having serious effects on the quality of our lives. And there have been thousands of violent crimes committed by illegal immigrants. I think it would be better for parents not to cross the border illegally with their children. Although we just came back from Mexico City, and the situation there with traffic, overpopulation, corruption, as well as violent crime is absolutely horrendous. The friends we stayed with told us that two years ago their house had been burglarized, many valuable items stolen, and the mother knocked to the ground, beaten, kicked, and insulted, because she had left the metal fence in front of their house without its padlock locked for a few minutes when she went out to buy something at the corner store. I talked to a friend from Panama last night, and we were competing as to which city was worse in terms of absolutely intolerable, Panama City or Mexico City. Two hours to go even a few kilometers, Six Flags was 26 km away and it took us two hours to drive each way. Private car, taxi, Metrobus, metro, walking, were all excruciatingly difficult, crowded, and time-consuming, and I can see why many people there just want to get out. One of my friends there said it was an immense waste of her life to spend so much time in traffic. She is one of six children, now all middle-aged.
One of the sons told me that he had been on his motorcycle in Mexico City six years ago when he was stopped at 3:30 p.m., with many people nearby, and his motorcycle and money were stolen. His sister told me that gang members were on the alert for certain brands of motorcycles, and called in for backup to stop him and rob him. I think we must think very carefully about what the consequences will be if we permit illegal immigration. A lot of Mara Salvatrucha and Zeta members, and many other narcotraficantes, are coming in illegally as well as the innocent. I support programs to give legal entry to immigrants to place in employment if there are no indigenous Americans to work in them. I do not support paying Americans less than a living wage because there are so many immigrants willing to work for close to nothing. And I do not support importing these intolerable living conditions.

What none of you people have the gonads to talk about is the DDS and ther DDS's sub contractors the California Regional Centers (Alta,Harbor,Lanterman) reducing funding to Developmental Disability services since the recession. This has a bigger impact on families with autism more than that Pan moron. The poorer quality and boring day programs and getting rid of supported employment as well as poorly trained and vetted nursing aids supposedly caring for the severely disabled. All of these are a result of post 2007 budget cuts. I live in California and do not care about what some person from Denmark or Ireland says he should also worry about the developmental disability related social services agencies cutting the budget in his country and the dire consequences of such cuts. Do not get me wrong that Pam is a fool. He has no interest in Developmental Disabled .There is selective outrage on AofA as well but out of state or country residents that do not know or care about California politics. If any one mentions the illegal immigrant controversy I say to you there are illegal immigrants in many countries including lower middle income ones like South Africa and Mexico and whether or not they are mistreat by paramilitary border or customs agents has little to do with autism advocacy the original focus of AofA.

We need borders in order to be a country. We also have no way of knowing if undocumented children taken over the border really are with their parents, or if it's child-trafficking. Children should also not be arrested for being taken over here by their will. In the meantime, they still have to be kept somewhere. That's why they need to be temporarily separated and placed in state custody.
What's really ridiculous is seeing the American Academy of Pediatrics attack immigration law enforcement. They can never again be taken seriously when they say diseases are "just a plane-ride away" to shut down vaccine criticism.

My thoughts are with people who did not think it could happen.
It will not be contuining to happen in this country , that is a definite certanty. This is not our value and respect for our elderly loved ones. We just escaped it by a hairs breadth past a freacle, then hell on earth from social services trying to get my mum removed from the house for the next 14 days until I organised and got private support services employed.

ICE is simply taking a page out of Paul Offit’s book which has read, on multiple occasions, that children who have not succumbed to the CDC’s exact vaccine schedule should become wards of the state. No doubt non-English speaking, non-white children make him drool all the more.

I agreed with Kim's reply to Pelosi. It made strong points that are valid. If I were to write or tweet, whatever, to Pelosi or any government official, about the vaccine-non vaccine hostages, I will still ask the question...do your vaccines work or not? If they do,,why are you harping that unvaccinated children are a risk to everyone in schools or public places..? If your child is vaccinated, why are you still parroting the phrases of this subjective collective who insists that younor yournfsmily are in danger of catching some disease they're already vaccinated against?? Surely you've reached the herd immunity safety number by now..?
If anyone is in danger of catching some freely communicable disease amongst children, it's the unvaccinated in danger of catching the disease shed by your vaccinated children when they return to school after receiving vaccines.

Is Pelosi going to introduce a bill to change it? Because I'm a little worried that a replacement of someone following the law might be aimed to facilitate something unlawful and also heinous...

Sadly some of the children are not with their parents and might become a part of the child slave trade in the United States unless they are sorted out.
Are the vaccine reps on site injecting the children ??? I would assume they are.
On many issues, that problems are never solved because the "whatever party" wants the problem to exist for the next election cycle. SB277 is just a part of the police state that exists in California and provides money to the "American drug lords" who control almost everything in DC.
Congress can change whatever law they want Today, but until then, the news media will be in "panic and outrage mode" for weeks which is what they have to do every damn day for ratings.
I would assume the Nancy Pelosi house in California has a wall of some kind around it that she enjoys very much.

Unfortunately .. "selective outrage" … is merely Sol Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals" in action. For those who have never read Sol's Rules … (sorry for the length) .. here they are:
