Jacob Puliyel Questions the WHO, the Serum Institute of India and The Gates Foundation Over the Covert Use of the Talwar Vaccine in Kenya
Age of Autism has twice covered the Oller report which documented the use of a tetanus vaccine secretly laced with a birth control component hCG which was being used in Kenya. While this has been ruthlessly denied by the Kenyan government and across the world's media, there is no doubt that this happened, or that the vaccine was manufactured by Serum Institute of India. Current moves to revive the use of the vaccine in India have come under the scrutiny of Dr Jacob Puliyel, Department of Paediatrics, St Stephen's Hospital, Delhi in India's Sunday Guardian Live. The new version of the vaccine being trialed in India will be conjugated with E Coli not tetanus but the issues remain the same. The concept of the vaccine is that the hCG which is present in relatively small quantities only becomes active as a birth control agent when combined with a foreign protein, hence the WHO and UNICEF claim that the quantity of hCG is insufficient to cause problems with pregnancy is deliberately misleading - tetanus and E Coli are used to adjuvant the hCG as an active ingredient, and that is part of the design of the product.
Ethical questions surround vaccine to reduce fertility
The prestigious journal Nature Medicine, in its February issue reported that the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) is to do a clinical trial of a tetanus toxoid vaccine (TT) laced with a pregnancy hormone, human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG). It is to be studied on 120 women in India.
This “vaccine” against pregnancy was developed by Dr G.P. Talwar in 1972. The idea is to produce antibodies to the pregnancy hormone, such that the women would not be able to carry a normal pregnancy. Women who were pregnant would abort and those not pregnant would be rendered infertile. The report is indeed disturbing. A few months earlier an article entitled “HCG Found in WHO Tetanus Vaccine in Kenya Raises Concern in the Developing World” was published by Oller and colleagues in the Open Access Library Journal.
The Oller report described young women in Kenya who were vaccinated with this “Talwar vaccine” on the pretext of preventing maternal and neonatal (baby) tetanus. Many of the samples of the tetanus vaccine that tested positive for hCG was sourced from the Serum Institute of India.
The vaccine programme was promoted by the WHO and the Kenyan government, funded by the Gates Foundation. Mothers-to-be were encouraged to take the vaccine to prevent tetanus in their unborn babies, without being told that the vaccine would prevent the baby from ever being born. The Oller report highlights some interesting aspects of the campaign. The vaccines used in the campaign were not stored locally, but were distributed directly from Nairobi and the vaccines were guarded by the police. Every used vaccine vial was returned under police escort to Nairobi at considerable expense. It was advised that the vaccine is taken five times at six monthly intervals. This is unlike the tetanus toxoid schedule anywhere in the world and is exactly the schedule recommended for the “Talwar vaccine”. WHO publications apparently describe a long-range purpose to reduce population growth in unstable “less developed countries” and they are working on a more potent anti-fertility vaccine, using recombinant DNA.
In the context of these reports of the unethical use of the “Talwar vaccine” in Kenya, manufactured by Serum Institute of India, news of the ICMR study is alarming. It is claimed that the effect of the vaccine is not permanent, but there is no clear evidence that women will be able to conceive at will, after being immunised with this vaccine.
The credibility of the WHO and the Gates Foundation has been irreparably dented by this unethical sterilisation of women in Kenya. It is important that the ICMR, which has already been castigated by the 72nd Parliamentary Standing Committee on Health and Family Welfare for its part in the HPV trial, seriously reconsider the need for this new clinical trial. Parliament and the public must seek to know who or what prompted the ICMR to study this vaccine developed and abandoned in India, 45 years ago.
I am convinced that this Indian controlled study is another part of the damage limitation control policy that the "committee" has arranged to counter being caught hook line and sinker on this Vaccinocide.
I imagine 15 people all met up in a room somewhere (Atlanta Georgia) , the highest ranking members of the CDC-EIS and they worked out their strategy becuase the story has gone far and wide .
1. the numbers being quoted as having being surreptitiously sterilized was always up to 3M girls.
2. And they did this by hiding the hcg in a tetanus toxoid carrier.
Answers to the problems :
1. We cannot deny that we have been caught, but lets massage the numbers to 0.5M (sounds better,
less than a million - millions have too many connotations with Hitler and the third Reich)
2. And lets organise a legitimate study of the Vaccination-Sterilisation program to somehow disguise that we are dirty lying thieves in the night.
What else might they do ? To lessen the obviously huge embarrassment for everyone.

Who wouldn't be adversely affected by Gardasil, or any vaccine for that matter?! Each is a heinous concoction made in heinous ways, and now we know, given for heinous reasons!

A bit off topic again ... but on the show Bull / Tuesday, the attorney questioning a Jury Pool asked some sort of question about the flu epidemic ? and ALL the jury pool raised their hands... He then asked how many still vaccinated their children or something ... and one hand out of the jury group of twenty something went down... The attorney then stated he wanted THAT person REMOVED from the Jury Pool.
They must have a “pharma writer” who sits in with all the script writers for nearly every American show... give me a break...

Laura - I also saw a Suzanne Humphries video recently that suggested that males who take the "abomination-vaccination" are adversely affected from reproducing successfully (she suggested an impotence of sorts e-dysfunction).
I have to say it quite shocked me, & I dont know why it would because the crime of vaccination never ends.

At what point does a mass killing or forced movement become genocide?
Genocide is understood by most to be the gravest crime against humanity it is possible to commit.
It is the mass extermination of a whole group of people, an attempt to wipe them out of existence.
But at the heart of this simple idea is a complicated tangle of legal definitions.
So what is genocide and when can that term be applied?
UN definition
The term was coined in 1943 by the Jewish-Polish lawyer Raphael Lemkin who combined the Greek word "genos" (race or tribe) with the Latin word "cide" (to kill).
After witnessing the horrors of the Holocaust, in which every member of his family except his brother was killed, Dr Lemkin campaigned to have genocide recognised as a crime under international law.
His efforts gave way to the adoption of the UN Convention on Genocide in December 1948, which came into effect in January 1951.
Article Two of the convention defines genocide as "any of the following acts committed with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial or religious group, as such":
Killing members of the group
Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group
Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part
Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group
Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group
The convention also imposes a general duty on states that are signatories to "prevent and to punish" genocide.

The International Criminal Court has more than enough evidence to begin prosecuting the Serum Institute of India for manufacturing and marketing the "Talwar vaccine" under the false pretext the vaccine is to protect unsuspecting mothers-to-be against Tetanus .. when in fact its primary purpose is to "prevent the baby from being born". If this does not constitute a CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY .. then nothing does.
The ICC has a duty to then begin prosecution of the WHO and the Gates Foundation for being complicit in promoting a CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY …
It is one thing as Bill Gates believes .. control of population growth is a worthy goal .. it is quite another when Bill Gates surreptitiously induces abortions in pregnant women against their will.
That is not "population control" .. it is "murder" .. the "victims" being that pregnant mom to be and her unborn child.

With the current reported rate of “Autism” at 1 in 36 (no doubt a conservative estimate), it is safe to say that all vaccines are succeeding as anti-fertility, population-decreasing vaccines.
Interesting to note how many “fertility centers” have sprung up all over the country the past 2 decades, too. Hmm...
And let us not forget that polysorbate 80, used in many of today’s vaccines, has been proven to adversely affect fertility, HPV vaccines have caused Primary Ovarian Failure in recipients, and vaccine package inserts clearly state that “this vaccine has not been tested for impairment of fertility”...or have they???
Not one word that comes from any of our government agencies, or the WHO, can be trusted...not one.

Instead, they simply write “not tested for impairment of fertility” on their package inserts, and our unethical government regulators let them get away with that. Interestingly, we are seeing record numbers of couples struggling with infertility issues. Coincidence?“

I got into a conversation on face book and with my own Mother.
They just don't believe that this is true. They just don't believe that WHO, and those that run these programs steeped in tradition of compassion and concerns for health would do this.
Even when confronted with news reports from the Washington Post, they keep saying and sending me things from other websites that they consider the Enquirer type news sources.
Their minds just cannot make that leap of suspicion.

The deception runs somewhat parallel with Paul Offit’s 10,000 vaccines are safe claim. Offit based the fanciful proposition (much promoted by British health officials) on the number of antigens but the most basic objection was that vaccines are adjuvanted.
The fundamental issue here is that if they want to promote this as a birth control product it is up to them, but if they are telling young women it is to protect them against tetanus or E Coli it is quite another matter. The very fact that they are forced into denials demonstrates how way out of order they are, and they know it.
