1 in 21 Children in Belfast Now Have an Autism Diagnosis
Below is the most recent of a series of letters I have written posted in on-line British Medical Journal responding to an article by Prof Russell M Viner, President of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. While Prof Viner was trying to challenge the British government to focus on the health of children and young people, I have been trying to get them both to focus on the tragedy unfolding in our midst: this is the sixth letter since March assembling data from official sources (with much help from Anne Dachel), without a single response. The Northern Ireland Department of Health deserve special praise because all the previous data relating to current autism prevalence in schools comes from education sources. Here at least they recognise and expose the scope of the problem, which represents in greater detail the situation across the United Kingdom. One thing this does is to lay to rest completely the better recognition and diagnosis argument because we actually have here very large numbers of children with extreme levels of disability, not with marginal traits which might have been passed over in the past. In Belfast you are dealing with approaching 3% of the school population who are autistic and with Stage 5 support (the highest level).

The Northern Ireland Department of Health Information Analysis Directorate are to be commended for producing a detailed analysis of the prevalence of autism in schools in the province authored by Iain Waugh [1], the first from any United Kingdom health body I have seen since the middle of the last decade. The results of this survey are unfortunately in line with data I assembled in this column below [2,3,4,5,6].
The pamphlet records that the rate of diagnosed autism in the province's school has risen from 1.2% of the school population in 2008-9 to 2.9% in 2017 (a leap of 141% and representing a present rate of 1 in 34.5). Also, while the document emphasises that the proportion of complex cases (Stage 5) to the total number of autism cases has declined from 74% to 60%, Stage 5 autism cases have still risen dramatically in relation to the total school population from 0.89% in 2008-9 to 1.74% in 2017-18, i.e. they have nearly doubled and are heading for 2% of the school population.
The pamphlet also records that "children in urban areas were 1 1/2 times more likely to be autistic than those in rural areas" and that autism has become more connected with social deprivation:
"The prevalence of autism in the most deperived [sic] decile (1) has increased by 2.7 precentage
points between 2008/09 and 2017/18, compared to a 1.7 percentage point increase in the
least derpived [sic] decile (10) over the same period of time".
It is presumably a combination of these factors which leads Belfast's schools to have an autism rate of 4.7% (1 in 21 children). The figures will necessarily be incomplete because the younger children are the less likely they are to have yet received a diagnosis. By contrast a National Statistics survey of mental health for the whole of Great Britain in 1999 found a rate of Pervasive development disorder (i.e. the broadest possible definition of autism type conditions) of 0.2% in 11-15 year-olds (ie. 1 in 500 born c.1984-8), who being secondary students were more likely to have received a diagnosis [7].
Of course, the pamphlet only reports, it does not significantly discuss the causes of this catastrophic growth in a type of disability. I fear that whatever it is driving this phenomenon it will be unpalatable to the present generation of paediatricians and health officials, but how much worse does it have to get before they pay attention?

Some metals are recognized as essential to human life and serve important roles within the human body. However, the beneficial effects of trace elements are based on safe and adequate intake levels, with too little resulting in deficiencies and too much resulting in toxicities. Many of the metals used in dentistry and medicine have no established function in the human body, such as aluminum, which is both a neurotoxin and an immune stimulator, and mercury, which is recognized as being toxic even in low doses.

What was it that Jenner scraped under the skin of his son making him very ill for the rest of his life then dying aged 21 years from"TB". Jenner managed to probably create the first case of autism. As a sane parent would you honestly take the dried scrapings from a horse and administer it to your baby ..
It was Horse Grease
What is Horse Grease?
This appears to be the same as “grease heel” in horses. Grease heel appears on lower legs as patches of scurf beneath hair that looks matted or staring. Under the scurf the skin will be red, and oozing. Grease heel is also called mud fever, scratches, or greasy heel. Left untreated the skin can become deeply cracked, and infected.
It was once thought that grease heel was the source of cowpox and was passed onto people as smallpox. Jenner contended that every person who had had horse-grease cow-pox was protected against small-pox, but persons who had had the other kind of cow-pox were not protected, so that when he was confronted with cases where cow-pox had failed to protect, he said it was a spurious kind of cow-pox.

Well what can you say but if your calling something cow pox the animal you think you would get it from would be a COW.

Jenner is an odd myth for the pharmaceutical industry with their kitsch sci-fi profile: a shoddy village experiment carried out two centuries ago amid the most unhygienic conditions, an anecdotal benefit. What they learnt from it was not about science but how to deploy hate rhetoric against anyone who does not believe them or does not comply.

Edward Jenner was a fraudster and worse.
He has been discussed as to whether he should be on bank notes in the UK fairly regularly.
But it never happens - why is that ?
Is someone scared of the TRUTH blowing up at any minute and then having the embarrassment of having Ed the FAKE emblazoned all over a countries currency ?

Jenner was entirely built on his personal anecdote. I do not think they ever used controlled studies longer after his approach had become popular. They still refuse to do RCTs even today. Some of the vaccine "RCTs" have groups that can even receive multiple vaccines at once.
The last sentence sums up what this "science" education really is about:
"I hope they turn the children into bloody awkward sceptics," he says.

Advice that, if followed by autism parents, would assure that more children and young adults would be suffering with GI pain and dysfunction, seizures, food allergies, etc. ad nauseam. With iatrogenic error is the #3 cause of death in the U.S., no one’s health care advice should be taken solely without additional investigation and input.
It’s atrocious that academia and government point to Edward Jenner’s cowpox observations as scientific pioneering, yet forget the phenomena first was reported in the field (or barn) by humble milkmaids.

When most news readers see an autism statistic, they feel little or nothing. No sense of urgency, no need for action. Unless they also read an immediate correlation to their existence, such as increased taxes, reduced services, or frightening mayhem.
These people think little about others, about society, or about the future, beyond their needs for the decades remaining in their own lives.
Such people, unused to seeking factual specifics, conclude their reading by assuring themselves that unknown others in social systems — “they" — will fix the problem. Which tragically is impossible, because "they" created the problem and "they" (the CDC, in particular) are “paralyzed about autism,” as Dr. William Thompson has stated.
The average reader has only a vague understanding of their government and how it dys/functions — part of why the autism epidemic got so out of control. Public school dogma, corporate mass media and damaged brains contribute to this ignorance.
Change and rebuilding will take a major shift of conscience and priorities. Like any massive structural breakdown — a cracked dam, a collapsing bridge — people will not act until evidence of the catastrophe is irrefutably obvious and has cost a critical mass of lives and money. Here we are, but the bodies are hidden away in homes and spread all over the world.

What is interesting is "expedited review processes" which means no or little testing required (Swine flu vaccine debacle) and "indemnification agreements in place with pharmaceutical companies", type of vaccine injury court agreement and taxpayers have to pay for the damages.
It looks like they want their own "vaccine military forces" being able to inject globally where and when they want to, no safety testing required and when the program backfires you can not sue them.
The whole thing seems like a giant global pharma scam, swine flu vaccine on steroids where the biggest victims are third world citizens.

The addition year on year seems to be relatively even throughout the period - there are slightly fewer cases among younger children but this probably just means some have yet to get a diagnosis.
PS Looking again the influx seem bad at beginning, trailing off slightly but the last year very bad. The highest diagnostic prevalence is in the 13 year-olds, but other years may catch up.

if the rate is 1 in 13 for boys in school it could be half of that for boys born in 2018 so it could be 1 in 7.

Does the report break out diagnosis by school year? Then you could see the progression. It must be that the rate in younger grades is much higher than 1 in 21, i.e. much larger than 1 in 13 boys. (The full report is behind a paywall.)
It would be helpful to be able to see this, don't know if it is possible to get it somehow... Perhaps if people see the changes year-to-year, they will be less willing to say it is just "better diagnosis".

Yes, and if 60% of 4.7% are severe cases (Stage 5) then 2.8% of the school population in Belfast has severe autism (1 in 36) then it scarcely looks like better recognition.

If the rate is 1/21 overall, and boys are 4:1 with girls as is typical, then the rate in boys is 1 in 13.

John, Your factual updates are very much appreciated, and will at some time in the (near or immediate) future bring the Authorities to asap pare back on immunization programs.
That being said, I've just become aware the new 2018 UK Immunization Schedule for newborns and children has ADDED three (3) doses of the HepB vaccine at ages 8 weeks, 12 weeks, and 16 weeks. The prior 2016 Schedule did not have the HepB.
This HepB addition brings the total of UK injected doses (doses, not injections) of infant vaccines to now 31 doses by age one (1) year - that's right, 31 - with the immense toxic assault of all their myriad excipients.
For tragic comparison, the U.S. Child Immunization Schedule, by 12 months age, have had as babies (and as a fetus in their mother's womb) exposed/injected via thirty-six (36) doses; particularly heinous are the DTaP and Flu shots given during pregnancy (apparently not given to UK mothers-to-be; please correct me about this if I'm off).
Perhaps you already know of this new HepB addtion to the UK Schedule, but I thought it pertinent to mention. It seems the U.S. and the UK are in a vicious race to out do the other in poisoning our children.

Despite the U.K.’s vast infant schedule all of the cases in this report will be prior to the introduction of the routine HepB shot last autumn - also still not till 8 weeks when an infant gets DTaP, Polio., Hib, Hep B, Rotavirus, 13 strain Pneumococcal and Men B. And it is all completely safe! Of course, they will also get DTaP and flu in utero.

And it's not just climate "science." What are people to think when "scientists" can't claim to know what's causing something many times more common than polio? People can see that "scientists" are even ignoring the tragedy and disaster that is autism. People are seeing that "scientists" are standing by as only a brave few will speak out and declare that really there are only two genders. I'm not "transphobic" simply a realist. If someone is born with any situation needing clarifying then by all means change.

The high rates of autism that keep going higher and higher are a true tragedy for the modern era. We are witnessing something terrible that is happening to our children and no one seems to know what to do about it while we the families and our children continue to suffer. The future is grim unless some researchers find a real CURE for our children's devastating condition.

As country after country experience first-hand the tsunami of autism drowning their children in autism .. those very same countries stand united in calming fears .. nothing to worry about .. always been like this .. like a police officer ordering people at the scene of a horrific tragedy to "move on, there's nothing to see here".
