"But if they're so turned off by my opinion on healthcare and gun violence then, I don't know, I probably wouldn't want to have a conversation with them anyway," he continued. "Not good riddance, but riddance."
Kimmel Doesn't Mind Blowing Off Republican Viewers: Except The Surgeon Who Saved His Son
By Kim Rossi
Jimmy Kimmel recently said that he doesn't mind offending and losing Republican views of his late night TV show. Jimmy went after the autism/vaccine injury community, making fun of 0ur children's plight, and even created a video in 2015 about "anti-vaccination." (I'll let you Google it and watch, if you must.)
From Washington Examiner:
Late-night comedian Jimmy Kimmel said he would perform the same emotionally-charged monologues about healthcare and gun violence "again in a heartbeat," despite a drastic reduction in Republican viewership of his show.
The medical group that bears his name donation $5000 to the Republican party in California.
Riddance.... Kimmel's dismissive response is indicative of the deep crisis in America. Is there a surgeon who can repair us?

All of these people who have buried free speech- what is going to become of America when no one wants to listen to anyone who might have even a slightly different view. Listening to someone does not mean that you have to agree with them. Many Americans dont seem to understand that. Not listening to someone who is not pro-vaccine means that there are a great many doctors and scientists that you will not "listen" to. And I suppose that big Pharma is gleefully exploiting this situation.

Certainly novel 1984. For the .... Duckspeak can be good or "ungood" (bad) depending on who is speaking,

I agree with what Kim and Gary have stated.
I have no affinity for either party, though the Republican party has been less bad when it comes to vaccine tyranny.

Leah: It was Obama who signed the Dark Act, banning GMO labelling nationwide. The Democrats (which was my party for 40 years) once represented their natural constituency, working-class people. This is no longer true. They are fully-captured instruments of the corrupt banking interests, like the Republicans. Under Obama (for whom I voted twice) there was no economic recovery, unlike past economic meltdowns. We must not let them (these corrupt interests which own the federal government and media) divide us. SB 277 opened my eyes to what a cesspool our government has become, and incompetent as well. We must stick together, among friends, neighbors, and communities, and fight for what is right. Pharma, and the agri-chemical industry are destroying our children and our future as a nation. It is a bi-partisan effort. We are not powerless, however. More Americans are waking up. AoA is not politically partisan. It is a beacon of light.

Hi, it's Kim. I would say exactly the same thing if the parties were reversed. We are agnostic as Dan Olmsted always said. The fact the Kimmel uses politics is my point. I'm trying to erase those lines and show hypocrisy. The vaccine injury and medical freedom conversation leans right pulling many of us off our natural stance. Appreciate your comment. Kim

This website has become ridiculously partisan and Repubican leaning. When almost all Republicans were voting for an absurd and cruel healthcare bill that would have affected thousands of disabled kids on Medicaid, there was no room for a mention of it, even though the Autism Society was frantically asking people to call their representatives.
Now President Trump has out of spite or to get a "win" done away with healthcare insurance subsidies. My boyfriend has a subsidy and has leukemia and works full time but would not be able to pay more insurance--can't afford it. So what's their plan? His death? But don't bother mentioning that in an article. No space apparently.
Ditto for decent clear cut labeling of GMO foods, killed by Republicans . If you care about health this was worth mentioning. I have autism in my family and these foods are toxic, period. But who loves them? Who wants them in unlabeled everywhere?
There is a much corruption all over government--it is a massive issue, but I don't like how one sided a of a has become. I notice people with other points of view are just fading away and the same people are commenting all the time.

How many product ads during Kimmel's TV show are for psychotropic medications? All around us are people on psych drugs, whose side effects vary widely, but little research is being done into why so many of us struggle with mental illness.
Americans look for quick solutions to complex problems, like taking away guns from everyone, or adding more chemicals to an already polluted brain. Then we’re surprised when we realize we’ve just created more problems.
How many doctors prescribe pill after pill without first running any lab tests (e.g. GeneSight) to determine biological compatibility? How many doctors even understand an OATS test? Twice when I’ve asked for blood testing, from a pediatrician and a psychiatrist, both told me that they didn’t know how to interpret the results.
A mentally ill person can buy the gun, but sometimes it’s Pharma that pulls the trigger by proxy. Take away that gun, and still any number of gruesome lethal weapons remain available.

Late night comedy has degenerated into a recruiting tool for the Democratic party among young and inexperienced viewers, who cannot or will not analyze the issues raised in an objective manner.
Long gone are the days of George Carlin, where we could hear critical thinking and honesty.

Outstanding point yet again Kim.

I am confused and bewildered?
The only thing I can figure out that makes sense is we have put our faith of the things of men.
We put it in the medical profession
We put it in our government officials
We put it in scientific institutions
We put it in big corporations like pharmaceuticals and agriculture.
We put it in federal agencies.
We put it in political parties.
And all of this shows up as a bit of insanity, with out clear or logical thoughts; all emotional that is really unfounded and puzzling.

This is a good article Kim, and I am just wondering why anybody watches television at all? When we started patterning our daughter to heal the autism, I turned it off, and never turned it back on, but for 2 occasions in the past 45 years: One with a little neighbor who begged me to watch The Sound of Music with her, and the other to see what Roald Dahl did to help his wife Patricia Neal who had had a stroke.
Would those who do the programs miss an opportunity for overt and subvert means to manipulate the public as to what is good and bad, certainly including vaccines.
