Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and World Mercury Project Issue Report Regarding New Evidence of Ongoing Corruption and Scientific Misconduct at CDC
NOTE: From World Mercury Project, Robert Kennedy's organization.
Kennedy hopes new evidence and a fresh look at criminal misconduct will result in law enforcement action, rigorous and transparent vaccine safety science, and safer vaccines.
Washington, DC – In a new report released today, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and his team outlined various criminal acts on the part of employees and consultants for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) whose questionable ethics and scientific fraud have resulted in untrustworthy vaccine safety science.
Among other information, Kennedy has found additional evidence of criminal activity by the CDC consultant, Poul Thorsen, the author and principal coordinator of multiple CDC studies exonerating the mercury-based preservative thimerosal in the development of autism.
The new evidence, recently uncovered by the World Mercury Project, shows that Thorsen and his collaborators did not obtain permission from an Institutional Review Board (IRB) to conduct their research, which was published in the New England Journal of Medicine in 2002 and Pediatrics in 2003. In 2011, The Department of Justice indicted Thorsen on 22 counts of wire fraud and money laundering for stealing over $1 million in CDC grant money earmarked for autism research. The product of Thorsen’s work for CDC was a series of fraud-tainted articles on Danish autism rates that, today, form the backbone of the popular orthodoxy that vaccines don’t cause autism.
In 2009, when CDC discovered that Thorsen never applied for the IRB approvals, staff did not report the errors or retract the studies. Rather, FOIA documents show that CDC supervisors ignored the missteps and covered up the illegal activity.
This misconduct undermines the legitimacy of these studies which were used to refute vaccine injury claims in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP). The studies were also used in the NVICP’s “Omnibus Proceeding” to dismiss 5000 petitions by families who claimed that their children had developed autism from vaccines. These claims, if settled in the claimants’ favor, would have resulted in payouts totaling an estimated $10 billion.
Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Chairman, stated, “World Mercury Project calls upon Attorney General Jeff Sessions to extradite Thorsen back to the U.S. to face prosecution. We also call upon Secretary of Health and Human Services Dr. Tom Price to retract the Thorsen-affiliated autism research papers that are the fruit of illegally conducted research.”
THE “LOVE” EMAILS BETWEEN CDC’S DIANA SCHENDEL & AUTISM RESEARCHER POUL THORSEN
http://www.collective-evolution.com/2017/09/29/the-love-emails-between-cdcs-diana-schendel-autism-researcher-poul-thorsen/
Now, WMP wants to call your attention to a more recently uncovered scandal: the love notes between Poul Thorsen and Diana Schendel, obtained through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
As World Mercury Project (WMP) discussed in our criminal conduct report of Poul Thorsen, Thorsen had an inappropriate relationship with his CDC supervisor, Diana Schendel beginning in 2002.

John,
These issues that you raised have been debated by political philosophers for thousands of years. They have struggled in vain to find ways to keep governments from overstepping their bounds.
The classical liberals believe that government should be restricted to 2 basic functions: protection against acts of aggression (assault, theft, fraud, and such) and enforcement of contracts. All other functions were to be provided via voluntary associations. They thought that they hit upon a viable solution with the formation of the U.S. government, with its constitution limiting the powers of the federal government, its Congress that would give a voice to the people and the states, and its bill of rights explicitly forbidding the federal government from interfering in various ways. And for a period of time, it seemed to work tolerably well (though it never worked perfectly, to be sure). But in the aftermath of the Civil War, this system was in the process of unraveling and the U.S. was on its way to a virtually unlimited government and empire.
Modern libertarians, including myself, no longer put any hope in written constitutions. These are only pieces of paper and do nothing to protect our rights. They recognize that Supreme Court members are government employees, who have been educated in government schools, and can generally be counted upon to interpret the constitution in ways that cede power to the government and take it away from the individual.
You think that government should protect citizens, but that is what the CDC will say that it is doing. You and I know better, but what does that get us? You want accountability but there is none in the current system. You can't "vote the bums out" because they will only be replaced by new bums. You can't get a fair hearing in the government courts. You can't even rely upon the media anymore to at least present your case to the public.
The hard truth to swallow is that once we agree to a system of government based on taxation, where our property is taken without our consent, we lose ALL CONTROL over how that money is used, and it will generally be used against us. If we are ever to have accountable government, it will be one that is based on voluntary contract, not on coercion.
Abolitionist and former constitutionalist Lysander Spooner expressed it best, nearly 150 years ago.

I admit to the idea that if government has a general purpose it should actually be to protect citizens - to stop bad things happening- it is something that it should be doing. The question is, how do you restore accountability and balance. It is true we have got to the point where there is so much legislation that it is impossible for anyone - not least the politicians - to keep track.
In the U.K. back in the New Labour era we got to the point where the rate of new legislation was about double the previous government but almost none of it including very important stuff ever got reported - not on the BBC, not in The Times. It got to the point in 2006 when the executive got the idea that it should pass a bill enabling it to axe laws without reference to Parliament. This was also not widely
reported although it became known as the 'Abolish Parliament Bill'. In the end it did only get through in some much watered down form. To my mind we live in complex societies which unavoidably need complex management - the issue is how you make executives accountable again, how do you restore the independence of the mainstream media (which is currently a bad joke)?

Francis,
I know about the history of the AMA. My point was that it was medical doctors who were the early proponents of vaccines, back when it was a surgical procedure. It has only more recently become a pharma product.
I did not mean to discount your point about the military role. Wars have always been the greatest enemy of liberty. The Supreme Court upheld Jacobson using the constitutionality of the military draft as its precedent.
My final point really was that we can look at who is to blame for the vaccine crisis in 2 different ways. We can look at the usual villains, the people and organizations who are pushing that agenda. But we also should be asking why we the people have, for the most part, been so acquiescent. And the answer to that question, I believe, is that we have fallen prey to the fantasy that government can and should take care of us, in many different respects. So it stands to reason that if we can correct our thinking in this regard, then we will be better able to resist all manner of encroachments on our health, our liberty, and on our families.

It is a very interesting history but perhaps even more fundamentally the civilian from cradle to grave captive market is even bigger - it also depends on politicians who want lazy answers. This is how the Vaccine Injury Act gets passed. Behind it is the wonderful ideology that whatever harm they are doing they are doing as a public servant or a medical professional they are doing so much more good: then they get in to pretending that the harm is invisibly small. And of course the machine becomes so good at disguising harm that accountability goes to the wind and everything is completely out of control. Always there is the failure to regulate and scrutinize, and every year the problem gets worse. Moreover, everything has to be lied about -when it goes very conspicuously wrong - to protect everything else.
Of course, Eisenhower talked about the military industrial complex and it was one model of the way the boundaries between government and industry get hazardously dissolved, but the problems get repeated from sphere to sphere, spilling over into finance, insurance, pharmaceuticals, bio-tech, IT etc.

David:
The AMA was founded in 1847 shortly after the homeopaths founded the American Institute of Homeopathy. The main reason for the AMA's founding was to organize against the very successful homeopaths and had little to do with promoting vaccination. During that time vaccination was a niche market and a few doctors used it to serve the wealthy. A major problem was the lack of reliable refrigeration which was needed to keep the serum active for long periods under varying circumstances.
You implied that the link between military vaccine policy and civilian vaccine policy is loose. Here I am presenting an argument that rather they must be tightly couple to the point that they are one and the same.
I just finished a book name "Scurvy" by Stephen R. Brown. It does not discuss vaccination, but does give you insight into government thinking during the 1600s to 1800s. In 1601 Portuguese merchant ship captain discovered that lemon juice cured and prevented scurvy and for thirty years lemon juice was used broadly on ships in this way. And then this knowledge was lost and scurvy returned to ships on seas for long periods. Why? Shipping became more bureaucratic and the mechanism of action between scurvy and lemon juice was not understood. Also, the idea failed to conform with medical thinking of the time. Lemons were expensive and inconvenient to get, and the bureaucrats didn't understand how they could work.
Merchant ships generally are not at seas for long periods or can drop into ports for supplies if needed. So for them scurvy was a lesser concern. But for the military ships who needed to be at sea for long periods scurvy was a serious problem. A man-of-war military ship requires two to three thousand oak trees to build, so they were only sent out if well manned (one thousand men). Since the sailors were died from scurvy so easily, they would load a ship with an extra 500 men on the assumption that half of the sailors would die. Thinks were so bad on these ships no one wanted to work on them, so ship captains would kidnap men off the street in order to be able to leave port.
In the 1700s knowledge that lemon juice was a cure for scurvy was rediscovered again, but because of bureaucratic inertia, the British navy did not make this policy across the navy until the early 1800s. It realized it made sense (for many reasons) to keep their sailors healthy and strong. Because of this the British navy was able to successfully blockade Napoleon during wars with the French.
Reading this made me think of our current naval polices. An aircraft carrier cost over five billion dollars, cost over one million dollars a day to run, and have a crew of over 4,000 people. We don't send a ship like this out unless the ship's crew is in a state of readiness. And according to current thinking this requires the crew to be fully vaccinated (and re-vaccinated if necessary).
When I was a kid, before the draft was eliminated, I remember hearing that they would "vaccinated the h*** out of you" if you joined the services. In 1973, the draft ended. With the draft, their could be a disconnect between military vaccine policy and civilian vaccine policy. After 1973, with a volunteer army this was no longer possible: the civilian policy needed to support the military policy by encouraging the reduction of vaccine hesitancy in the general population. How does one do this? Promote (via pharma surrogates) the use of multiple vaccinations in multiple situations to the point that everybody believe that vaccination is as healthy and normal as eating and sleeping. I doubt anyone in charge will admit to this -- that the current civilian vaccine policy needs to ensure the military has a big pool of possible recruits, but I feel this may be the truth.
I finish with a few thoughts:
1) I observed vaccine hesitancy in 1960s, the draft was eliminated in 1973, and the federal government passed the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act in1986. Was the problem of "vaccine hesitancy" the real reason for the passing of this act?
2) Is their a correlation between large navies and strict civilian vaccine policies?
3) Is their a correlation between volunteer armies and strict civilian vaccine policies?
4) If my argument is correct, than changing the military vaccine policy to something better is critical. Do we have a path forward for doing this?

David, you're absolutely right. The word no one wants to use is Fascism, or perhaps more accurately, inverted totalitarianism. There no longer IS a regulatory spirit in our modern government. Our government is a tool of corporate power. Whatever crumbs fall - and they are fewer and fewer - are our "benefits". So of course the misery will outweigh the benefit, for the majority.
The system has been designed that way but is only now reaching it's apotheosis, for the chosen few. But there's good news for the rest of us! What comes next is collapse(freedom).

Who is to blame for the rapacious and sociopathic vaccine industry?
I think that if we look at the early history of vaccines, the medical profession was the biggest promoter, though they did enlist the State to put mandates in place.
I agree with Francis Weibel that the military also played an early (and ongoing role) in institutionalizing vaccine administration.
Pharma has been at the forefront of vaccine promotion for a long time now and it is ruthless when it comes to exploiting state power to expand markets for its sales.
But when I think about it, it is the welfare state that bears the largest responsibility for the vaccine crisis. The idea that governments can, and should, take care of people is widely accepted by most people today. And on its surface, it would seem to be a good thing. But when you come to understand the implications of delegating such responsibilities to a coercive, monopolistic institution such as the State, then it becomes clear that such arrangements are ill-conceived and extremely dangerous. The problem goes well beyond vaccines, I am afraid.

**Vaccines are the billion dollar industry, that pharma devised to create its TRILLION dollar pharmaceutical industrial.**
Well if we know the side-effects of their product they know too of course. I do not know of a single case where a company had a toxic product on the market and didn't know about it.
see Asbestos, Thalidomide, Cigarettes etc.
They understood the effects very well and knew about them long before everyone else did.
Asbestos Industry Senior Executive quote: "My answer to the problem is: if you have enjoyed a good life while working with asbestos products why not die from it?"
This is the type of people you are dealing with.
How much they factor this in in their business strategy not sure but it would not surprise me if they were very happy if their products made a large number of people very sick needing their junk products for the rest of their lives.
We already know that they are criminals, there is no doubt about it (see Vioxx). The question that remains is what type of criminals and how bad it is.
My guess is: Scum level criminals.

That's a harsh comment, although it is a complex history -it certainly looks to me about the history of the way pharma have exploited government contracts with government as a largely willing and corrupt accomplice. As vaccines expand the category of chronic disease they have to be aware of what they are doing. I would go with what Barry says.

Please make time to read Beth Clay’s 23-page analysis:
“…when CDC officials including Coleen Boyle, Marshalyn Yeargin-Allsopp, Joanne Wojcik, and Diana Schendel became aware, in 2009, that Poul Thorsen failed to obtain legally required ethics permissions for the autism bio and genetic data projects, these CDC employees participated in a cover-up with the Danish grantees.”

"Vaccines are the billion dollar industry, that pharma devised to create its TRILLION dollar pharmaceutical industrial."
Comments like this all under the category of fake news. Pharma, as we know it, did not come into being until the late 1800s with the rise of mass marketing and oil industry.
It would be more accurate to credit governments and their militaries for creating vaccine institutions in the late 1700s (US revolutionary war) and early 1800s. Pharma is taking advantage of the current situation, but they don't get credit for starting it.

Think about that for a second; we have people in this word who make billions of dollars, every year , poisoning innocent people (... including children). So they can swoop in later, and make TRILLIONS of dollar every year, selling drugs designed to treat the symptoms of that poisoning.
I challenge anyone to describe a scenario, more psychotic than that.

I fear the Wakefield paper was retracted through multiple pieces of criminal dishonesty by the global medical establishment and that the one story is the continuation of the other - in particular the falsehoods put before the GMC and enshrined in its findings (later dissected in the High Court) were manifold, complex but also farcical. But it was not just over the timing of a head-banging incident.
Posted by: John Stone | September 27, 2017 at 07:40 PM
The entire Wakefield paper was retracted due to a question on the timing of “head banging” of one child.
Thorsen steals two million dollars from the CDC, writes crap papers based on tobacco science, AND all of his work still stands today as proof of the safety of mercury and the MMR.
The Science of the Wakefield paper... measles virus typed to the vaccine strain ... infecting the gut and colons of children prior to their often sudden regression into Autism... has NEVER been questioned.

Benedetta - The orange suits and tiny rooms are fine , I also think that every shred of their possessions, on-shore, off-shore and hidden under the mattress, should be confiscated and used too support the people they have destroyed. At this point there is every reason to believe that vaccine fraud should be considered a crime against humanity. Regrettably, the US did not ratify the ICC in The Hague, and we can be sure that the reasons are that the elites of the US are the biggest criminals there have ever been and know that they would all be the first to be stood up in the dock when the truth comes to light.

Benedetta,
I think that the payouts are secondary to those who are deciding these matters (but critical for the families who have sustained harm).
The whole reputation of the welfare state and the medical profession is at stake, and the elites will stop at nothing to defend these.
I say good riddance to both of them (notwithstanding the excellent work that some doctors have done in spite of the corrupt medical system).

The failure to extradite Poul Thorsen implicates multiple parties at the very highest levels of government in the cover up of vaccine injury. It is hard to imagine that the justice department would have acted at the behest of the CDC without approval from the White House.

(uspect Poul Thorsen and William Thompson are the "tip of the iceberg" that underlies the CDC'S CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE) ..which should be prosecuted under the same RICCO laws routinely applied to ORGANIZED CRIME.
Unfortunately .. the CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR is so well-established within the SWAMP .. it will require DECADES TO DRAIN.
