Imagine Losing Your Job Over a Flu Shot
As part of the pharmocracy that has become America, flu vaccines - with a full 25 mcg of poisonous mercury - have become blackmail in keeping one's job in some professions. Can you imagine that? In the United States of America, if you do not accept the risk of a flu shot, you could LOSE YOUR JOB. The flu shot is known to be a miserable failure year after year, crafted on the previous years' strain, no risk for pharma if it fails, or maims or kills. You're a nurse You love your job. You could lose your job if you do not take a flu shot. Well, in Erie, Pennsylvania, score one for medical freedom. Nurses who were fired for not taking the shot are getting their jobs back. Let's hope the intense pharma control of the last several years is coming to a close.

Saint Vincent Hospital has agreed to rehire six former employees it fired after they refused to get flu shots in late 2013 and early 2014 due to their religious beliefs.
The Erie hospital also will provide about $300,000 in back pay and compensatory damages to the employees as part of an agreement to settle a lawsuit filed on behalf of the workers by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in September. A consent decree that ended the case and detailed the settlement terms was filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Erie.
The commission had claimed Saint Vincent violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 when it fired the six workers, who refused to be vaccinated after the hospital implemented a mandatory flu vaccination policy for all employees. The hospital granted medical exemptions to 14 other workers.
"The consent decree filed this week between the EEOC and Saint Vincent Hospital does not constitute any admission of violations by Saint Vincent or a finding on the merits of the case," Dan Laurent, a spokesman for Allegheny Health Network, Saint Vincent's parent organization, said in an email. "Although we have vigorously and respectfully disagreed with the EEOC's position and characterization of how employee claims outlined in this lawsuit were handled by the hospital, we have reached a resolution of the matter in the interest of avoiding the expense, delay and burden of further litigation on all parties."
As part of the consent decree, Saint Vincent must pay the following employees back pay and compensatory damages: READ MORE

Sorry to be a "Debbie Downer", but things aren't nearly so swell in Illinois regarding medical freedom:

It is a wonderfully encouraging sign, however, that the EEOC has taken a formal stand in favor of religious freedom.

This is a superb victory for the fight against the fraud of vaccine .
I have been speaking to a few nurses here in the UK over the Christmas and they know .
They know the flu vaccine is to be avoided and the nurses who do fall for the "programming-brainwashing" end up ill for a time because of their acceptance of the flu vaccine which the clever nurses innocently find amusing.

$300,000 split 6 ways is not nearly enough. Should have been at least $1,000,000 EACH. I wish they had not settled out of court, but average wage earners, in this case people whose daily job is to save lives while risking their own, do not have the money to pay for justice. Hulk Hogan was awarded $115 million in damages from Gawker after the outlet published an embarrassing 90 second video. What was done to these employees is far worse than what Hogan suffered.

This seems to be a tiny amount of compensatory damages. The amount doesn't even seem enough to cover back pay, unless they all were very part-time, which seems unlikely. Why is the amount so low?

Dr. Gary Null seven years ago testified before the NY Assembly Health Committee about the extreme dangers of the flu vaccine; Null did so as the NY Gov. at that time had decreed all NY nurses were required to take the H1N1 flu vaccine, or be fired. This was during the fabricated Swine/H1N1 Panic during the summer and fall of 2009: This amazing 10 minute Youtube video Null's is a must-see.

After this hearing and testimony by Null and others, the NY Governor rescinded his flu-shot dictate.
Please note Null specifically mentions autism being a vaccine-shot risk for babies/children, though the rest of his testimony pertains to adults and nurses and pregnant women being tragically harmed by vaccines including the flu shot.

Let me see if I understand this correctly ... the administrators of St Vincent Hospital AGREED to ........ "provide about $300,000 in back pay and compensatory damages to the employees" .. simply because it was the right thing to do?
Really? Who woulda thunk that?
