By shooting down both the MMR and thimerosal theories, the “Danish Studies,” would be used later in Vaccine Court to expel all 5,400 cases, except one, without any more cases ever being heard in 2011 in what was called the Autism Omnibus Proceedings.

That same April, the U.S. Dept. of Justice (US DOJ) indicted Poul Thorsen on 22 counts of wire fraud and money laundering, which would make the money hoarders and tax avoiders in the “Panama Papers” scandal blush.

But an odd thing happened after the warrant for Poul Thorsen’s arrest was made—the DOJ never submitted the “paperwork” to extradite the Dane, who stole more than $1 million from the CDC in autism research grant money. Why? There was only possible reason. If Thorsen was ever were brought to trial in the U.S., he would point fingers and name names for the corruption he had witnessed and been a part of at CDC. That would include Coleen Boyle and her no link protégé Dr. Diana Schendel, who today works at Thorsen’s old data manipulation lab at Aarhus University in Denmark. And with no extradition of Thorsen, it allowed CDC to continue to cook data and erase any linkages between vaccines and the autism epidemic.[7]

How does thimerosal work turning normal infants, from 18 to 24 months old, into the regressive form of autism? In short, the bioaccumulation of thimerosal in the brain and body breaks down some babies’ ability to “chelate,” filter out the toxic heavy metal. So the “infinitesimally small” environment of an infant’s brain is overwhelmed by mercury exposure and metabolic overload.

Perhaps the coup de gras came in 2002, when the United States was still reeling from the 9/11 terrorist attacks. On the eve of voting on the new Homeland Security Act, U.S. Senator Dick Armey (Rep-Texas) slipped in what was called the “Eli Lilly Rider.” The sole manufacturer and U.S. patent holder of thimerosal, Lilly was given immunity overnight, shielded from any liability or lawsuit for the production of thimerosal, all with the stroke of a pen and a single clause buried in the bill.

Today, thimerosal, “the toxin with nine lives,” is injected into pregnant women, babies, infants, children, adults and senior citizens around the world, despite Eli Lilly’s own Material Safety Data Sheet warning, “severe over-exposure can result in death.” Death is a side effect one should avoid.

CDC claims that thimerosal has been removed from most of the previous thimerosal-containing vaccines (TCV). But that is not true. Reading a label of one of those shots states: “Thimerosal-Depleted.” Depleted is not the same as free, since the vaccine manufacturers still use the mercury ingredient in the manufacturing of their vaccines, but merely “remove” or filter it out at the end of the process. The fact CDC isn’t 100 percent sure on what traces of thimerosal remains in the TCV shots tells one that there is zero quality control in the manufacturing process and, worse, no government oversight, such as FDA inspectors showing up unannounced at a food processing plant to inspect cleanliness and bacteria exposure of the operation.

It’s time for new parents and the public to wake up. They have been lied to about the safety of mercury in vaccines for decades by the CDC, FDA, WHO, and NIH. These gatekeepers of the public healthcare system do not have your best interest at heart. No, they don’t. Instead, they ensure that the cartel of Big Pharma vaccine makers runs without interruption, while receiving blanket cover from mainstream media in exchange for its huge advertising revenue.

2.2         MMR TRIPLE SHOT

In 1998, twenty years after Maurice Hilleman’s MMR triple shot went public, starting the uptick of autism spectrum disorders (ASD) diagnoses, which had remained flat from 1930s to late 1970s at

1 in 10,000 babies born, a British gastroenterologist named Dr. Andrew Wakefield would become a lightning rod in the autism-vaccine controversy. He received several calls from parents about “leaky gut” issues with their children, who were also autistic. Knowing next to nothing about autism at the time, as he stated in his new movie Vaxxed on his two decade struggle to clear his name, Wakefield called for Hilleman’s MMR shot to be delivered both later in an infant’s life, move it from 1 to 3 years, and as separate jabs spaced safely apart.

His study, published in the UK medical journal The Lancet, sent shockwaves through the medical community at the highest government level in the healthcare agencies both in the United Kingdom and the United States. But not for reasons one would expect, if the findings in the study were even remotely true. If the cause of the “leaky gut” issues were some type of product defect, one would want to inform the manufacturer so that it could correct the bad formulation and producer a safer vaccine with less side effects. But instead of conducting more rigorous studies to confirm a possible association between MMR and autism, the UK health agency did the opposite.

In the UK, they used the CDC template to find no association between vaccines and autism, in order to discredit Dr. Wakefield with the long-term objective to redact the study, burn his medical license, take him to court, and discredit him, which all came to an ugly conclusion in 2010.[8]

In the U.S., CDC wasn’t concerned about the health and welfare of newborn babies and children. It was far more concerned about protecting Merck’s MMR monopoly. It moved with other US health agencies to ban single dose measles, giving parents and pediatricians no choice but to administer the triple shot.

And yet, CDC was even more terrified of the financial liability, a tsunami of MMR-autism claims that would inundate Vaccine Court and bankrupt the system. So instead of investigating the potential association between MMR vaccine given to one year olds, as opposed to after three years of age, in 2001 CDC reached out to the Danish mercenary scientist Poul Thorsen, girlfriend Diana Schendel, and paid him millions of dollars to show no association between another set of vaccines—MMR—and autism.[9]

Not merely satisfied with shredding the study, which by the way had neither the word “autism” nor “MMR” in its title,[10] but hatched a plan to character assassinate Dr. Andrew Wakefield, who was the principal investigator, and another doctor, who were part of a team of thirteen scientists. These two men didn’t work alone in a vacuum on Mars.

They also wrote paragraphs like the following, citing previous scientific research that made similar claims on a likely association between the MMR triple shot and the rise of autism rates.

Disintegrative psychosis is recognised as a sequel to measles encephalitis, although in most cases no cause is ever identified. Viral encephalitis can give rise to autistic disorders, particularly when it occurs early in life. Rubella virus is associated with autism and the combined measles, mumps, and rubella vaccine (rather than monovalent measles vaccine) has also been implicated.[11]

The first two sentences from that 1998 paragraph were sourced, meaning Wakefield and company didn’t invent the possible association out of thin air. Other scientists had suggested it before. Were their studies redacted? No. Were their characters’ assassinated in that ancient political blood sport found on both sides of the Atlantic? No. Still, they went after Andrew Wakefield and his study with such bitterness, piss and vinegar that one has to wonder about the role of big governments too big to fail in free democratic societies.

In 2008, Columbia University’s professor of epidemiology W. Ian Lipkin got into the act, publishing a study, Lack of Association between Measles Virus Vaccine and Autism with Enteropathy: A Case-Control Study, in PLoS One journal. The study concluded that it “provides strong evidence against association of autism” the measles virus with the “GI” tract and MMR exposure.[12]

After the redaction of the Wakefield study in 2010, all that seemed to remain for CDC was the wildcard Poul Thorsen, who was trying to stay ahead of his financial fraud and crimes by securing new science-based gigs at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, and an EU-organization that never got off the ground as a monitoring system of autistic children in Europe. In January 2010, Aarhus University permanently “disowned” Poul Thorsen in a very public way,[13] which was extremely rare occurrence in a conservative and pragmatic Scandinavian country, like Denmark.

One year later, the US DOJ indicted Thorsen on the 22 counts of wire fraud and money laundering. As the ASD community in the US called for action, claiming the famous “Danish Studies” on MMR and thimerosal fraudulent, the damage was already done.

Those Danish Studies, the bedrock of the CDC’s no association argument, were used to dismiss 5,400 cases from Vaccine Court without ever being heard. CDC claimed the “science” was good, only that its sponsored foreign scientist was bad. Truth be told, everything about the Danish Studies reeked and were rotten to the core. And as US DOJ proved, it could extradite the FIFA soccer executives, who took millions in bribes in less than a year from Switzerland, but doesn’t have the appetite to do the same with the fugitive Poul Thorsen.

2.3         MMR AFRICAN-AMERICAN BIAS

With the CDC, Dr. Coleen Boyle and Ian Lipkin now believing they were in the clear—exonerating any association between MMR triple shot and thimerosal-containing vaccines and autism spectrum disorders—a strange unexpected turn unfolded in the Vaccine-Autism Divide.

In the summer of 2014, Dr. William Thompson, one of the senior scientists at CDC working in Boyle’s department, had been secretly talking with Dr. Brian Hooker, a professional engineer and father of an autistic son, who had long fought the CDC and Vaccine Court with Freedom of Information Act letters for full disclosure on emails, correspondence, and the raw data from the Danish Studies, among other items. But what Dr. Thompson, the CDC whistleblower, would tell Hooker went beyond data being cooked to deflate associations and flatten correlations to show no rise in the autism epidemic. What he told Hooker next would should have shocked the public with the abuse of power, fraud and criminal intent—had it been any subject other than the Big Pharma Monolith’s golden cash cow of vaccines.

Understanding the importance of the insider information and the vulnerability of a government whistleblower, Brian Hooker teamed with Andrew Wakefield and together they recorded some of the conversations, which would become the foundation to the MMR-autism, anti-corruption film Vaxxed, which had been censored by two film festivals, from Tribeca, New York, to Houston, Texas.

First, CDC scientist and lead PI Frank DeStefano and others destroyed the data that showed a direct association in MMR and African-American children in Atlanta, where the study was conducted. Then Thompson went on to explain to Hooker the other half of the big lie: CDC manipulated the results, by changing the study’s design when it tossed 1,200 of 3,000 African-American children from the data analysis, or a staggering 40% of the cohorts not counted.

CDC accomplished the no association in this study by changing the criteria of how those kids were counted, according to the narrative of Vaxxed.[14]

“…After struggling with guilt, CDC scientist Dr. William Thompson came out admitting that one of the 2003 MMR safety studies he co­authored manipulated the data. When the actual numbers were run anew, it showed the CDC had masked the fact that African­American boys were 340 percent more likely to get autism than their peers.”

Dr. William Thompson told Brian Hooker, “The . . . co-authors . . . brought a big garbage can into the meeting room . . . [and put the documents] . . .into a huge garbage can.” One would have expected mainstream media to cover it and demand federal inquiries into what happened. But no much more happened; the press deliberately ignored the damning revelations. Thompson would send copies of more than 100,000 pages of documents to U.C. Congressman William Posey, who quoted Thompson as reporting to him, “[B]ecause I assumed it was illegal and would violate both FOIA [Freedom of Information Act] and DOJ [Department of Justice] requests, I kept hardcopies of all documents in my office, and I retain all associated computer files.”[16]

Now word has come Thompson will conduct a reanalysis of the full cohort to propagate CDC’s lie. It appears CDC bought the conflicted scientist with either a nice bonus, retirement package, or well paying consulting gig for Big Pharma.

Why would CDC go back and redo a corrupt test 15 years later? Oh, that’s right, to show no association between vaccines and autism epidemic.

2.4         ALUMINUM TOXICITY

In the unholy trinity of toxins and dangerous vaccines of MMR, thimerosal, and aluminum, it is the earth metal aluminum that has been vastly ignored by CDC, vaccine makers, and ASD community over the years. Yet, as the graph below shows, created by Dr. David Ayoub, three types of aluminum salts used as adjuvants—the substance that triggers an immune system response—have grown in popularity with the vaccine makers, and are protected by the WHO and CDC at all costs to remain the go to element for adjuvants.

The research science of vaccines adjuvants continue to be an “ongoing activity” more than a century later and “has been recognized from the days of the very first testing of nonliving vaccines” needed to enhance a immune response to a particular disease. [17] In other words, after more than 100 years on, with all of the science and technology that has been created since 2000, in bioscience and nano-technology, the industry is either incapable or unwilling (read costs) to come with an effective, safe replacement for aluminum adjuvants.

Like, thimerosal, which CDC could have removed from all vaccines with a “permanent” ban, as opposed to its soft recommendation of voluntary removal, in 1992, 1999, 2000 and any year this century, an army of scientists, doctors, university researchers, and government bureaucrats met as at a secret, offshore May 11-12, 2000, Aluminum in Vaccines Workshop in San Juan, Puerto Rico,

From the Workshop Summary, the three (3) types of aluminum-containing adjuvants are:

1. Aluminum hydroxide
2. Aluminum phosphate
3. Aluminum or potassium aluminum sulfate[18]

The speakers at the workshop, from Robert Chen and Jose Cordero of CDC, to Dr. John Clements, of the World Health Organization, who said in his keynote speech to the packed hotel ballroom: “While it may be desirable to identify new adjuvants, he emphasized that the message from this conference for the global public should stress the safety of both these adjuvants and these vaccines.”[19]

Whether aluminum adjuvants were safe and effective wasn’t the point. The need to preserve the cash flow for Big Pharma, while distributing as many vaccines to as many people around the world appeared to be the only goal that came out of the medical witches coven of the WHO, CDC, NIH and FDA. The safety, health and wellbeing from infants to the elderly were immaterial.

The reality of Dr. Clement’s admission for controlling the “message,” tells a dark story about the burdens that vaccine makers suffer through, the costs and delays in testing new vaccines would have been prohibitive, and that it was more expedient to underscore safety, than prove it, and allow Big Pharma to remake vaccines and break its business model of fast, cheap, and easy.

By 2000, eleven (11) vaccines already contained at least one of the three aluminum salts; and that would balloon to seventeen vaccines a few years later. The wealth transfer of money from parents for unsafe and unnecessary vaccines, of money for treatment to the growing population of vaccine-damaged children, of few families receiving payouts in the bottleneck that has become Vaccine Court was in full, unadulterated The Wolf of Wall Street fashion.

On the final day of the workshop, to underscore that most “desirable” point of preserving capital for the Vaccine Deep State, Dr. Clements brought in heavy hitter Max Lum from the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR), which is a division of the Dept. of Health and Human Services (HHS). During Max Lum’s keynote address to wrap up the two-day secret conference, he “emphasized issues in risk communication, delivered the closing formal presentation of the workshop. Historically, the vaccine ‘establishment’ has done well in communicating the enormous benefits of vaccines, but less well in communicating vaccine risks.”[20]

In October 2009, at the National Vaccine Information Center summit, there were 35 speakers who made presentations. Billed as the “Fourth International Public Conference on Vaccination,” there were concerns about constitutional law on medical privacy issues, as well as, “calls for elimination or severe restrictions of vaccine exemptions by doctors with ties to the vaccine industry and by government health officials seeking a 100 percent vaccination rate with all government recommended and mandated vaccines.”[21]

One of the 35 speakers was Dr. David Ayoub, who gave an 87-slide presentation on aluminum called, Vaccines and Childhood Illnesses: Beyond Thimerosal. By slide No. 11, Dr. Ayoub nailed down what aluminum is: “Third most abundant element; [it’s in] food, water, air, soil, medicine; [it’s] ~8% of earth’s crust; [has] no biological role; [it’s] a poison.”[22]

Other points David Ayoub made were:

• “All salts of aluminum are poisonous when injected subcutaneously or intravenously,” Dr. Victor Vaughn, Toxicologist, University of Michigan before U.S. Federal Trade Commission hearings on aluminum, 1921.

• “Statistics show that many thousands of children are too nervous to attend school in America, since aluminum compounds have been so widely consumed… may be the direct cause of extreme nervous condition of our young people,” Dr. Charles T. Betts, Aluminum Poisoning,

• Cumulative aluminum (mg) by age 18 months: 5,400 mg, more than doubling from 2,500 mg in 1975.

• FDA aluminum limits not based on safety data.

• “Nerve cell loss in the progressive encephalopathy induced by aluminum powder,” –Musicco, G.B., et al., Neuropathology Applied Neurobiology, 1985 Jan-Feb;11(1):31-54.

Ayoub asked, “Is aluminum the missing link?” with respect to the autism epidemic. It’s a key factor.

Finally, aluminum is a known toxin to the brain, bone, and liver. It collects as “depot effect” over time. It has no known biological use in humans or mammals.[23]

2.5         VACCINE COURT INJURIES & PAYOUTS

In March 2009, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., reported that Vaccine Court had in fact awarded $810,000, plus $35,000 a year for autism services. Her name was Bailey Banks, who at the time of the ruling was 10 years old.[24] That was in 2007. Why did it take two years to release the settlement to the public?

Maybe it was to protect Merck’s MMR gravy train. Do it without fanfare, since the compensation by the special masters “ruled that the measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine had caused acute brain damage that led to his autism spectrum disorder.”[25] By withholding the announcement for two years, Vaccine Court, or the CDC, or NIH, or HHS knew that mainstream media wouldn’t cover an old story and the news, when released, would get buried in the blizzard of information being uploaded everyday onto the World Wide Web.

In 2013, Vaccine Court awarded millions of dollars in damages to two more children with autism.

“These cases fit the pattern of other petitions, (i.e., Poling and Banks) in which the court ruled (or the government conceded) that vaccines had caused encephalopathy, which in turn produced permanent injury, including symptoms of autism and ultimately an ASD diagnosis,”[26] wrote David Kirby, author, former New York Times contributor, and freelance journalist.

Why the trickle of awards for damages from a court that had fully insulated vaccine manufacturers from liability, while transfer virtually all of the costs of the courts, payouts, lawyers’ fees, and expenses to the U.S. taxpayers? Money. Lots if it, gushing like a fountain of liquid gold.

The same year, under a lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch against HHS into the deaths, injuries, and claims, it demanded to receive “any and all records” pertaining to:

• Human papillomavirus (HPV)
• The number of claims file in VICP
• The compensation paid pursuant to those claims[27]

From that lawsuit, Judicial Watch, Inc., discovered that of the 200 claims filed against Merck’s Gardasil vaccine 49 victims of vaccine injury and death with a fraction of the cases compensated for $6 million. Why the ‘Deep State’ secrecy for a court system that was erected in the late 1980s to be transparent, a vehicle to award people for damages by vaccines, while protect the nation’s vaccine program? Likely, too much negative information would break the fragile trust that parents have today with vaccines safety and efficacy.

In 2010, the Vaccine Court Omnibus Autism Proceedings dismissed the remaining petitions of 5,700 vaccine-injured autistic children without any hearings being conducted by the special masters. Why did it happen that way? The special masters never saw compelling information that was withheld from the claims court, while relying on the corrupted studies sponsored by CDC, including those by the CDC mercenary scientist Dr. Poul Thorsen, the massaging of data by another foreign scientist, and Frank DeStefano’s destruction of data.

Since 2011, Wayne Rohde, author of The Vaccine Court: The Dark Truth of America’s Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, traced the history of the proceedings, claims, dismissals, and compensation awards since the claims court’s inception a quarter of a century ago.

By end of 2015, he estimated that over $3 billion in payments had been made to vaccine-injured people.[28] Had the more than 5,700 autism victims had their day in Vaccine Court, it’s likely they would have received millions more in payouts.
