Attorney Patti Finn gave listeners the rundown on the movie "Vaxxed" and its impact. Host Richie Allen asked her about what's being said in the media by people like Donald Trump and other politicians. Furthermore she described how the
Vaccine Injury Act puts roadblocks in front of parents of vaccine injured children. She also brought up her cases in Vaccine Court, and she noted that the MMR whistleblower story will figure into the actions of the court.
Patti talked about how Robert Kennedy, Jr. is involved in this fight. She made a stunning statement that vaccine makers who were prosecuted for experimenting on children for the Nazis in World War II, ended up here. "These companies came out of Germany after the war, that's where they got their start vaccinating, and even some of the doctors that began these pharmaceutical companies here in New York and New Jersey were prosecuted, and then they were released...
"You have these same companies that were experimenting in Europe during the war on children...."
Patti's personal objections to vaccination are based on her religious convictions, as she explained. She feels strongly that things are changing.
"I'm about to take on Merck with Dr. Thompson's studies ...for that young kid in New York City who was denied compensation. His case was replaced for Hannah Poling [in the Omnibus Proceedings]."
Patti said that the drug industry isn't necessarily involved in some conspiracy with their vaccines; "I think this is all purely profit."
There were some encouraging statements made:
"We sent a notice of intent to sue to Health and Human Services about two months ago. I had to give them sixty days notice, and I notified them that we'd be bringing a lawsuit on behalf of "Baby Doe" vs. Merck.
"Under the Vaccine Act, there is a provision that does allow you to sue the manufacturer of you can prove fraud--and clearly we have fraud here--but the fraud that we're seeing is on the CDC's part. And the CDC has immunity; what that means is, you can't sue Thompson. You can't touch Thompson.
"So why is Thompson important to my case?
"Well I can tie Thompson to Merck, and I can go back to 2000...when Robert Kennedy wrote about this secret meeting outside of Atlanta, [Simpsonwood], where Merck and CDC doctors got together (I've read the transcript), and they clearly knew vaccines were causing brain injury. And at the conclusion of the conference, they agreed not to tell anyone. ...And then Dr. Wakefield's study came out and CDC commissioned Dr. Thompson and Dr. Thorsen to refute what Andy Wakefield said, ...and when it turned out they actually proved what Andy Wakefield said, they destroyed the evidence. And Merck's hand was involved in all of that. Merck was involved in Simpsonwood, Merck was involved with those CDC studies, and then you go to the autism hearings, Merck was involved again there, discrediting Dr. Wakefield's evidence that was supposed to be introduced in one of those cases ...
"What is interesting about the test cases and where we're bringing our case of this young boy who lives in New York City-- After Hannah Poling's case was settled by the government, the government's expert witness testified that Hannah's autism was the result of a metabolic overload. What that meant was, she was embellished with shots, she couldn't handle it, she developed encephalopathy, which is a swelling of the brain, and autism, as a result.
"That doctor's report was never offered in the Autism Proceedings, the Court never saw that. ..."
Patti explained that the Court never saw this information because Hannah's case was settled in a confidential agreement. She was pulled out of the test cases, and my client, "Baby Doe," ...was put in in her place. And the Court never saw Hannah Poling's expert report, so therefore they had no medical theory of causation to link autism is vaccines.
"The six cases got dismissed, including my client, "Baby Doe." All the 5,000 petitions were dismissed, and from thereon every person on earth who opposes any kind of research or investigation into vaccine safety, points to not only to Dr. Wakefield... they point to the Vaccine Court ..."
"In "Baby Doe" vs Merck, our sixty day period is up and we're fixing to file that here shortly, which is very timely given the awareness and the spotlight here in New York City on Andy's movie. We're hoping to crack this open, at which time I would subpoena Dr. Thompson. . . ."

Absolute statements like this fail the rule of absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.
If that is what was said then this statement is a perfect example of Junk Science, i.e. "we do not know what causes lung cancer but we know that tobacco smoke does not cause it." Also "we do not know what causes birth defects but we know that Thalidomide use by pregnant women does not cause it."
And regarding Autism likewise. And as an added Junk Science bonus CDC has allegedly covered up a significant statistical association in their epidemiological research.
And finally go back to 2000 when Verstraeten reported a significant association between the vaccine mercury preservative Thimerosal and neurological disorders. See http://www.putchildrenfirst.org/media/2.9.pdf , page 41. “For the overall category of neurologic developmental disorders, the point estimates of the categorized estimates suggest potential trends, and the test for trends is also statistically significant above one, with a P value below 0.01. The way to interpret this point estimate which seems very low is as follows. That's an increase of .7% for each additional microgram of ethylmercury.”
What happened next? A smothering by another study that did not find a statistical association and then a call for no further studies. Just not needed--because?!

Rosenthal cut De Niro off several times during the interview, most notably when De Niro was about to talk about Dr. Wakefield. Rosenthal tried to redirect the conversation away from Vaxxed despite that it was obvious that De Niro was there to talk only about Vaxxed because he feels, as he said numerous times, it is an extremely important film. De Niro did well and showed her to be the oppressive snake that she is. I'm sure Mrs. De Niro was not happy that her husband was sucker punched by Rosenthal et al. in order to force him to withdraw the film. Now that De Niro has somewhat recovered and is figuring out what happened, I believe he will not let them get away with it.

VAXXED debuted this weekend at the Angelika FiIm Center in New York City to standing room only. It is now in the process of being released internationally by Cinema Libre.

Has anyone or group explored suing the Doctors individually instead of trying to sue the pharmaceutical company for vaccine injuries by using this in the Constitution (below)? If Doctors knew they could be sued not necessarily for vaccine damage but for violating a child's personhood constitutional rights maybe they will be willing to man up come from behind that white wall of silence and do what's right for their patients. Just letting them know that there is a possibility that they can be sued using this will be enough to shake them up. Their financial security will be in peril because their malpractice insurance will skyrocket plus their reputations will take a hit. Kicking them out of their comfort zone may just be effective enough to move some out of their complacency.

The corruption at the CDC goes well beyond the MMR-autism study that Dr. Thompson blew the whistle on. Patti Finn should also investigate CDC's Advisory Committee for Immunization Practice (ACIP) the CDC board that approves the CDC immunization schedule. ACIP's membership is comprised largely of doctors. ACIP operates largely under the radar and with little or no public input. ACIP members have a history of financial conflict of interest with drug companies. Dr. Paul Offit is a former ACIP member who made millions of a rotavirus vaccine. Who is watching CIP and how many vaccines have they approved without context of the cumulative effect on young children. Also what happened to Poul Thorsen, whose whereabouts are unknown? Thorsen has been charged with fraud and now is on the lamb?
The whistleblower study is just the tip of the iceberg at corruption at the CDC which goes much deeper.

At 76 years of age .. I no longer know what it would take to cause US Justice Dept, State Attorney Generals, Congress, etc. .. to "subpoena" Dr. Thompson .. since his ALLEGATIONS of having participated in .. and .. having witnessed first-hand .. "fraud" .. the deliberate manipulation of critical research data .. and .. "corruption" .. the deliberate destruction of any evidence of that fraud .. by the highest level officials of the CDC .. have been KNOWN for over a year now?
And so .. to silly old me .. it is not unreasonable to believe our Justice system is broken .. when a highly credible source at the CDC .. makes credible allegations of fraud and corruption at the CDC .. those potential CRIMES .. go uninvestigated .. month after critical month ..
