Support California Effort to Repeal SB 277!
The battle for California is really heating up! As many of you know, the governor of California, Jerry Brown, has signed into law SB 277, which takes away personal and religious exemptions in California, in defiance of the US Constitution and the Nuremberg Code passed after World War II, which requires FREE AND INFORMED CONSENT to any medical procedure.
Former Assemblyman Tim Donnelly has courageously volunteered his time and efforts in putting together a referendum so that the voters of California can express their opinion, rather than the paid lobbyists of pharma and their corrupt politicians in Sacramento!
If you live in California, donate, and share the video widely on social media!
Tim Donnelly has created a FUNDME account to raise money to hire professional petition gatherers to make sure this important cause gets on the ballot! TIME IS SHORT! HELP WITH ANY AMOUNT YOU CAN!! $5.00 whether you live in CA or not would add up fast from AofA readers. Your state is next. Let's send a message NOW.

A side note in California, SB 792 which mandates (only medical exemptions allowed) currently MMR, DtaP, and flu vax (this one you can file an exemption statement, if you know you have that option) for child care workers, and now amended to cover volunteers in child care centers, is up for an Assembly vote Tuesday.
The bill originally aimed to cover school teachers and mandate pretty much all "recommended" adult vaccines...

Caps, my emphasis:
"California EPA Moves to Label Monsanto's Roundup 'Carcinogenic'
By Sam Levin
The California Environmental Protection Agency announced today that it plans to label glyphosate — the most widely used herbicide and main ingredient in Monsanto's Roundup — as a chemical "known to cause cancer." The World Health Organization's research arm also recently found that the chemical is probably carcinogenic to humans, and research has also linked glyphosate to the steep decline of monarch butterflies. And as we reported this week, scientists have increasingly raised new alarms about potential negative health impacts tied to Roundup, including a recent study suggesting that long-term exposure to tiny amounts of the chemical (thousands of times lower than what is allowed in drinking water in the US) could lead to liver and kidney problems.
Today's announcement from the EPA's Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment is officially a "notice of intent" to list this pesticide as carcinogenic, giving the public an opportunity to comment on the proposal through October 5. The action falls under Proposition 65, a measure voters approved in 1986 that requires the state to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harms. The state regularly updates the list, which now includes hundreds of chemicals. UNDER PROP 65, BUSINESSES MUST PROVIDE A "CLEAR AND REASONABLE" WARNING BEFORE EXPOSING PEOPLE TO A CHEMICAL ON THE LIST. The warning could be labels on a consumer product, workplace postings, distributed notices at apartment buildings, or a notice published in a newspaper."

Now, you'd think that with these warnings comes the ability to decline the use of and exposure to these toxic products. However, the State of California, in its hypocrisy and infinite lack of wisdom, has mandated the repeated injection of chemicals on this list directly into all of California's children. Mercury, formaldehyde, both on the list. Idiots and frauds.

I would think that that, right there, is the basis of a lawsuit. Proposition 65 and mandatory vaccines are not legally compatible.

Today I met a mother of six (ages 2-10) who said her kids always have adverse reactions to vaccines, especially the flu shot (fever, screaming, crying). She also said the doctor always says it's normal. She signed. She had no idea that VAERS exists. So I gave her my educational materials, which gives the toll-free number (1-800-822-7967), and encourages parents to report adverse events. We will win.

I've been out there slogging away gathering signatures, and I'm confident we will make it. I'm also handing out educational materials to those who are unsure, but interested (although the government/media routinely deny it, apparently the manufacturers are required to list autism as an adverse event-the Tripedia package insert, p. 11, does). This just makes my day-educating the public! Only a small percentage are adamantly for pokin' em all. Interestingly, the majority are, like me, past sixty (and had measles, etc., long ago), and many are women of color. Doing this is energizing!

Thanks to everyone donating and sharing! Last night I thought we might reach 10% today and woke up to it already well above that...I wish I could come up with another donation for this today (and another for a very deserving Florida congressman, and another, and another...for so many people needing help due to bad vaccine recommendations and sacrifices made to prevent more vaccine injury..).
