I found an online newspaper article that actually states the child died after receiving the Polio Vaccine. It is from the Reading Eagle. Obviously a local newspaper which is where the genuine information is told-at least back in the day.

Did you now that the Polio Surveillance Units between the years 1955-1970 have been removed from all public venues. Hillary Butler was trying to locate them and here is what she stated:

"Go to your medical library, and ask to see the United States Polio Surveillance Unit's bulletins, from 1955 to 1970. They will be listed as "missing".
Every single medical library in USA, that someone checked out for me, and New Zealand (and possible other countries) has them listed as "missing".
There is only one place you can see them, as far as I know, and that is in the AMA library, and they are listed as having top security clearance requirements to see, according to someone who tried to access them.
Why might this be? When he was alive, Dr Ratner had copies of them at his home. He gave me many of the years' data I wanted. They clearly showed that from the inception of the SALK vaccine, to it's discontinuation, the vaccine had MINUS efficacy and was actually causing more polio in the vaccinated than in the unvaccinated.
Any studious person looking at Government stats in retrospect, would be able to easily see that the political and media canonization of SALK and his vaccine was a mirage of duplicity upon duplicity.
I have NOT known a time, in the last 25 years, where medical libraries have made it easy to do any meaningful research."

In June, 1955, James C. Spaulding, a staff writer for the Milwaukee Journal covered an American Medical Association convention. Here is what Spaulding learned and reported on June 19, 1955:
“A policy of secrecy and deception has been followed by the National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis and the U.S. Public Health Service in the polio vaccine programs. As a result the nation’s physicians were prevented from learning vital information about the trouble in making and testing Salk vaccine… The secrecy and deception started before the field trials.”

Polio is more than just paralysis which is what the majority of the people think. Only a small percentage of people were actually permanently paralyzed by Polio-some of the literature say 1%. 95% who had polio never knew it until it was discovered in blood test years later. 3-4% experienced some paralysis, usually in the arm that the injection was given but they fully recovered within a 6-18 months. The remaining experienced permanent paralysis. The CDC realized this and thus the diagnostic change. If you look at all the symptoms of Polio, the illness of: Spinal meningitis, Post-Polio Syndrome aka GBS. Coxsackie virus and echo viruses can cause paralytic syndromes that are clinically indistinguishable from paralytic poliomyelitis. Non-Polio Acute Flaccid Paralysis (NPAFP) is clinically indistinguishable from Polio and it only comes from the vaccine. EV-D68, from a clinical perspective is indistinguishable from Polio which is why some Doctors are saying it's "polio like". Polio is alive and the CDC knows it.

This new criteria skewed the statistics. The new definition eliminated nearly 90% of paralytic polio under the old diagnostic criteria. Any cases of polio in the vaccinated child could now be swept under the rug by blaming the circulating wild virus, or a coxsackie virus, or an enterovirus 71, etc. If you look up aseptic meningitis in the old literature it was pretty much non existent until it was decided that diagnosing non-paralytic polio in vaccinated people wasn’t ok. Many non-polio viruses were grouped with polio, because they caused the same syndrome. Non-paralytic polio data is no longer collected. It was avoided after 1959. You could have anything but it would not be labeled non-paralytic polio. Some of the biggest outbreaks of non-polio virus paralysis followed in the decades after the OPV vaccine was used internationally. Viral displacement happened when they used the adenovirus vaccine. In the case of the adenovirus vaccines, it was dropped from the civilian population specifically to re-establish the normal circulating adenoviruses because the newer ones were more virulent.
-In the medical literature, it states that only 36% of USA’s population had been vaccinated with the first 3 primary doses. Reviews of Infectious Diseases, Volume 2, No 2, March – April 1980, pages 277-281 ‘Eradication of Poliomyelitis in the United States: A commentary on the Salk Reviews’ by Dr. John P. Fox. Notice that it was also required that booster doses be given every year. The article also pointed out that most of the available evidence for antibody persistence after either IPV or OPV is of questionable validity. (FYI-only 10% of the country had been vaccinated for smallpox when the WHO declared it eradicated. You can't eradicate something on 10%)

In 1959, 5,594 paralytic polio cases 50%+ cases vaccinated which equals 3726 cases, of which 928 had had three or more doses.

In 1960, 2,545 paralytic polio cases, 210 deaths, 77% fully vaccinated with four doses.

In 1956, Vaccine satellite cases were dropped. The Polio Surveillance Units didn't accept these as vaccine related and they were listed under unvaccinated. In 1960, with the introduction of Sabin vaccine, satellite cases were once again reported and classified as vaccine induced. In 1957 the UPSR Supplement, no 15, was the first recommendation that no longer should Polio which was caused by other agents, such as echoviruses, coxsackie viruses or any other cause other than polio virus, be listed under polio. In order to be defined as polio, the patient not only had to have the virus, but also had to have residual paralysis 60 days later.

In 1958, the CDC formally adopted the “Best available paralytic poliomyelitis case count” or BAPPCC:

“Cases must be clinically and epidemiologically compatible with poliomyelitis, must have resulted in paralysis, and must have a residual neurological deficit 60 days after onset of initial symptoms. .. the BAPPCC does not include cases of nonparalytic poliomyelitis, of those in which paralysis is more transient. The original purpose of developing these criteria was to omit cases possibly due to enteroviruses other than polioviruses.”

“Several generations of transmission of poliovirus can occur after importation since most infections are subclinical.”….”the poliovirus isolated from a patient with paralytic disease may not always be the virus causing the patient’s disease.” (Lancet, December 8. 1984 pages 1315 – 1317, “Poliomeylitis” by Robert J. Kim-Farley et al)

The definition changes were so radical, that many doctors publicly stated in medical journals, that it effectively eliminated 90% of what had previous been accepted as paralytic polio.

“In about 95 percent of polio cases, infection from the polio virus causes no symptoms or serious effects. In about 5 percent of cases, the polio virus manifests in a mild form (abortive polio) with flu-like symptoms, in a non-paralytic form (aseptic meningitis) or in a severe form called paralytic polio. People who have minor or non-paralytic forms recover completely. …”

Epidemiology of poliomyelitis: Natahnson et al 1979, American Journal of Epidemiology, 110(6): 672-69

-Provocation poliomyelitis: Wyatt 1981, Bulletin of the History of Medicine, 55:543 557. This discusses the many scientists from 1914-1950 who observed the phenomenon that injections can cause outbreaks of polio. Most of these papers observed that paralysis correlated to the limb that was injected and then spread from there.

-Strebel et al 1995, The New England Journal of Medicine, 332(8):500-506. Reviews more current literature and adds some of its own observations. They point out that intramuscular injection within 30 days of immunization with oral polio vaccine increases the risk of vaccine-induced paralysis. At least 86% of paralysis cases were caused by injection and the higher number of injections correlated to higher frequency of paralysis cases.

-During the Salk vaccine difficulties of the 50’s and 60’s an epidemiologist at New York State health Department concluded that if each infant had to travel two miles to get a shot there would be more disabilities caused by vehicle accidents than what the Salk vaccine itself would have prevented, to say nothing of therapeutic misadventures. (Letter to the New York Times, June 21, 1996, by Dr Herbert Ratner.)

Here are some interesting numbers the public hasn't seen because they were posted in local newspapers: Polio cases rose about 300 to 400% in these 5 places that made the Salk vaccine compulsory by law:
-North Carolina: 78 cases in 1958 before compulsory shots. 313 cases in 1959.
-Connecticut: 45 cases in 1958 before compulsory shots. 123 cases in 1959.
-Tennessee: 119 cases in 1958 before compulsory shots. 386 cases in 1959.
-Ohio: 17 cases in 1958 before compulsory shots. 52 cases in 1959.
-Los Angeles: 89 cases in 1958 before compulsory shots. 190 cases in 1959.
An Associated Press Dispatch from Boston on August 30, 1955, reported 2,027 cases of polio in Massachusetts against 273 the same time the previous year—representing an increase of 743%. This followed the inoculation of 130,000 Massachusetts children, and the authorities banned the vaccine.
Vermont, 55 up from 15; Rhode Island, 122 up from 22, and Maine, 74 up from 43.
The Washington D.C. Star, September 20, 1955, reported 180 cases in Washington against 136 the same time in 1954; Maryland’s Health Department reported 189 in 1955 to 134 in 1954; New York State, 764 to 469; Wisconsin, 1655 to 326. The Milwaukee Journal, on August 30, 1955, reported that the city’s schools closed indefinitely because of the polio outbreak, following inoculation with the Salk vaccine.
Some interesting quotes about the vaccine: -By 1960, the Salk vaccine had proven to be so hazardous and ineffective, that the Journal of the American Medical Association (February 25, 1961) carried an article admitting that, "It is now generally recognized that much of the Salk vaccine used in the U.S. has been worthless."

In his statement submitted to the House of Representatives Sub-Committee on Health and Environment, 94th Congress, Dr. Thomas E. Baynes (Assistant Professor of Law at Nova University Law Center, Fort Lauderdale, FL, under a contract with HEW, CDC, No. 39204) reported to our elected officials that:
" In 1949, a polio vaccine was only a dream.now that dream has turned into a nightmare.

Time Magazine, January 19, 1959 reporting on the “Scientific Symposium on Poliomyelitis Vaccine’ held at University of Michigan School of Public Health stated that much of the material used in about 200 million United States inoculation “has been no good”.

-Suppressed reports condemning the Salk vaccine by technicians at the National Institutes of Health, was reported in, The Drug Story by Morris Bealle. Among the stories carried in this book is the one that James A. Shannon, M.D., of the National Institutes of Health in Washington, D.C.,knew about the reports from the Institute's technicians in 1955, that"Salk vaccine was a killer and totally ineffective as a preventative." As a result of these reports of the Institutes Technicians, no official of the NIH would permit the vaccination of their own children with the Salk vaccine. Word of this leaked out when Robert S. Allen, Washington correspondent, reported in the New York Post, June 8, 1955, that "Doctors and others on the staff of the National Institute of Health are not inoculating their own children with the Salk Vaccine."
"Nevertheless," says Mr. Bealle, "on orders from higher-ups in the U.S. Public Health Service, they kept quiet and let hundreds of unfortunate children be killed and thousands maimed for life."

Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Alton Ochsner, a stockholder in the Salk vaccine & one of the most prominent doctor in New Orleans wanted to prove to the world that the vaccine was safe, this was after people had developed polio from it, that he held a news conference & inoculated his own grandchildren with it. Ochsner's grandson died. His granddaughter contracted polio but survived. Ochsner's was heavily financially involved in the development of the vaccine.

This is just a drop in the bucket of the suppressed information on the Polio Vaccine. The most important information is this: In 1976, Dr Jonas Salk, creator of the killed-virus vaccine used in the 1950's, testified that the live-virus vaccine (used almost exclusively in the U.S. from the early 1960's to 2000) was the “principal if not sole cause” of all reported polio cases in the U.S. since 1961 (Washington Post, September 24,1976). The virus remains in the throat for one to two weeks and in the feces for up to two months. Thus, vaccine recipients are at risk, and can potentially spread the disease, as long as fecal excretion of the virus continues ( American Academy of Pediatrics, Report of the Committee on Infectious Diseases:1986(Elk Grove Village, Illinois: AAP):284–5.

-In February 1992 the Federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) published an admission that the live-virus vaccine had become the dominant cause of polio in the United States (Strebel PM., et al. Epidemiology of poliomyletis in U.S. n 1992, one decade after the last reported case of indigenous wild virus associated disease, Clinical Infectious Diseases CDC, February 1992:568–79).

Actually if you factor in all the polio cases numbers from each state it's clear the vaccine had zero effectiveness and was no better than a placebo. A placebo doesn't cause polio.

Drs., I'm very thankful that you have stepped forward, and have taken the steps you've taken. But when you make the above statements, it makes me want to ask which vaccines you are speaking of; especially considering that:

Polio was eradicated thru the stroke of a pen rather than the administration of a vaccine..... ie.... change of time of observation (from 24 - 48 hrs to 6-8 wks).... who makes the diagnosis (regular doctor to CDC only)... change of epidemic parameters.... and most importantly, what conditions are considered part of polio diagnosis (removing from polio such things as AFP, aseptic meningitis, GBS, Consackies, etc).

Small Pox which actually increased wherever the vaccine was made mandatory and 90+% coverage was achieved.

Measles which decreased 97% in mortality rates from the mid 1800's to the mid 1900's, in the U.S. & the U.K..... before the vaccine even came along in 1963.

Which vaccine of these 3 dread diseases saved us?

If South Africa could get rid of Apratheid, and elect Nelson Mandela President, we can get rid of this. DR. WAKEFIELD SURGEON GENERAL. Robert F Kennedy Jr, Head of the EPA. Dr. Brownstein Head of the CDC. . . so how did we get rid of apartheid? We got university after university to divest. What does it mean to divest or reject pharma dollars? Right now, because of austerity that has made institutions have less money, it means hardship for students, for research, for valid work. At least, it looks like that until you see how widespread this corruption has become, in food research, in drug research, in pesticide research. I said this several weeks ago: Hilary Butler had an interesting section in her book Just a Little Prick about how you can't get an article about vaccines published unless at the end you say "However, no matter how many thousands have been disabled by the vaccine in the way which I have demonstrated here, vaccines are LIFESAVING and GOOD and everyone should get ALL of them. " She gave examples of articles which were rejected until they tacked on the ridiculous imprimatur statement at the end.

Gotta make sure we don't give the impression of being a Vaccine Religion apostate when we say anything about them. Everyone knows that the cult of vaccines is the central dogma of the vaccine religion to which all reasonable people belong.

I agree Linda like a prayer to the vaccine God.

How do we know the stats coming out of the CDC that it is all rare, go to sleep little sheep, until mental illness brings America to third world status of poverty, and unto death - few births -- leaving the world thinned out and so much more pleasant to the Rockefellers and the Gates.
