Laura announced that her three children were all vaccine injured.  "It has been a passion and a calling of mine for nearly two decades."

Laura: "Ten weeks ago I gave a speech on these very steps, asking the question, 'How did we get here . . . to a time when our legislators are knowingly violating constitutions, eliminating parental rights, throwing religious freedom out the window into the garbage can, and mandating forced medicine on the children of California as extortion to attend school?'

"The answer 10 weeks ago is the same today.  Lies, lies, and more lies. 

"Today is the day to review two critical historical events:

"Event number one, 1905, Jacobson vs. Massachusetts.  The U.S. Supreme Court upheld the authority of states to enforce compulsory vaccination laws.  . . .It allowed the government to engage in forced medicine--and actually forced experimental medicine, as not one vaccine has ever been proven safe or effective.  . . .

"Parents like myself who watched their children suffer catastrophic brain injury, debilitating chronic illness, permanent disability and death following vaccination, have dedicated our lives to learning all we can about vaccines.  And what we have learned is that the history of vaccines is sordid, and the corruption underlying our nation's vaccine program is vast.  We have learned that we were conned in the worst possible way and as a result, we unknowingly led our children like lambs to the slaughter at each well-baby check up, never to have our children well again. . . .

"What we parents have learned is that vaccines, which are used on the most vulnerable in our society, are not tested using the scientific gold standard.  That is in a double blind placebo controlled study.  Instead, vaccines are studied against other vaccines, against multiple vaccines or against a toxic adjuvant. . . .  Never are vaccines tested against a placebo.

"We have learned that only healthy individuals are selected for vaccine trials, despite everyone being mandated to receive them, regardless of health status, including the unknown health status of an infant or a newborn.  We have learned that the ingredients in vaccines are ones that should never enter the human body. . . .

"We have learned that when pharmaceutical companies get test results they don't like, they pitch them out.  They omit them.  They cover up inconvenient truths.  They call horrible adverse outcomes and deaths, coincidences not related to the vaccines. Then they declare their toxic products safe.

"And yes, I said pharmaceutical companies. They get to test their own vaccine products, then tell our government that they are safe.  No independent testing is required.

"Shockingly, our government regulators at the FDA and CDC approve and recommend these vaccines based on garbage science and lies.

"Then state legislators, who are unaware of the fraud and deception, and who are resistant to learning about it, . . . mandate one by one, every vaccine and every dose. Once mandated, vaccines and their devastating effects become the bread and butter of pediatricians, who bury their heads in the sand and continue to harm children, day in and day out. . . .

"How can vaccines be both 'unavoidably unsafe,' as declared by the United States Supreme Court, and safe, as declared by the sponsors of this bill. . . .

"Vaccines are nothing more than experimental medicine and our children are the test subjects. Being tested seventy plus times between birth and age eighteen. . .

"Historical event number two, 1947, two U.S. doctors helped write the Nuremberg Code.  This international code of ethics was the result of the world becoming aware of atrocious medical experiments performed on human being during World War II without their prior free and informed consent and often without even their knowledge.  To ensure that such crimes against humanity would never occur again, the Nuremberg Code was written.  The principles of human rights and informed consent contained within paired with the Hippocratic Oath have guided the medical ethics of many countries, including the United States and medical professionals worldwide.  The rigorous standards found in the Nuremberg Code are the standards which are to be used for all medical procedures, including vaccines.  Thus 1947 marks the year that vaccine mandates were no longer ethical.  The year the 1905 Jacobson decision should have been overturned. 

". . . The Nuremberg Code nullifies and forbids vaccine mandates, thus superseding the Jacobson Decision. No doctor can ethically support vaccine mandates.  No American government can ethically support vaccine mandates.  We must bring this truth to light.  Vaccines are subject to the same codes of ethics as all other medical treatments and procedures. They are not exempt. 

"The first and foremost principal of the Nuremberg Code which applies to all medical treatments and procedures, states, 'The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.'  This means that the person involved should have the legal capacity to give consent, should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion.   

"The subject should also have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an. . . enlightened decision. 

"I'm the mother of vaccine injured children.  They was absolutely no informed consent prior to my children being jabbed with scores of vaccines--vaccines containing ingredients that neither you nor I would ever let our children consume, but which we are unwittingly allowing doctors to inject into their bloodstreams and muscle tissues. . . .

"Our schools are filled with sick and disabled children, who are not thriving or developing normally.  We need school nurses, teachers, principals, and superintendents to speak up about the ill health of the children they serve and the delayed development of so many. 

"Our legislators need to return to governing in accordance with the U.S. Constitution.  They need to stop meeting with corporate and trade industry lobbyists, instead start meeting with their constituents. They need to get out of their ivory tower here at the capital, and into the special education classrooms and into the homes of the vaccine injured so they can see with their own eyes, the immense scope of the problems that these vaccines are causing. 

"Why have legislators refused to listen to and believe the many parents who have told them about what vaccines did to their children?  Why is it that when a parent reports their child was hit and injured by a car, they are believed, but when a parent reports their child was injured or killed by vaccines, as witnessed by their own eyes, they're not believed.  They're told that they are wrong--that what they witnessed was nothing more than coincidence. 

"Well, guess what.  We seem to be having an epidemic of coincidences following vaccination in this country.  Let us remind our legislators that the maximum allowable infringement on our liberties that the government can enforce to contain infectious disease, in an effort to protect public health, is that of quarantining, which is best practiced, effective and the wisest containment measure in any event, and which is already successfully in place."

Laura made a great many good points in her 18 minute speech, and I was especially interested in what she said about the Nuremberg Code.  (Robert Kennedy Jr was attacked for daring to compare injecting children with toxic vaccines to the  Holocaust.  I wrote about it in May in RFK Jr. and the Lessons of the Nuremberg Code.)

The Nuremberg Code is all about informed, voluntary consent and personal freedom when it comes to medical experimentation.

Our government has endorsed the principles of the Nuremberg Code.    It is stated on the Health and Human Services own website.

In 1997 the New England Journal of Medicine published the story, Fifty Years Later: The Significance of the Nuremberg Code. 

1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.

 This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment. . . .

Now before anyone accuses me of misrepresenting the issue, I want to make it clear that VACCINES ARE A MEDICAL EXPERIMENT.  Think about it--

There's been. . . .

No testing on the mercury-containing additive thimerosal--EVER

No testing on aluminum as an additive--EVER

No study of the cumulative effect of mandated vaccines in the childhood schedule--EVER

No independent testing of vaccines--EVER

No gold standard testing of individual vaccines--EVER

No vaccinated/unvaccinated study to compare health outcomes--EVER

All these facts make vaccines a medical experiment. How can anyone get around this?  What we're doing to children is one huge, worldwide medical experiment.

Most troubling to me as an American is the fact that the media has no regard for Constitutional rights.  On June 24, 2015, the Los Angeles Times published the story, California Assembly approves one of the toughest mandatory vaccination laws in the nation.  http://www.latimes.com/local/political/la-me-pc-vaccine-mandate-bill-up-for-vote-thursday-in-california-assembly-20150624-story.html

The Times quoted Dr. Catherine Sonquist Forest, medical director of the Stanford Health Care clinic, saying, 'This isn't a question of personal choice.  This is an obligation to society.'

This is not surprising to read in the Times since almost all of the mainstream press is unwilling to cover this controversy in an honest and thorough manner.

If vaccination is 'an obligation to society,' then you have no choice.  It's not necessary to inform you about vaccines because it won't change the fact that you have to comply.

It seems outrageous that state legislatures can look at this as a "prevent the measles" bill.  This movement to end exemptions is actually being used as an opportunity to declare vaccines once and for all to be safe for all.  In the public's mind, lawmakers wouldn't be doing this if there were serious risks to vaccination.  And if the current schedule is safe, any additional vaccines will only improve the health of children in the U.S.  .

I've read dozens and dozens of stories on the California bill.  With only a tiny exemption, is there any mention of possible side effects.  Vaccines are declared safe and effective by everyone in a white jacket. 

There is no mention of the liability protection given to the doctors and the vaccine makers.  There aren't stories about VAERS and the tiny percentage of injuries that are ever reported.

I'm sure that pharmaceutical corporations have observed that the media's coverage of autism and the vaccine controversy has worked. Their cooperation is essential in order to foster the lies. No one is alarmed over an ever-increasingly rate of disabled children in America that no one can reasonably explain.  The clever tactic of celebrating autism around the world every April with blue lights and the announcements of periodic and inconclusive studies linking autism to bad genes and bad behavior has convinced the public that parents are responsible for autism and its exact cause is one big mystery we may never solve.

Removing exemptions and forcing every child to be vaccinated will eventually ensure that there won't be an unvaccinated group of children in America.  A few years ago, I remember the then-head of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Dr. Julie Gerberding, being asked why they didn't do a vaccinated/unvaccinated comparison study.  Her response?  She said that U.S. vaccination rate were so high, there wasn't a significant study group of unvaccinated children out there.  That wasn't true back when Gerberding made the claim, but with bills to end exemptions showing up in state legislatures across the U.S., that day may be coming.

Pharma's advertising dollars and hefty contributions to legislators along with the revolving door between industry and our health care agencies, has ensured the silence of all those who should be speaking out.

THERE IS NEVER A SMOKING GUN.

If the soaring autism rate, Simpsonwood, Dan Burton's hearings, David Kirby's Evidence of Harm, the Hannah Poling concession, Poul Thorsen, Dr. Bernadine Healy, Sharyl Attkisson, "Unanswered Questions,"  Robert Kennedy, Jr, and now the CDC's own whistleblower, William Thompson----have all happened ... yet were subsequently buried, pharma knows they're in control.  NO ONE IS GOING TO DO ANYTHING.  VACCINES WILL RETAIN THEIR SACRED POSITION AS UNQUESTIONABLY LIFESAVING.  No one has the right to say anything.  As for the Nuremberg Code, there should be an amendment which excludes vaccines.  Regarding vaccines, we will follow the lead of the Fasicist/Communist Constitutions.   

Somewhere I imagine it's been decided that vaccines are no longer a matter of personal choice.  First we remove all exemptions from immunization for children in our schools and preschools and for those who receive welfare benefits. Then before any child can join the YMCA, the Boy Scouts, enroll in a Sunday school, attend story time at the library, or go summer camp, THEY WILL HAVE TO BE VACCINATED.  And for adults, proof of vaccination will be necessary for employment.  And this is just the beginning.
