Mumps..."is at least five times more communicable than Ebola."

Dr. Don Lawrenchuk, Medical Director of the Livingston County Department of Public Health, is using Ebola to scare people into getting Mumps vaccines.  Two confirmed cases have broken out. Two. Notice we're not told if the two who developed Mumps were vaccinated.  That's a critical point.  Notice the mention of vaccines and autism, which is quickly dismissed by citing the CDC's claim that "exhaustive studies have found no link."

The spread is largely attributed to increasing rates of parents avoiding routine vaccination for their children. Lawrenchuk says mumps can be transmitted through the air, person to person and those that haven't received recommended vaccines will be at risk. To put things in perspective, he uses the current climate of fear about the Ebola virus. Lawrenchuk says mumps is at least five times more communicable than Ebola.  Many parents cite concerns over a rumored link between vaccines and autism. But according to the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, exhaustive studies have found no such link.

There is no comment section, so I did something I rarely do, I wrote to the people who run the station.  I used to do this all the time ten years ago.  I stopped because I rarely got a response AND THEY STARTED HAVING COMMENT SECTIONS ON STORIES.  If the media refused to look into this, at least readers could see the truth.

Trumbull Times, Shelton, CT

Trumbull and Fairfield Republicans are attacking Tara Cook-Littman, a Democrat running for 134th State Representative seat, for her appearance in an independent film Bought  a movie with the tagline: "The Truth Behind Vaccines, Big Pharma and Your Food."

The Republican Town Committee leadership, in both towns, say Cook-Littman's participation in a film "that is essentially anti-vaccine propaganda" is alarming. Cook-Littman, however, is firing back, calling the attack a distortion, since she supports vaccinations, and was only interviewed on her GMO-labeling advocacy in Connecticut.

Tara Cook-Littman promotes GMO-free food.  Bought is about the dangers of chemically altered food and vaccines.  Her support is for the GMO issues in Brought, not for what it says about vaccines. It doesn't matter, anyone in any way connected to anything questioning vaccines is going to be attacked.  (Look at all those who went after RFK, Jr. for writing about thimerosal BEFORE the book even came out.)

This is more proof that we can't have a reasonable discussion about vaccine safety.

A nurse contracts Ebola. An urgent care center in Boston shuts down when a sick man recently returned from Liberia walks in. Health care workers complain they haven't been properly trained to protect themselves against the deadly virus.

Public health experts are asking whether the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is partly to blame.

Here are five things they say the CDC is getting wrong. . . .

Back in Sept Cohen was on CNN emphatically telling us, "Vaccines do not cause autism!"

The reason Cohen could say that of course is because the agency in charge of vaccines has spent 20 years covering up the truth with one phony study after another.  Cohen believes the claims of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention when

they say vaccines are safe--there is no lin

How does that work?  How can Cohen be so trusting of the CDC's vaccine pronouncements and so critical of what they're doing with Ebola.

Do news people like Elizabeth Cohen realize how ridiculous they sound?k.

In the case of Elbola, Cohen says the CDC is WRONG, WRONG, WRONG, WRONG, WRONG. (Five ways, according to Cohen.)

How does that work?  How can Cohen be so trusting of the CDC's vaccine pronouncements and so critical of what they're doing with Ebola.

Do news people like Elizabeth Cohen realize how ridiculous they sound?

UK Daily Mail:

Aluminium found in food, cosmetics and medicines could be poisoning our brains and causing Alzheimer's disease, a professor has claimed...

Cosmetics, talcs, toothpaste, suncream and antiperspirants contain aluminium, as well as drugs such as aspirin, antacids and vaccines.

The website for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention names the childhood vaccines containing aluminum.  They also say it's safe to inject a known neurotoxin into babies and little children.

"The adjuvant aluminum is present in U.S. childhood vaccines that prevent hepatitis A, hepatitis B, diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis (DTaP, Tdap) Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib), human papillomavirus (HPV) and pneumococcus infection. This adjuvant has been used safely in vaccines for decades."

Six years ago I wrote this story about nationally known pediatrician, Dr. Bob Sears's concerns about the use of aluminum in vaccines.  He researched the history of the additive and discovered that it's never been tested for safety by the FDA.

Two years ago I wrote about the aluminum research of Dr. Chris Shaw at the University of British Columbia

Officials have allowed a known neurotoxin in vaccines for decades without any regard for its side effects.
