From what I have observed and can read about roundup --it sticks to the soil and then breaks up easily and quickly - so I am not poisoning any one down stream.

Now making a genetic corn that it will not kill -- does not sound safe to me though.

But as far as it getting int the water supply- I am not a corn farmer - but I imagine they are spraying acres and acres.

around those acres i do hope they are setting aside stirps of land as buffers for run off.

But round up is rather safe. You can paint it on one plant and it does not harm another plant that is right beside it.

It is a matter of picking your poison and picking your fight, and picking which is causing the most harm and the sudden rise in autism and ADHD.

As for Parkinson.

My Dad will be 90 this coming month. He has parkinson but his hands are still steady after 15 years with this disease.

He did when he was younger handle pesticides - he was a farmer and worked in a rubber factory too. He however did not get parkinson untill he decided he was going to get a flu shot every year. The very year he began this--flu shot adventure -- within a month he was shuffling his feet and having trouble picking them up. This continued for five long years before we finally had a long talk about flu shots and he is now on a gluten free diet -- His hands are still steady and he still lives in in his home with his wife, taking care of himself and his needs. My only problem is with a neighor (which I told about gluten free and she still shows up with biscuits ever now and then.

Pollution what ever it form was addressed in Love canal and the fight will still continue for ever more.

There is not one person that will tell you not to be careful and a pesticide . Mnay have been banned.

Try telling the run of the mill factory worker owning a small farm out here that vaccins are bad and eat gluten free might help their husband with COPD and they run to your parents with buscuits in their arms.

I don't think it will ever get to 1 in 2, because by the time it gets to 1 in 20, parents will be so outraged that they will no longer believe anything the government says, and they will use their own common sense to opt out of vaccinations.

I always thought my daughter's kawasaki was a strange reaction to her mmr through some kind of synergistic action between pesticides and vaccine. Now I read about polio and ddt, and I'm more convinced.

@FYI, I just read the article by Tamar Haspel and what she complained about in terms of Dr. Seneff's research was quite funny.
She complains of " evidence for these mechanisms bring all but nonexistent...no specific studies done..." in other words a lack of physiological studies (apart from the fact that she was presenting concerns more about rate than cause effect issues).
Funny, but that's exactly what's missing from vaccine studies. There are only epidemiological studies to assure us of their safety and minimal preclinical type studies (not even looking at reproductive effects etc.) and on only HEALTHY subjects.

That's funny, Barry, and very perceptive! I agree, Carol, there was no Roundup involved when my daughter started her vaccine encephalitic screaming at the classic four days post-vax, or when her only two words disappeared as soon as she got the DTaP vaccine at 18 months. Is there internecine warfare between Merck and Monsanto?
