Abstract
PROBLEM:
Post-vaccination autoimmune phenomena are a major facet of the autoimmune/inflammatory syndrome induced by adjuvants (ASIA) and different vaccines, including HPV, have been identified as possible causes.
METHOD OF STUDY:
The medical history of three young women who presented with secondary amenorrhea following HPV vaccination was collected. Data regarding type of vaccine, number of vaccination, personal, clinical and serological features, as well as response to treatments were analyzed.
RESULTS:
All three patients developed secondary amenorrhea following HPV vaccinations, which did not resolve upon treatment with hormone replacement therapies. In all three cases sexual development was normal and genetic screen revealed no pertinent abnormalities (i.e., Turner's syndrome, Fragile X test were all negative). Serological evaluations showed low levels of estradiol and increased FSH and LH and in two cases, specific auto-antibodies were detected (antiovarian and anti thyroid), suggesting that the HPV vaccine triggered an autoimmune response. Pelvic ultrasound did not reveal any abnormalities in any of the three cases. All three patients experienced a range of common non-specific post-vaccine symptoms including nausea, headache, sleep disturbances, arthralgia and a range of cognitive and psychiatric disturbances. According to these clinical features, a diagnosis of primary ovarian failure (POF) was determined which also fulfilled the required criteria for the ASIA syndrome.
CONCLUSION:
We documented here the evidence of the potential of the HPV vaccine to trigger a life-disabling autoimmune condition. The increasing number of similar reports of post HPV vaccine-linked autoimmunity and the uncertainty of long-term clinical benefits of HPV vaccination are a matter of public health that warrants further rigorous inquiry.

Putting an End to Autism
by Fighting Brain Immunity Storms™
AutismFreeBrain, Inc. was created to fund innovative research to develop a cure for Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Our studies have identified inflammatory processes in the brain, we called Brain Immunity Storms, that are much like an allergic reaction, releasing surges of molecules that disrupt areas of the brain responsible for emotion and language.
Karin this little girl wrote the most pitiful comment over at another article here.
"Michele Bachmann, Meet Dr. Diane Harper, Lead Researcher for Gardasil Vaccine"
She said:
" I am currently undergoing menopause at the age of 17. I was administered the Gardasil vaccination at the age of 12. I was given the first 2 vaccinations from the ages 12-15. During that time period I lost my periods and stopped producing hormones. A couple months after I received the vaccination after turning 17 my FSH levels sky rocketed and it was hopeless. This vaccination is no longer a joke or a game. My future my life has been altered my a series of 3 vaccinations. I am physically unable to have children. Not only that without naturally being able to produce hormones I will have to undergo series of hormone replacement that will affect me for the rest of my life. My gynecologist said its like being 50 but in a 17 year olds body. My life is forever changed by the vaccination that was administered to me. Without any warnings or serve side effects information my parents thought it would've been more of a helping vaccination than a vaccination that will forever take a toll on me.

To Karin: "Essentially" the same is not the same. Vaccine promoters like to say that there is no need for separately testing aluminum adjuvants because they have been used for over 80 years. However, adjuvants have undergone tremendous R&D and the only thing similar is that they contain aluminum in them. The AAHS adjuvant used in Gardasil is a novel nano-alumina with different physical and chemical properties from bulk alumina. It has the ability to enter the brain either directly or via a Trojan horse mechanism in macrophages. Once in the brain, aluminum acts as a neurotoxin. Also, every antigen has the potential for cross-reactivity and the HPV L1 sequences have several overlaps with human proteins. Cross-reactivity is a well researched topic and well known in the field of autoimmune research. So no the HPV vaccines are not essentially the same as other vaccines. They are unique and have the potential for yet unseen side effects as the adverse reaction reports show.

With HPV vaccine being created in essentially the same way as a number of other vaccines, are we seeing the same infertility decreases with more than one vaccine?

I have suspected that turning up the immune system will decrease fertility. This is a very important research,as it shows that vaccines can reduce the population by producing anti-ovarian antibodies.Polysorbates, boric acid and aluminum
adjuvants are toxic to the gonads(ovaries and or testicles)I am sure Merck knows egzactly what they are doing.

haha at RI Orac writes a piece about how Diane Harper doesn't hate Gardasil vaccine. lilady completely negates this idea with, "for me she will always be the person who didn't publicly come out and state, 'I was wrong', then Dr. Jay comes in for the homerun with, "I've seen better "confessions" in POW or kidnapping movies"- quite hilarious.

My neice had opted out of getting the HPV at school school because her parents never allowed her to be vaccinated and she saw what happened to my healthy son after MMR. She and another girl in her class were the only ones not getting the vaccine that day. She asked the other girl why she was not getting the vaccine and the girl said "my father worked on this vaccine and didn't want me to get it."

"Another Facet of the Autoimmune/Inflammatory Syndrome Induced by Adjuvants..."
Was it Mark Blaxill who discussed in detail how the analysis of adverse effects related to Gardasil was to a large degree based on the use of adjuvants as "placebos" in the clinical trials?

I'm sorry to hear that Kristi, did any docs acknowledge a connection? If you don't mind my asking it's unusual for someone to get that vaccine at that age- was it recommended for some particular reason?

The whole HPV is one gigantic fraud from start to ...
“On deeper analysis, however, you learn that the CDC admits that HPV [virus] has never been isolated in culture.”
“The authors also found no evidence that the vaccine worked at all. This observation led the authors to offer this damning conclusion that appears to render Gardasil nothing more than a grand medical hoax. A 2011 publication in the Annals of Medicine exposed the fraudulent nature of Human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccines such as Gardasil and Cervarix. Key messages the researchers report include a lack of evidence for any HPV vaccines in preventing cervical cancer and lack of evaluation of health risks.” 5 Vaccines To Never Give A Child

This is exactly what happened to me when I took the MMR vaccine at age 32

Bendedetta, re. 'risks outweigh the benefits' I guess it could even be 'lots less' potentially if there are any fertility issues due to autoimmune conditions. How much serious testing is done? Not as much as trusting parents and children would assume. I know I would have assumed it was much greater before I gave my kids any shots.
Posted by: jen | August 15, 2013 at 11:34 AM
Okay, I'm not sure if this incidence is significant but I am very glad they are looking at this. As mentioned the autoimmunity issue needs more follow-up.
Why on earth, as the Pediatrician, Dr. Little described, have they not looked at rat ovaries and documented fertility (kept the rats alive longer to look at effects of subsequent generations)?? I mean this is something (again) that you would ASSUME the initial trials would have done but they have not. They killed the rats right after and rushed it to market. Someone else needs to do this NOW. Maybe Japan or India will.

Oh, and early menopause - or producing antibodies against thyroid and other things - is of course "Not Just" the HPV vaccine - but the Swine flu and DTaps, and DPTs and all that too.
Posted by: Benedetta | August 15, 2013 at 10:14 AM
So, how much serious testing do the vaccine manufactures do now a days with their products?
It is not like they can be sued or anything.
So, they knew this and tried to pushed it onto the entire population anyway - of a disease that occurred (?) how often.
Risk outweighs the benifits
"One Less"
Take their immunity away and this whole problem would go away, autism would not be rising by falling.
Who knew that one little law passed by Congress way back in 1986 would lead to all of this.
Amazing.
