Congrats to Ivanka Trump on the new baby boy.
Will they be providing the "day one hep b decision" and their planned vaccine schedule to the public ???

Ottoschnaut, Thanks for posting Del Bigtree interview! He gave an excellent interview, which of course ABC World News never aired. How could they, when most of their advertisers are drug companies?
Posted by: PANDAS Mom | March 28, 2016 at 07:20 PM
I know someone who knows someone who is working on a new hep B vaccine. Apparently the current one is not effective at all. Their words. It didn't have much to say when I stated that well, that means they are currently lying to people as we speak and giving this dangerous aluminum-containing vaccine to tiny infants. Even on Mercks insert it admits that premies with apnea should not receive it. Hep B vaccine has almost 1 in 10 adverse events end in death. And 75% of these is in children under 3. These people are monsters.

Del Bigtree, producer of Vaxxed, interview, very good piece:

Film Vaxxed should be rapidly distributed to the public (sold) on CDs and watched at homes, churches, neighborhoods etc. Censorship of this film is worst than that of Nazis, Stalinists, or Great Inquisition and genocide committed by pharma-mafia exceeds the holocaust.

I am so sorry about Robert DeNiro's decision to pull the film. I know we all feel a sad sense that more vaccine related damage will go on for just that much longer. Peace at this disheartening time my friends.

and they win..anyone surprised?Robert De Niro: Co-Founder of Tribeca Film Festival Pulls Anti-Vaccine Documentary From Lineup
De Niro said Saturday that he reversed his decision to screen "Vaxxed: From Cover-Up To Catastrophe" at the film festival. The film is directed by anti-vaccine activist Andrew Wakefield.

Dr. Brogan
Posted by: Linda1 | March 24, 2016 at 01:32 PM
I just got a copy of Dr. Brogan's book and skimmed through. It looks excellent. She is very generous in explaining the science and she gives specific recommendations. For example, in the section on supplements, she explains all the different forms of B-12 and which one to take. That alone is worth the price of the book for me. Thanks, Laura and AOA for announcing that Dr. Brogan's book is available.

Sac Bee had an opinion piece yesterday (maybe it's supposed to be called a report) on CA Assembly Mike Gatto's bill trying to reiterate(?--I'm not exactly sure if the bill changes anything or improves anything?) that physicians can write medical exemptions without "discipline or liability for writing a statement as described in subdivision."
http://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billTextClient.xhtml?bill_id=201520160AB2638
Here's the SacBee link (warning: reading the following post may cause internal irritation):

What if a physician just happens to think along with some parents that Hepatitis B vaccine or varicella for for instance is just not worth the risks for school age children or something like that?

Reading is Fundamental: In the fight against SB 277 last year, I researched vaccine schedules around the world. While Israel has a schedule similar to ours, it includes only 19 doses of 10 antigens, so the burden is much less there.

Interview of EMF expert on Lloyd Burrell's website ElectricSense. Interview will be online for the 24 hours after the interview today:

Mr. Burrell explains re the interview:
"I’m interviewing electromagnetic energy consultant Roy Riggs. Roy is a certified Building Biologist and a professional Earth Energy dowser.
I will be talking to Roy about his work with electromagnetic fields and geopathic stress, specifically we will be talking about:
• geobiology what it is/and what it’s got to offer
• tips for creating a home low in technopathic and geopathic stress
• is earthing good for you?
• recommendations on Vega Biofeedback testing
• the most common issues environmental/EMF issues encountered
• and much more"

Reading is...
Apologies, I can hardly expect you to read my mind, which was arguing mostly with the first line of the article (not the study):
"Even if a woman gets a tetanus-containing shot before she conceives, it is still safe to give her the tetanus-containing Tdap vaccine while she is pregnant, new research indicates."
My main argument is with the phrase "still safe" or perhaps just the use of "safe."
Posted by: Jeannette Bishop | March 17, 2016 at 02:20 AM
How do the vaccine schedules compare in other countries? I'm not seeing a correlation; Israel, for example, has the same schedule as the U.S., as I recall, but less than half the T1D incidence.
(The link provided in that page is broken. The 2013 IDF numbers are here, starting at page 115. National vaccine schedules are indexed by the WHO.)

This was the point of the study, as clearly stated in the "Objective" part of the abstract. If one reads the actual paper, it cites (with a caveat) the papers that address the prior question:
"However, few published studies have evaluated the safety of Tdap vaccine in pregnant women.[7-11] In these studies, Tdap vaccination during pregnancy has not been associated with an increased risk of spontaneous abortion, stillbirth, preterm delivery, low birth weight, neonatal complications, or congenital anomalies compared with unvaccinated pregnant controls.

From Hans Litten's link:
"In the study, the researchers analyzed data from more than 29,000 women who received Tdap in pregnancy in California, Colorado, Minnesota, Oregon, Washington and Wisconsin. They compared outcomes among those women who had received a tetanus-containing vaccine less than two years before pregnancy, two to five years before pregnancy and more than five years before pregnancy.
"Regardless of how long it had been since the women last received a tetanus-containing vaccine, there were no significant differences in rates of fever, allergy or local reactions among mothers or in rates of small for gestational age, premature birth and low birth weight among infants."
So all women in this study were vaccinated during pregnancy and the comparison checked only for the above adverse outcomes based on how long it had been since a prior tetanus vaccine? Or am I reading the above incorrectly?
I guess not:
https://jama.jamanetwork.com/article.aspx?articleid=2463256
"Women who received Tdap in pregnancy following a prior tetanus-containing vaccine less than 2 years before, 2 to 5 years before, and more than 5 years before."
So this "study" not only leaves out an unvaccinated group, but everyone had to have had at least two tetanus vaccines. And if someone already reacted to a tetanus shot in the past, how likely is it they would be in this study?
And who knows how many flu shots factor into all of the groups the above?
And there is no checking on the neurological health of the infants or really general health beyond birth (including mortality risk, as already stated).
So, of course, no worries!

All good news with this study , vaccinating pregnant women is safe & effective EXCEPT :
The study authors added that further research is needed to determine if giving Tdap vaccine to pregnant women who recently received a tetanus-containing vaccine increases the risk of stillbirth or miscarriage.

I also saw the dog and boy story today and was very annoyed to hear the report say that the boy's mother wants everyone to know that type 1 diabetes can't be prevented.
So we should just keep on vaccinating according to the schedule and then for an increasing number of children we should follow up with a lifetime supply of insulin and a for a few lucky ones, a dog.
