Science Summary: Higher levels of several toxic metals found in children with autism
In a recently published study in the journal Biological Trace Element
Research, Arizona State University researchers report that children
with autism had higher levels of several toxic metals in their blood and
urine compared to typical children. The study involved 55 children with
autism ages five to 16 years old compared to 44 controls of similar age
and gender.
The autism group had significantly higher levels of lead in their red blood cells (+41 percent) and significantly higher urinary levels of lead (+74 percent), thallium (+77 percent), tin (+115 percent), and tungsten (+44 percent). Lead, thallium, tin, and tungsten are toxic metals that can impair brain development and function, and also interfere with the normal functioning of other body organs and systems. The Verstraeten analysis presented at Simpsonwood includes a statistical signal that might formulate a hypothesis to the answer to the first question in the comment below, (i.e. are the mercury exposures during the mother’s pregnancy in turn associated with the child’s neurological problems after birth?).
“In conclusion, the screening analysis suggests a possible association between certain neurologic developmental disorders. Namely Tics, attention deficit disorder, speech and language disorders and exposure to mercury from Thimerosal containing vaccines before the age of six months.”

This is precisely what Dr. Stephanie Cave said over 12 years back- that autistic kids are not only high in mercury, but in various other metals as well. She also added that we dont even know where some of the metals originated. This adds to the several indications that some people are genetically unable to process and excrete metals as well as other people, and such people are about 10 percent of the population.
To me, the great new frontier of medicine is the study of the effects of metals on the human body. Pity all those poor doctors who are missing this. Sort of like having a medical laboratory and saying, "What's this stupid thing?" (a microscope), and throwing it in the garbage can - because you dont believe that germs have anything to do with disease. Yes, friends, it is that stupid.
Some of the best explanations of the variations between individuals in the ability to handle metals , in my opinion are those done by the people who have studied metal toxicity caused by dental work. Take a look at the articles by Ken Allan and Dr. Bernard Windham- terrific information on Parkinson's in paticular.

Two questions come to mind:
What were the mercury exposures during the mother’s pregnancy, i.e. mercury in blood levels, versus outcomes for neurological problems and what was the monthly vaccine mercury intake immediately after birth versus the same?
Verstraeten (CDC) found an answer to the second question in seven measures of exposure:
“I'm Tom Verstraeten, EIS Office at National Immunization Program [CDC]…That gives us seven measures of exposure.
From those risk analysis, excluding those dichotomized for EPA, we have found statistically significant relationships between the exposure and the outcome for these different exposures and outcomes… unspecified developmental delay… Tics… attention deficit disorder… language and speech delays … Exposure at one, three and six months of age, the entire category of neurodevelopmental delays, which includes all of these plus a number of other disorders.
Now going into detail of some of these. The slides I will show now, they were also all in the original text which you have received. The results of the risk calculations for the exposure at three months of age are categorized into seven categories by 12.5 micrograms, and the last one is any exposure about 62.5 which is basically 75 micrograms. The reference category in this calculation is the zero microgram category. In other words, the children that didn't receive vaccines... For the overall category of neurologic developmental disorders, the point estimates of the categorized estimates suggest potential trends, and the test for trends is also statistically significant above one, with a P value below 0.01. The way to interpret this point estimate which seems very low is as follows. That's an increase of .7% for each additional microgram of ethylmercury. For an example, if we would go from zero to 50 micrograms of ethyl mercury, we would have to multiple these estimate by 50, so that would give us an additional increase of about 35%, which is pretty close to the point estimate for this category.”

The study listed various "limitations" .. making specific note of the "one or more medications" the children in the study were taking that "might affect detoxification ability".
Here are the "medications" they listed that possibly may "affect detoxification ability":
"55% no medications: 29% psycho-pharmaceuticals, primarily risperdal and clonidine; 9% on CNS stimulants (primarily Concerta); 4% on anti-convulsants, 5% on GI medications; 7% on asthma/allergy medicine; 3 gluten-free, casein-free diet; 1 gluten-free; 3 reduced dairy/gluten; 2 low sugar, 1 on fish oil; 2 on melatonin"
Okay .. but .. personally, I would have preferred they identified how many of the children were .. fully vaccinated, partially vaccinated .. or .. not vaccinated at all .. to ascertain if vaccinated or nonvaccinated children have a greater difficulties in detoxifying metals?

The act of "vaccination" confers a compromised immune system. MOST autistic children were once IMO neurotypical and then they were "vaccinated".
In addition to the heavy metals I am sure you will find "inactivated" viruses and all sorts of other "vaccine ingredients" in immunocompromised children, adults and people.
The simple message do not "vaccinate".

I'm not sure I'm looking at the study representing the media releases. In the study, I see almost twice the mercury in asd vs nt. Yet in the study, it seems it was not detected in 50%, giving us no way to identify the condition of those 50% ..were they nt?

However they ended the article with that very standard famous line that all these non conclusive studies close with: "NEED MORE STUDY"

At Jan....it does seem to be all the kids with immune issues that suffer the worst. There are a thousand reports of it. Too bad half the world doesn't get it. Most of those toxins came from food, vaccines or water.
