Tell Congress that Vaccine Court Has Ruled CA Boy has Autism from MMR
Take Action!
This isn't supposed to happen.
It happened again. The federal Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) has awarded Ryan Mojabi and his family a multi-million dollar settlement for autism as the result of an injury from the Measles Mumps Rubella (MMR) vaccine. Ryan’s family joins Hannah Poling and at least 85 others who have received judgments for vaccine-induced autism from the VICP. These people aren’t supposed to exist. We are told again and again that vaccines cannot cause autism, vaccines have never caused autism, and vaccines never will cause autism. Except when they do.
Here is the link to the settlement document.
Please click on the Take Action Link to share this information with your elected representatives in Washington, and ask them to support further hearings into why this thing that supposedly cannot exist keeps on happening. As we saw in the vaccine hearing in November, many members of Congress are clearly skeptical of both the competence and truthfulness of the autism bureaucracy.
And remember Andrew Wakefield lost his medical license for suggesting that there may be a connection between autism, the MMR and bowel disease, and that further study was warranted (but people should continue to immunize. )
To learn more about the documented VICP cases of compensated VICP injury cases read. “Unanswered Questions, A Review of Compensated Cases of Vaccine-Induced Brain Injury”. More than 80 cases were documented in a review of the relatively few VICP cases that are available to the public.

Rachel Victoria:
From the site that you have presented:
"Is the neuroinflammation observed in autism similar to encephalitis or meningitis ?
NO. In meningitis and encephalitis, the most prominent immune reaction is one of adaptive immunity, the main feature being infiltration of the CNS by inflammatory cells such as T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes along with the production of antibodies. There is also activation of astroglia and microglia in meningitis and encephalitis, but the dominant immune reaction is due to adaptive immunity. In contrast, in autism, there is NO evidence of lymphocyte infiltration or antibody mediated reactions; the most prominent immune response is characterized by activation of microglia and astrocytes, features that characterize innate immune responses within the CNS. These observations suggest that the adaptive immune system does not play a significant pathogenic role in this disorder, at least not during its chronic phase, and that the main immune mechanism involves predominantly innate immune reactions. Since our study focused on autopsy tissues, we cannot exclude the possibility that specific immune reactions, mediated by T-cell and/or antibody responses, occurred at the onset of disease, during prenatal or postnatal stages of development."
The last sentence pretty much cancels out what they state before. THey have looked at autopsies so there definitive NO is simply WRONG. The answer should have been MAYBE.
And yes, there is evidence for the role of antibodies in autism.

Rachel Victoria Secrets --- shhhhhhh
Encephalopathy causes brain damage
as in the observation made on public television back in the 80s--when tons of people were testifying in front of Congress; that these kids that reacted to their DPT shot with encephalopathy exhibit characteristic liken unto autism.
Shhhhhhh-- it is a big secret!

No, evidently you have an inability to read besides being gratuitously offensive. Clearly, if there was not long term damage there wouldn't be any grounds for compensation, so at best it is splitting hairs but a better description would be slippery, snide and thoroughly dishonest. It may help to read the statement given by government vaccine officials to Sharyl Attkisson of CBS News:
"The government has never compensated, nor has it ever been ordered to compensate, any case based on a determination that autism was actually caused by vaccines. We have compensated cases in which children exhibited an encephalopathy, or general brain disease. Encephalopathy may be accompanied by a medical progression of an array of symptoms including autistic behavior, autism, or seizures."
http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-31727_162-20016356-10391695.html
It looks pretty much like a distinction without a difference, and even they make the point that encephalopathies can cause autism and autistic symptoms.

Um. You do realize that the settlement was not for an ASD, right, but for encephalitis. That does NOT mean that any court anywhere has recognized a connection between vaccines and autism. At all.
And, of course, it is beyond cavil that encephalitis is not the same, nor a cause of, autism. http://www.neuro.jhmi.edu/neuroimmunopath/autism_faqs.htm
So, there was no "settlement for autism," and your statement that there was displays either (a) an inability to read; or (b) a desire to blatantly misinform.

Pretty much sums up the USA today. If Old Ben were around today, he would wonder why the colonies fought for independence from England.

Pretty much sums it up. Gave up the right to be heard in court to protect us from disease.

I agree with Dr. Kobler that the government and big pharma should stop covering up for each other. At the very least government should get out of people's lives and allow parents to make decisions for themselves about vaccines rather than these mandates that intimidate parents. Government is responsible for pushing these drugs and vaccines that make kids so sick. A case in point is Adam Lanza, who I personally am not convinced is the culprit in the recent shootings, but his poor miserable life living in his mother's basement, weighing 120 pounds, looking gaunt and starved is real enough and familiar enough. I know young men who live like ghosts in their parents homes--in basements or their bedrooms. And they were "bright" kids but now have bowel disease and mental disturbance. They won't grow up and thrive, they are truly lost. And what is exactly wrong is vague. No firm diagnosis. I don't know about you but I thought vaccine damage, drug damage. Creepy government.

I agree with Dr. Jeremy D Kobler DC totally!!!!
I'm glad to see that this case was successful. Hopefully it will start to change things going forward for families and their kids. It won't change anything for our son who will be 28 years old tomorrow, Thursday, January 17th, sadly because the 1986 Federal law prevents our family from filing along with hundreds of other families. If we could have filed we could have been like the Cedillo family who I think had a good case and deserved to win but they were submarined by the Federal Court.

Every member of the House Oversight Committee that heard sworn testimony from CDC and IACC in recent hearings should be made aware of David Kirby's information.
The next time a high-level public health officials swears to tell the truth before this committee .. the very first question that should be asked of them is:
Do vaccines cause autism?
There is only ONE "truthful" answer .. and .. that answer is YES. They not only "can" .. they already "have".
No more gobblygook about "no scientific evidence of a link between vaccines and autism" .. the scientific evidence of the link was presented before what appears to have been a very hostile Vaccine Court and THAT evidence prevailed.

I was thankful to know the truth is coming out. My granddaughter;
She is now 27 years old;Does not read or write.
She developed Autism from her baby shot.
When will the coverup stop????

Dear congress do your job and stop letting pharmaceutical companies run our campaigns and our government and stop letting them kill our kids!! There is more than enough evidence to show that vaccines are harmful yet YOU let them keep doing whatever they wish!! Also if you want to end GUN violence get the violent people off of the drugs that are making them VIOLENT GUNS ARE NOT THE PROBLEM THE DRUGS THEY ARE PRESCRIBED TO THEM MAKING THEM MORE VIOLENT ARE THE PROBLEM!!
