Canadian Judge Rules Vaccinations Not Essential in Family Court Case
You can comment at the Calgary Sun HERE.
Vaccinations aren’t “essential” medical treatments, a family court judge has ruled in refusing a Child Welfare request to order inoculations for four kids.
Judge Stephen Lipton, in a written decision released Thursday, said while the vaccinations are preferable, it wasn’t in his power to order them.
Child Welfare had applied for a ruling to have the siblings immunized despite their parents’ decision not to allow the treatment.
But Lipton said the four children, ranging in age from one to 12, weren’t at any present risk so no court intervention was warranted.
“I find that on the facts of this case the vaccinations proposed by the caseworker don’t fall within the definition of ‘essential’ (in the legislation),” Lipton said. “The children are healthy and none of them are at imminent risk of serious harm.”
Lipton noted the dangers of not getting immunized would expose the children to the risk of contracting illnesses which could cause brain injury or death.
The mother refused allowing vaccines for her children while the father suggested herbal medicines would be effective. Contact the journalist here [email protected]

Child protective services knows that there are many, many parents who do not want to give their children toxic vaccines. Child protective services DOES NOT care about protecting children. All child protection services cares about is exercising their power, and getting their quota of children into "care" where they will be shuffled about in foster housing, and grow up to be lonely, confused, drug addicted and suicidal individuals, who too often end up living in the streets, or in prison.
CPS will never quit, they want to be able to have such an easy reason to take children. Parents must unit and spread the word about CPS. How they are destroying good families, like the Baynes in British Columbia, Canada (who have had their 3 children taken for 3 years, and have just finished a bogus "shaken baby" trial, and now wait to see if they can be a family again).
Stick up for other parents. Don't wait until these goons come for your children. Spread the word.

I wonder if all the child welfare idiots have all had all the vaccinations on the Canadian schedule. If not, why not? Can't they just as readily be carriers of all those evil diseases vaccines save our 'at risk' children from?

So too would the danger *of* getting immunized.
But notice the judge said they weren't at risk.. What if the city/state/etc declares an "epidemic" - no matter how many or few cases, no matter now many or few die, no matter how many recover quickly (less than 3-7 days). Or a "pandemic" like with swine flu, which doesn't even need to be based on how bad the illness is - just how quickly it spreads.
> Globe: Children’s rotavirus vaccine all but wipes out U.S. cases
Rotavirus led to what - 70 deaths a year *before* the vaccine? Did we even track occurrances? How many rotavirus infections were occurring (and may still be) but are just passed off as "stomach flu and bad diarrhea"?

Don't get too excited. Look at both of these in today's Globe & Mail (fancies itself the Canadian New York Times):

I couldn't comment on the webpage, but were the kids taken away solely because of the vaccination issue?

So the day has come where child welfare agencies are trying to force parents to vaccinate against their will something that has always been voluntary. Our bodies are and always should be sacred territory and no gov't entity should be given the authority to force their will on someone elses body without their consent.
If courts ever side in favor of the welfare agencies and allow forced vaccination, it will set a very dangerous precedent..noone will be safe. This line must never be crossed.
how scary..thank god for judges with common sense!

Wow! What a perceptive judge... I wonder what kind of trouble he will get into now?
We should all be afraid of state/federal interference with our children and parenting choices. Many times it causes me to be afraid to advocate-- but history has shown us all what non-belligerent “by standing” has caused.
