Managing Editor's Note: Hi, friends, I saw this app last month and it's amazing. You can track the effectiveness of your programs from ABA to Zinc. The deadline to apply is tomorrow, so please read and respond directly to Rob Tedesco at the email below. KIM

HandHold Adaptive® (the company behind iPrompts®) is seeking testers for its new, yet-to-be-released application. For now, we're calling this exciting application AutismTrack.
The application runs on the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad, and is designed to be a powerful new journaling tool for parents of those with autism. After setting up a profile for an individual with autism, parents (or other caregivers) can easily track the individual's behaviors on a daily basis. Daily interventions, like diets, supplements, therapies and medicines may also be tracked. With Apple's simple, touch-screen interface, it takes only seconds, and you can do it from wherever you'd like.
Through the app, the information you enter (stored on a secure server) may be reviewed to help search for trends and patterns. You may review notes, behaviors and interventions for any specific day. Or, you may use AutismTrack to look at trends over time. Want to know how eye contact has been trending?
AutismTrack will show you a graph. When eye contact is trending downward, which interventions were most (or least) administered during this time? Any behavior. Any intervention. Any caregiver. Any time.
Track it all in seconds, with AutismTrack! The power of information is now in your hands.
If you are a parent of a child on the autism spectrum, and are interested in testing AutismTrack, please send an email to email@example.com that includes the following information:
1. Your first and last name
2. Your device type (either an iPhone or iPod Touch is required to be part of the trial)
3. Your phone number
4. Your child's age
5. On a scale from 1 to 10 (10 being a typical peer in his or her age group), how would you describe
the developmental level of your child?
6. On a scale from 1 to 10 (10 being "most active"), how active are you in experimenting with diets,
supplements, medicines and therapies?
The test will last for two weeks, and will be conducted without any physical meetings. If you’re accepted, we'll email you the application along with instructions for installing and using it. After two weeks, you'll tell us what you think in a quick online survey. We also may schedule a brief follow-up phone call after the surveys have been reviewed.
If you've been accepted into the Beta testing program, you'll be notified by email before Wednesday, June 23rd.
Thank you, and look forward to hearing from you!
