IACC Releases Request for Information Results: Respondents Demand Answers.

The IACC Request for Information (RFI) results were sent out today at 2:30 Chicago time. (See sample comments below the jump.)
"In 2009, the IACC issued a Request for Information (RFI) to solicit public comment on the 2009 IACC Strategic Plan for Autism Spectrum Disorder Research. Almost three hundred responses were received. These public comments are now available for viewing on the IACC website. The IACC appreciates the effort made by members of the public to share their thoughts on the 2009 IACC Strategic Plan through the RFI. The Committee has reviewed the responses and has used them to inform the 2010 update of the Strategic Plan, which is currently underway. Thank you to all who contributed!
It is always interesting that Friday is chosen for a day to distribute any kind of information that might be important so I spent some time looking through the responses to see if that was true -- that a late Friday afternoon mass email from the IACC committee held some nuggets of importance that they hoped would not be seen -- and sure enough they were in there.
Over 500 comments were sent to the IACC committee expressing anger, hope, confusion, and a piercing message - drop the sole genetic research and pick up the environmental/gene research - especially concerning vaccines! Over and over again, with eloquent and pertinent facts, these respondents, many who are definitely parents to children with an autism diagnosis, posted the need for researching the reason for their child's regression, their child's abnormal labs and their child's medical issues, that's right MEDICAL issues, not DSM, psychiatric issues.
Reading these comments, one can feel the solidarity and concern for the current children diagnosed with autism but also for those children not yet born. The environment that most of them mention is the introduction of vaccines into their child and the subsequent effects.
Here are some examples:
-"look at the kids in the Amish community who have never had vaccines in their family history."
-"VACCINATED VS. UNVACCINATED COHORTS. This has not been done since all of the new vaccines were added. It needs to be done!"
-"Investigate vaccines and their components and their scheduled administration"
-Research what happened around the time a child regressed. Take all incidents seriously. Most importantly just study these children."
-"More research on sensitive populations and immune response. More research is needed on the relationship between autism, mitochondrial dysfunction and environmental stressors including illness and multiple vaccines."
-What role do vaccines play in bringing on inflammatory diseases that causes strokes, bowel disease, Kawaskis, autism, and a host of other autoimmune diseases?
-"IACC must study vaccine safety, vaccine adjuvants and the effect of so many combination vaccines on an infant's central nervous system."
- "Titers tests of children with immune dysfunction."
-"EVALUATION IN INFANTS OF EARLY COMORBID BIOLOGIC SYMPTOMS, SUCH AS GASTROINTESTINAL, ALLERGIC, DERMATOLOGIC, CHEMICAL/HEAVY METAL EXPOSURE, AND MITOCHONDRIAL DYSFUNCTION AS PREDICTORS OF AUTISM."
And then the personal heartbreak that cannot be ignored with autism:
-"My daughter regressed immediately after a flu vaccine she received the month of her second birthday. Within days she lost potty training, began having mini seizures, developed very pronounced sound sensitivity, developed chronic ear infection........"
-"Ask the parents. They watched their beautiful children disappear."
-"take care of our kids. not the pharmaceutical company and not the doc. take care of the kids."
Please take some time to read the responses. The future of research, treatments, and departure of this autism epidemic lies in the big message that IACC receives and I quote, "research priority on what is environmentally causing an explosion in asd ..replace or resign people who are wasting time and money in gene research it's been years...we have lost a whole generation of kids..."

As everyone might have suspected, "autism is on the rise" internationally, also.
This brief press release didn't mention "better diagnosis," thank goodness.
But it does say, "The number of people with autism in the Philippines and other countries is on the rise, according to experts."

I think this vaccine issue is coming down to a national security issue... it's not about our children. I think the perception of safety is slowly eroding, they know this, and the more they push back, the more foolish they appear. They would argue, that's us...but I argue, that the truth and the science will come to bare...unfortunately, not when these hen peckers gaurding their own hen houses at the helm...it will have to come to us funding the real research. Peer review it...with unbiased people on all sides. Then, we must insist on an audit of all papers on "their" science, and audit who stands to gain from silencing the dangers by vaccines (who they are one by one), and throw their behinds in jail. Then, I think EVERY child with autism deserves a million dollar reward for damages, those who were vaccinated, and those damaged by OB GYN's by ICC, or any other environmental pollutant deemed "safe"....
OOPPPS, YAWN...I was dreaming...sorry....thought I was living on a reasonable, HUMANE world...wow, I must be really dreaming...I mean, come on, justice for our children? Justice to these families? An actual result to research? A committee implicating themselves and their fellow industrialistic/money loving grubbing peers? Jail time? A world that now knows the secret behind the hidden agenda of vaccinating and mandating all mankind? Oops, I am not only dreaming, I must be one of those tin hat people, who live in a rabbit hole...gee what pill did I take tonight? How unreasonable of me to assume that children who are damaged KNOWINGLY by a non beholden we can't sue you fraudulent by and large industry, actually mean something to society? Man, have I lost it? To assume that people give a rats behind? Will move mountains to save children? To save our world from dire illnesses and maimings? What a dreamer.....

I agree with Autism Grandma. The general population should not rely on the IACC to fund such critical studies as it would likely lead to additional disinformation and misinformation. A perfectly designed research study funded by parties not directly interested would be the best one to stand up to scrutiny and could lend itself to vaccines freedom advocacy groups. I believe vaccinated numbers would drop dramatically once they are not tied to the public school requirements.
Although it is obviously not a disinterested party, isn't NVIC organizing something of this nature? Shouldn't every family with an autistic child be directing friends and relatives to donate to their cause? I am just a friend and will be contributing. I'm sure there are countless others out there who would do the same if they only knew where to go. I read AofA site almost daily, yet still I missed the request IACC sent out (for what little it is worth.) And I don't remember seeing it on the NVIC main web page either, though maybe I was on that site on the wrong days. Publishing this need on a wider scale to the people in your lives is critical! How about adding blurbs and links to our automatic signatures at the bottom of our personal emails?

CT teacher - I believe I recently read that Dr. Mercola - Chicago - is in the process of evaluating the current flu vaccines to reveal to all, far and wide... via the internet as no mainstream media will cover anything but pharma whores.
I didnt' see any comments about TRAINING OUR PEDIATRICIANS. I think they MUST complete (on their own dime rather than a glitzy pharma sponsored Aspen event) training that details out kids physical issues. The fact that its STILL "in the head" is mind bogeling.
We parents just "assume" our Dr.'s are experts. This is FRAUD.
What the heck is their contribution to my kids' wellness? They break them and then they break them more with their limited knowledge and pharma "only" tools.

Autism Grandma, I'm with you. We must find a way to have this study done ourselves. The govt agencies will never do it. They know what the results will show. This is just one more example of a govt agency run amok. I thought they were supposed to work for us, but corruption is everywhere, so its up to us.
Also, someone suggested testing random samples of the various vaccines to see what is really in them. That's called quality control, and if it is done with other products, why not vaccines? Sounds pretty rational to me.

The sad thing is. I don't think the American people will ever realize this. Half of our families still resist this. And, pretty soon everyone will be mercury poisoned/toxic - and will be sick with god knows what - and big pharma/big food corporation/big chemical polluting corporation will continue to spew. I'm depressed. I'm going to bed.

The Undeniable Proof will only come from the Vaccinated Versus Non-Vaccinated Study, and these people know that and that is why they will continually find excuses to avoid it and will lie steal and cheat to make certain that this does not happen. What is going on at the "top" is CRIMINAL in every aspect.
The Vaccinated/ Non-Vaccinated Study has to be accomplished by our own community. Even if the Powers that Be would agree to finally do this, it would just become another fraudulent manipulated study to support their lies that "Vaccines are Safe" and "Vaccines don't cause Autism". Therefore, I vote that we don't allow the Wolves to keep watch over the Sheep.

When the reality of this disaster is fully realized by the American people the horrendous cover-up perpetuated by the IACC will indict them all.
I read through the comments. How can so many on the IACC turn their backs on our children?
