THE CHINA SOLUTION
“China executed the former head of its food and drug watchdog this morning for approving untested medicine in exchange for cash, the strongest signal yet from Beijing that it is serious about tackling its product safety crisis.”
OK, calm down. I’m not recommending anyone at the Vaccine Lobby of Pharma, CDC, FDA, AAP, or Autism Speaks be executed (jail time is punishment enough for me).
But, with all the things going on right now, it begs the question, “How will this whole thing end?”
Let me tell you right now: it’s going to have to get far, far uglier before real change takes place. And it’s going to require things breaking, not bending.
Sometime soon, a decent percentage of people in this country are going to realize that:
- Our immunization schedule began to grow right after Congress gave Pharma blanket immunity on vaccines in 1986
- Unlike all other drugs approved by FDA, our vaccine schedule has never been subjected to a double-blind placebo test to assess safety
- There are thousands of Hannah Polings out there with the same story
- Because of the risk of ASD at 1 in 150 or higher, the risk-reward ratio for vaccinating has been annihilated
- Pediatric practices are under extreme pressure, with many at risk to shutdown
- As they have done with dozens of other drugs, Pharma pursued vaccine sales at the expense of our kids, and the CDC, FDA, AAP, and Autism Speaks/NAAR let them do it and defended them vigorously
Here’s how I think it will end:
- Parents, focused on their children, put extreme pressure on their pediatricians
- Pediatricians, risking financial ruin, finally cause the AAP to change
- Insurance companies, taking the lead from AAP, realize the cost vaccines are exacting, and finally get pissed off and involved
- Congress, responding to insurance lobbyists, finally do something real, and heads start to roll
Am I being idealistic? Probably.
In the meantime, it’s every parent for themselves. As we all know, it’s only each one of us who can protect and heal our babies.
The China Solution? Naah, I’m an American and it offends my sensibilities.
But I certainly understand the sentiment.

The $250,000 in pain and suffering is chump change we need to do a civil suit against the CDC,Iom,Pharma and the others,as more proof comes out I think it will get easier and easier to make this a reality.
We also need to find a way to include all the families who missed the statute of limitations due to the the secrecy of the vaccine injury compensation program.

Great article, great points.
The pediatrician who gave our twins most of their shots quit his practice the very month that "Evidence of Harm" came out. He went to work for the...prison system. Just like that. I like to think of him having to do first exams on a parade of recently convicted vaccine execs one day.
As far as capital punishment-- ick. The Chinese official who was executed was pretty much the reason that our cat died last year and I found it revolting to be made to feel sorry for him, but I did.
Also, in this country, where executions are mostly performed by lethal injection, I just don't like the idea of the government training medical personnel to be handy with needles in that way. They've already gotten too much practice on our children.
So yes, I agree with the point here. Jail time for all. Aren't we generous?

The $250,000 in pain and suffering doesn't even cover the costs of 3 years of serious bio-med and behavioral therapies...plus the years of lost wages, lost interest on savings (used to pay for treatments)lost college funds for siblings, lost retirements, lost homes...etc etc...the financial fall-out is staggering! Multiply this by the number of families affected and it is a mind-blowing figure...and this is before we all tap into social security. I cannot even imagine how this will all play out for the families affected. We need to consider the human rights provided to this population. It is shameful and criminal!

Thanks, JB, as always!
Years ago I wrote a piece called "Look Who's Paying" (http://www.vaccinationnews.com/Scandals/Aug_23_02/Scandal30.htm ). It seemed to me the insurance companies might want to do a little vaccine investigating themselves, since they have been, unbeknownst to them, covering the damage. (Of course, we cover it in higher premiums.)
Anyway, thanks for bringing the insurance companies up!

Holly,
Exactly what I've been thinking since all the recent happenings.
I think it's time for us to "revisit" our AG offices!!!
Unfortunately, I live in DC so I can't go that angle. If I were still living in NC, I'd be planning my 3rd meeting right about now!!!
Bottom Line: The landscape is changing and they may be more open to filing suit! Paging Nancy Hokkanen!

Insurance companies have had a free ride. The financial burden has been on families and school districts. I would like the state attorney generals and school districts to sue. As far as $250,000 in pain and suffering, I don't see many families being satisfied with that. I see families going on to civil court. Heck that's only 3 years salary for many of us moms who gave up our careers at at age 35 to take care of our sick kids. I think a few jury trials will give parents the justice they deserve and bring down Julie et el.

Amazing that a country with one of the worst human rights record in the world
wouldn't tolerate *untested* medicine and medical corruption.
What does that say about us?
