WOW! What a great idea! I'd love to be able to "create" a cereal and have someone make and package it up for me...I spend too much time creating my own "granolas" and cereal type foods and sometimes it's just too much so we don't have them at all.
The choices...that is a little hard...so many great options! I'd have to really think about it and then get my children's input!

Gluten fee me & my spouse. Thanks for the excellent website full of info.

Wow this looks awesome! I generally don't pick up gfcf foods that have fruit in them since my child has a severe reaction to apples and everything with fruit has apples or pectin in it. The idea of being able to introduce a cereal with fruit in it is fabulous! Great idea! Can't wait to make me some cereal!

You guys are in the Triangle--do you have a store front or wholesale shop? I recently went GF and am slowly getting Ronan back to GF. I feel tons better with this decision. I'd love to make a Cinnamon granola and strawberry concoction called Good Morning, Sunshine. I know it would help me smile :)

This is such a great concept! I just asked my 6 year old what his dream combo would be. He said, granola with mango, banana chips, coconut and macadamias. He said that he'd name it "You're Yummy!" I'd have to agree, that does sound yummy!

I would love the cinnamon granola with blueberries and banana chips

I think this is an awesome idea. Most people are looking for a specific kind of cereal and can't find it. I'm going to share with others

Wow, what a great idea! We always have to pass on the granola because it has something my kids can't eat. We think the cinnamon granola, with pineapple, mango, coconut and macadamia nuts would be really yummy!

Super idea, please see if you can get Feingold approved and I will place an order.

We bought some of this the other day. Three different kinds. We love that you can pick the type of cereal but also you can name your cereal as well. My kids each picked there own and also named them. We will order this again.

I liked the rice granola (though I wish it were organic) as my son is sensitive to corn, with blueberries, coconut flakes and chia seed. Super yummy AND healthy! Thanks for doing this!

This is an interesting study of the relationship between gluten and celiac disease:
'Furthermore, T cells specific for just three peptides accounted for the majority of gluten-specific T cells, and their recognition of gluten peptides was highly redundant. Our findings show that pathogenic T cells in celiac disease show limited diversity, and therefore suggest that peptide-based therapeutics for this disease and potentially other strongly HLA-restricted immune diseases should be possible.'

Hi Kati, this is Hajo with Custom Choice Cereal. I'd like to answer your question on how we prevent cross-contamination with nuts.
All of our ingredients are stored in separate closed containers with dedicated scoops. IN addition, all cereals that do not contain nuts are always mixed first to minimize cross-contamination. Finally, you have the option to add a comment during checkout to let us know about your allergy or anything else you'd like to say.
I hope this answers your question. Please feel free to call us at 919-484-9757 with any further comments that need clarification!

I would add cranberries and cherries to the granola cereal.
How does the company avoid cross contamination w/ the nuts for folks who are sensitive to nuts?
Please enter me!

Hi,
I have Asperger's Syndrome, also known as high-functioning Autism (same diagnosis), and I'm finally considering (possibly) doing the GF/CF diet.
Please enter my name into the contest. Thank you for your consideration.

I have Celiac Disease, my son is autistic and our house is gf/cf. In the first week of eliminating gluten from his diet he spoke his first spontaneous words .... "Mommy! I WANT BREAD!"
