Please come to the oral argument in the Cedillo v. HHS appeal next week in Washington, DC on Thursday, June 10 at 10:00 am. It's important to show the Court, and the press, and the Cedillo family, that we care about vaccine injury, vaccine-induced autism and this first test case in the Omnibus Autism Proceeding. And we care about truth and justice, and this proceeding is meant to provide some measure of both. Many organizations in the autism community filed this friend-of-the-court brief in the case (See Amicus Brief HERE.)
The courtroom is large, but it will be helpful to have an idea of how many people will be there to support the Cedillos. RSVP by June 8 to EBCALA1@gmail.com.

See how Congress says the CDC misled DC residents about lead in the water in 2004, claiming it was safe: http://www.examiner.com/x-43538-DC-Autism-Examiner~y2010m6d3-Congress-CDC-misled-public-about-Washington-DC-lead-in-water-crisis-lead-was-toxic-for-some.

Pandamom,
If I had the money...you better BELIEVE I would be there with bells on! You are right. This post is NOT about some dip shit named Randy who thinks he's going to try and tell the people that know the vaccine schedule forwards and backwards that he's had more than 24 MMR's. (I wish I would have know the schedule this well 6 yrs ago). This is about MICHELLE and her parents.
Pandamom, while you're there please represent me and my family too. You are a true and great friend to the Cedillo's.
We are ALL rooting for you guys!

Back in the fifties, measles was a rite of passage. Now it is pushed as BETRAND did, as DEADLY, and your irresponsible if you don't. Measles is easily treated with cod liver oil, rest and relaxation. I had the measles, I lived through it. Our kids don't. They come out maimed by manmade toxins, aborted tissue (now an issue as probable cause of autoimmunity), and by the time they do get the MMR, they have been loaded up with DPT, ROTOTEQ, and HEP B and others, sufficeth to say, the camels back is already broken. Randy, I am sure you weren't born in the age of this many vaccines, nore are you exposed to this many toxins in your food, water and air. Take a walk on the wild side, and take our offer of shooting the childhood vaccine schedule again, but dosed with your weight and age in mind. I betcha you won't feel so hot.

IMO Randy doesn't even deserve a moment of attention. Whatev.
I am currently doing everything I can to make flight and hotel arrangements to be there next week to support the Cedillo family. I hope there are many others out there who are doing the same.

"I have had dozens of MMR shots"
Oh look! We found someone that is willing to prove Offit's theory right!!!! Or wrong as this case may be.
Randy, DOZENS? You're full of shit. Plural of dozens is MORE than 24. SUREEEEE.

Randy, my Great Uncle Frankie smoked 3 packs of cigarettes a day and gargled with Wild Turkey. He died peacefully in his sleep at age 97. I eat peanut butter by the tub with no ill effects. My cousin carries an epipen everywhere she goes.
Complain to Yale and elsewhere about the tens of millions spent on genetics research that had led to nothing in 25 years. Don't try to pin the "You're wasting money" tail on this old donkey.

I have had dozens of MMR shots, alone and in combination with other vaccines, and suffer no ill effects. As a matter of fact, MMR is useful to counteract autoimmune disease. Until you look for the REAL cause of autism, you are condemning more children to autism by neglecting the search for the true cause.

The best of luck to Michelle and her family. Let's all hope that appellate judges are smarter than special masters.
Will Kent be reporting on this one from a legal perspective?

My prayer for Michelle and her family is that God will lift the scales off the eyes of all people so they will see the true identity of all these scoffers.
If you thought a guy sitting on half the world's oil supply armed with SCUD missiles was dangerous I can't imagine what the world's supposed to think about a shadowy political freak with genocidal imaginings while armed with $65 billion global dollars and an endless supply of Thimerosal-containing vaccines for every American pregnant woman, infant and toddling child.
