Trolling Along

New report says 26 percent of Americans admit to being Internet trolls. I feel like I've met 25 percent of them! Or, as Dorit would say, "Please cite evidence for 25 percent figure. Study was not peer-reviewed." -0- Don't look...

How to Attend the American Rally for Personal Rights in Chicago or Via a Virtual Rally

Red yellow balloons From The American Rally for Personal Rights.

Join us in Person, Virtual Participation, House Parties, and BALLOONS!

We will be live streaming the rally online to allow people all over the world to participate in the rally from their hometowns, and to be virtually represented in Chicago.

Watch the rally online and have your family counted at the rally site with balloons.   Each member will be represented by red and yellow balloons in Grant Park in Chicago.  Red for adults, yellow for children.  Let us know how many of each you want there, and we will take care of the rest.  Then on the rally day, watch online, or attend a local House Party for Personal Rights.

Register your virtual participation HERE

Many of you are excited about the rally, but live too far away to stand with us in Chicago, so we have decided to bring the rally to you! Announcing Virtual Participation and House Parties for Personal Rights! We will be live streaming the rally online to allow people all over the world to participate in the rally from their hometowns, and to be virtually represented in Chicago.

You can participate two ways... You can register your family as virtual participants, watch from home, and have the members of your family represented by balloons at the rally site in Chicago... AND

You can attend (or throw) a local House Party for Personal Rights with others from your area who are interested in learning more about this important issue. Invite people to listen, with an open mind, to the professional and credentialed voices you did not hear on Frontline's The Vaccine War program.

Satellite Rallies: NJ and Seattle

If you can't find a living room big enough to hold your community, consider holding a satellite event and inviting the entire town! A satellite rally is just an oversized house party. We are busy adding new satellite rally locations.  Details about New Jersey and Seattle to follow.  Let us know if you’d like to organize an event.

Technology How-To:
1. A computer with a web camera. A laptop with a built-in camera is easiest.
2. A High-Speed Internet Connection.
To set up your Satellite Rally and submit it to our team please do the following:
1. Go to  http://www.ustream.tv/ and create an account.
2. Click on "Your Shows" at the top of the screen.
3. Go to "Create A New Show" (right side of screen).
4. Name your satellite (i.e., Albany Rally for Personal Rights) and click "Create."
5. Click on "Share Your Show" to copy entire URL.
6. Send the URL to ginger at americanpersonalrights dot org. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will post it on our site.
7. The day of the event, login to http://www.ustream.tv/ and click on "Broadcast Now."
8. Follow any onscreen prompts.
9. Make sure to test your stream prior to the event.

If you are looking for a local house party, check out our community forum. We will list them as they are put together. Can't find one in your area? Throw one! Contact us at Admin at AmericanPersonalRights dot org.

I registered for the online participation last week, but I am not sure how to access the online viewing. I usually get a confirmation email with a link when I register for an online event, so I am just wondering if anyone knows (KIM?) because I want to be inspired by this rally since I can't attend in person.

Whoo hooo! my kind of town, Chicago!
