Bringing the Urabe Atrocity to Court: Statement by the Parents of Harry Horne-Roberts

Age of Autism has been reporting the story of Harry Horne-Roberts since his death in December last year – the double victim of iatrogenic abuse (Autism's Harsh Reality, Parents Welcome Inquiry) . Here his parents Keith and Jennifer – Jennifer is a British lawyer - declare their determination to do everything in their power to bring to an end this tragic episode in human history, which has destroyed and damaged so many promising young lives, by bringing the Urabe atrocity to court.

Dr.Andrew Wakefield's latest video interview, (HERE) courtesy of Alan Golding, includes the true and horrifying story of the UK government's introduction of the Urabe strain MMR vaccines Pluserix and Imravax into the UK in 1988, although the vaccines had already been withdrawn as dangerous by that date in Canada.

So the UK government knowingly introduced  dangerous vaccines into the UK - only the names had been changed.

As the result many thousands of children became autistic, including Harry Horne-Roberts whose story and tragic death have featured  recently on Age of Autism, Matthew Butler and William Cramer - all members of the MMR 10 whose legal challenge to the UK government went to the European Court of Human Rights.

The introduction of the dangerous vaccines was by a Tory government - Thatcher was in office in 1988. The Urabe vaccines were withdrawn in the UK in 1992, renamed and sent to the Third World where they did untold damage including in Brazil.

The Tory government in 1988 had given  the pharmaceutical companies immunity from civil suit  should any tragically damaged children subsequently sue.  The Labour government elected in 1997  has continued to cover-up the abuse.

The UK MMR litigation proceeded for many years until in 2003  legal aid was withdrawn shortly before the trial of 1000 claims was due to take place. The Labour government was guilty of a monumental cover up. MMRII which replaced the original Urabe strain vaccines has caused terrible injuries to thousands more children in the UK - and continue to wreak havoc.

Harry Horne Roberts' parents  Keith and Jennifer ( Jennifer is a barrister)  took 10 Claimants "the MMR 10" to the European Court of Human Rights to challenge the withdrawal of legal aid after 2003 via the UK  High Court and Court of Appeal.

Now they have referred the Urabe atrocity to the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) as a crime against humanity by the UK government. If the DPP fail or refuse to investigate the atrocity they will refer it to the International Criminal Court in the Hague on the grounds of crimes against humanity by the UK government.

Crimes against humanity are not confined to the Third World; in the West they are covered up. We need light in very dark and tragic places.

My boys were also part of the MMR 10 and I am devastated about the death of Harry, a very special young man. Murdered by the medical profession who should have protected him. I want to thank Jennie and Keith for all their hard work supporting our damaged children.
Their determination holds no bounds. We are all part of a very large family and have been through so much together.

Yes! I read about the Urabe atrocity in Martin J. Walker's essay, MMR Damage, at www.slingshotpublications.com. There he says the vaccine with the bad Urabe mumps strain in it was unleashed on the public in March 1989. By September 1989 the first cases of aseptic meningitis began to occur. Walker writes that the US purchased a safer strain of the mumps virus, the "Jeri Lynn". However, it makes me wonder just how safe it was, when David Kirby is pointing out that there was a marked incidence of autistic disorders in the US beginning after 1988. It just makes me wonder. i was also part of the MMR10 and this story reaches the core of anybody,s heart Jenny and Keith have suffered enough,drug companies and the government it is time to take responsibility to many disabled children are being given drugs , and to many vaccines are being given , and not enough people are being trained to care for the growing community that is Autism shame on you all

A terrible double injury, an unspeakable tragedy and completely unnecessary. God save us from mainstream medicine's "help". I hope that the Horne-Roberts are able to advance in this legal process. The Haig is the appropriate venue at this point, since the governments of all countries engaging in excessive vaccinations and coverups of injuries are corrupt.

I'm sure many want to know where to send funds to support the Horne-Robertses' crucial efforts.

Interesting comment. Also, this is the gung-ho way British Medical Journal reported the withdrawal of Pluserix and Imravax in September 1992 (the GMSC, the General Medical Service Committee, is a defunct committee of the British Medical Association which publishes BMJ):

"Last week the GMSC was worried that the vaccination programme would be put back by the debacle over the new arrangements for supplying the measles, mumps, and rubella vaccine (MMR). The CMO has apologised to the profession that the information that two brands of the MMR vaccine were to be withdrawn was leaked before the profession was told. The department had planned to give doctors 48 hours' notice. The information was leaked on 15 September and earlier in some places. But by the time of the MSC meeting (17 September) many members had still received no information. The department has advised doctors to return their stocks of Pluserix-MMR and Immravix [sic] and order extra supplies of MMR II.

"The chairman will draw the department's attention to the possible effect on vaccination target levels if parents are deterred from bringing their children to be vaccinated because of the adverse publicity. Dr Eric Rose suggested that the department should mount a publicity campaign on the virtues of the MMR and the Hib vaccines."

It is interesting to read how unacceptable the terms of this report are.

Just to add a note of caution: my understanding is that although Imravax also contained the Urabe strain of mumps virus, and was withdrawn from use at the same time as Pluserix in the UK, it was not the same product and was not identical with Urabe vaccine which was withdrawn in Canada prior to its introduction in the UK.

As one of the MMR 10 Jennie and Keith shall win one day for all the children and stop the suffering .The DOH and Mps who have looked the other way while on watch should be imprisoned as the death penalty is not an option these days in the courts of the UK. Isnt it just a crime that they havent received the same justice as us and our children imprisoned in Autism or Death...OUR ONLY CRIME WAS BEING DILIGENT ABOUT VACCINATING OUR KIDS

It is important to re-visit the history of this appalling episode.

In 1988 the Uk government’s policy was to move toward multiple vaccines (including live virus). A new policy enforcer had been appointed, one Dr David M Salisbury, and his enthusiasm for policy enforcement was only matched by his narcissistic determination to achieve personal recognition. Self aggrandisement has been a feature of Westminster village life for time immemorial. The corrupt and corrupting ‘honours system’ pervades Whitehall. Salisbury awaits his knighthood for his complicity.

When it was discovered that a serious mis-judgement had been made with the introduction of MMR Urabe a hastily gathered meeting of the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (1992) speedily withdrew the offending brands and in true pusillanimous fashion did not admit the grievous error.

An indication of the importance of this JCVI meeting was the attendance of the then Chief Medical Officer, Sir Kenneth Calman, (a previously unheard of occurrence). Calman and Salisbury no doubt thought if they could keep this calamitous error in-house, the problem would go away. No consideration was given for the welfare of the children damaged by Urabe.

Calman and Salisbury and many other health officials have blood on their hands.

The double whammy. First their son was damaged by a vaccine known to UK government to be harmful - and then the innocent young man died after introduction of an antipsychotic drug.

This family have helped me so much and I was devestated when I heard the news of the sad loss of Harry.
I was a part of the MMR 10 and I travelled to London from Scotland many many times to attend court hearings regarding my son MMR vaccine damage. Jennie and Keith will not stop till we get justice and nor shall I and many others.

This episode shows the UK Department of Health and licensing authority - which is an agency of the UK Department of Health - with their trousers down. Meanwhile, we have the international silence of all the other bodies who have turned a blind eye.

If our children really came first these products would never have been licensed.

"I asked you for evidence that demonstrated that deaths were actually caused by the Urabe strain, and you have singularly failed to provide any evidence whatsoever. You have provided media reports, opinions of parents, and decisions of tribunals or courts. These are not evidence of causality that implicates the Urabe vaccine. Nobody would disagree that deaths have been reported after MMR vaccines. But deaths after vaccination are very different from deaths caused by vaccination."---
