Atlanta, GA – A study released Friday by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) reported that autism prevalence has increased a staggering 57% from the 1994 rate of 1 in 150 to 1 in 110 for children born in 1998. SafeMinds is extremely dissatisfied with CDC’s lack of commitment to researching environmental causes and the timing of their announcement.
Mark Blaxill, SafeMinds Director told FoxNews.com , “I would say that releasing something the Friday before Christmas is about as deep as you can bury something.”
CDC’s Catherine Rice said, “We know there are multiple complex genetic and environmental factors which result in multiple forms of autism and we have much to learn about the causes.” However, absent from press conference and subsequent call with autism advocacy groups were specifics on the types of environmental exposures to be investigated. They skirted questions about potential environmental causes and avoided using words like “toxic exposures” or “pollutants” despite very pointed questions from advocates.

If the race to the moon was conducted by NASA the way the CDC diddles with the urgency of autism, there would never have been a lunar landing.
Having said that, the CDC pretends it doesn't know which way to point the autism rocket for answers, treatments,....the solid stuff that children desperately need. It is deliberate because the CDC knows full well that the CDC, FDA/Pharma, AMA, AAP, ACIP, HHS have created this epidemic of injured children ....or, been asleep and allowed it to happen. The CDC is following the same justice department advice that FEMA used on the formaldehyde Katrina trailers. Once you identify the problem and test....you own the problem. In the case of the massive vaccine induced neurological and physical injuries to generations of children...they do.
The CDC's SEED is just another way of spelling FUBAR

Came across a blog which deserves more comments.
Please read carefully what was posted, then reply - however, here is an excerpt -
"... if there’s anything newsworthy here, the news is that the rates of autism are actually better than we thought."
Longer snippet including those same words:
"Why confirmatory data for autism got such widespread media coverage is beyond me, as confirmatory data in nearly any other health concern is most often just ignored (”Oh, we already covered that story, and this doesn’t change anything”). In fact, if there’s anything newsworthy here, the news is that the rates of autism are actually better than we thought."

This may be a quibble -- but isn't the 1-in-110 prevalence for children born in 1998, not 1996? That is, didn't the 57% increase occur over a four-year period, not a two-year period?
