From the Editor: Plus ca change

A description of 1960s France in a book I'm reading: "Tonsils, chickenpox, measles, flu, bronchitis, and all the other mundane afflictions occupy the doctors, along with the births and deaths that march through the years everywhere." Quaint.

Dr. Marc Girard of Paris on Swine Flu Vaccination

Votre sante

Age of Autism would like to welcome Dr Marc Girard. Marc is a commentator on health issues on French television and expert on the pharmaceutical industry. In this article (To Vaccinate or Not) he sets the swine flu episode against the background of a vaccine culture where all normal scientific procedures and ethical codes have been suspended, and in which the wellbeing of pharmaceutical companies is placed well above ordinary people.

The name of his website Roland Simion commemorates his uncle Roland Simion (1924-44) who fought in the resistance, and who was captured and shot by German soldiers one day before his village was liberated.

This is an excellent, very logical argument - definitely one to share with political representatives, physicians, or anyone still in the dark about what is really going on with the issue of vaccines. Thank you for posting this!

Of course, this is a long piece with a lot to consider in it. Marc's testimony is important both because of his expertise and because he also knows the industry from the inside. I suggest that this is a document that people might want to send to their political representatives with a precis - they cant't, at least, dismiss it as unscientific.
