Good reporting, John. Keep it up.

We're getting there. Slow but sure.

Reading about Primarolo's government career (initial appointment by Blair, moved to Minister of State for Public Health by Brown) and her role in the vaccine injury debacle, I keep thinking of the Blair Witch Project. Think about it: a force of mysterious and limitless power snatches children from their families, spellbinds them and they're later found eerily staring at walls before some disappear altogether. Those who go searching for clues are struck down by a ferocious curse. You know-- fiction.

Oh God, what a terrible answer to the question. If the child had a severe reaction the first time, lord only knows what will happen the second time!

    John:

“The problems are compounded in the UK by the policy of not monitoring, recording or investigating adverse reactions to vaccines, and then citing absence of data as evidence of safety.”

This is one of the common threads in the vaccine industry mantra, both in the UK and the US.

But regarding vaccine injury - absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. See http://www.bmj.com/cgi/content/full/311/7003/485 .

And this “absence of data” used to construe absence of evidence is even more illogical.

Thank you for an excellent report on the UK government’s smoke screen tactics.
