From the Editor: Fat Chance

So now we're having a national debate, courtesy of Mayor Bloomberg, over super-sized sugary drinks and obesity. Fine, but what about a super-sized vaccine schedule and its effects on diabetes and obesity, for starters?

Thanks everyone
and thanks so much Chantal for the link. We can all count on you, Chantal, for LIFE SKILLS!

Chantal Sicile-Kira's latest book everyone is called AUTISM LIFE SKILLS. But I bet you all know that! It's not only practical but interesting and beautifully written.

Ugh - I got cocky and brought fish oil into our son last night while he was sitting on my bed! He didn't even spill it - it was me! I changed the sheets and washed, but as you know, my husband and I are will be slightly "fishy" for weeks. On a happy note, Zout may be toxic, but it does get most of the fish oil out in the laundry. Sometimes you gotta do what you've gotta do...

Beautiful article, Barbara. There is nothing worse than losing a child. My heart goes out to the Travoltas, who obviously loved their child very much. I keep thinking about them and feeling for them.

I also found the link did not work (at the time of my click), but the article can be viewed here:

Their website appears to be experiencing technical difficulties.

Link isn't working for me, either.

I can't find the link to the article... do any of them work for you guys?

Seriously, how does fish oil get on every shirt?

For Christmas I got "unstained shirts". We'll see how long that last.

I'm sorry - I haven't read the article yet, but the comment about the fish oil stains makes me chuckle since just about everything I own has a fishoil stain on it...
