From the Editor: Fat Chance

So now we're having a national debate, courtesy of Mayor Bloomberg, over super-sized sugary drinks and obesity. Fine, but what about a super-sized vaccine schedule and its effects on diabetes and obesity, for starters?

Go, Jack, Go!! And...keep smiling!

Dear Jack, I saw your photo on the Age of Autism site and I think you look great . I think right now Santa and his helpers are getting gifts ready for you. They want to give you a gift that you like in a beautiful colour- maybe do you like blue best? Santa has to go to Africa and China and India and England and France and Sweden and when he reaches America he will go to your house and if you are not sleeping you might hear bells in the night. I wish I could see what Santa brings for you, but I live far away. On Xmas day I will think of Jack and hope he is very happy .

What a precious smile! Go Jack!!

Love the shark teeth t shirt buddy! Wonderful smile. Keep up the great work Jack!!!

He's a doll! I bet he makes his parents very proud!!!

This beautiful child and all our kids, grandkids, nieces and nephews deserve the best. Hang in there buddy.

Go Jack! If you are like most little warriors, you really deserve that ride. You look like you really liked it too (most of Ben's ride pictures have more of a PO'd look). If you are ever in NJ, ask your parents to take you to Storybook land down near AC. Its cheaper than many large amusement parks (about $20) and has lots of small rides with very short lines in a beautiful, shady, low hysteria atmosphere. Its very low pressure on the extras and they have picnic tables where you can bring a packed special meal. Its geared for the kiddy ride crowd, but grandma and grandpa may really enjoy a day there as well and can take a train, tram, or antique car ride. There is a small spray ground, and its tucked away enough that you can avoid it if you don't want to get into changing.

Hello Jack! What a beautiful, bright boy. With a very determined look!

What a great smile! Almost made me cry because his eyes and smile are like my own child's.
