Want to blog about autism for an audience of hundreds of thousands of activists and nonprofit leaders?
Change.org launched a social action blog network earlier this month (announced by Newsweek - http://www.newsweek.com/id/163022) with blogs covering a dozen major social issues, and we're currently looking to hire a part-time (paid) blogger to run our forthcoming autism.change.org portal. (See our current blogs here: www.change.org/causes.)
Our autism blogger will maintain a daily blog covering news and offering commentary, convene leading nonprofits and activists working on the issue, and help our hundreds of thousands of members translate their interest in the issue into concrete action.
Previous blogging experience is a plus but not required; we're most interested in someone with passion for autism activism, excellent writing skills, and the drive to lead an online community of like-minded people working for change.
To apply, send an email to bloggers@change.org with the following info:
1. Your resume
2. The URL of any blog(s) you have written for before (not required)
3. Why you're interested in the position
