Do wealthy districts offer better/more services to kids on the spectrum than poorer districts? Are poor children less likely to receive an autism diagnosis? From NEWSDAY on Long Island (NY.)

I live in the 7th wealthiest county in the United States. Unfortunately, the services available for autistic kids are no better than anywhere else from what I've seen. In fact, they may be worse. We have nice new schools with lovely marble floors and halls lined with plasma screen televisions. But, golly gee, every year the budget comes up short when it comes to services for disabled kids. Maybe next year...
